Excellent stay in Anne’s home over the weekend! Home was clean and well stocked, very warm and welcoming. Location right on the river provided for beautiful views of wildlife and sunrises while drinking my morning coffee. Also brought my sweet dogs that also enjoyed viewing the river and wildlife and walking around the neighborhood. A great location for some rest and relaxation!

Our family loved staying at this charming cottage on the river. The views are beautiful and very peaceful. Inside the cottage is everything you need for comfortable stay, the decor is tastefully and artfully done. Outside is equally enjoyable with fun and relaxation all around! Our family enjoyed the sunsets and the hammock. You truly feel on vacation here! So peacefuI, would recommend this location above staying in Norfolk or VA Beach to get the best of all worlds. Its an easy quick drive to Downtown Portsmouth and Norfolk. Virginia Beach was only 25-35 min using Midtown tunnel! We loved walking around the neighborhood everyone was so friendly. Portsmouth City park was easy for us to walk to and only a few minute drive by car. Truly one of our best airbnb experiences in the Hampton roads. We felt like we were able to take in not only the Elizabeth River views and tranquility, but also got to experience surrounding tidewater cities. Janine's cottage just shines!

Loved our stay at the Casita! Adam was very responsive during our trip and was sure to stay on top of any concerns. More than enough room for two couples. We did find that the couch and some blankets had a slight smell, nothing crazy but just a heads up if you're sensitive. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip, the kitchen was a dream to cook in.

We loved this Airbnb! Had so many amenities that made it feel like home such as extra linens, fully stocked kitchen, toys for the baby and items for the dogs. The back yard was so fun for our dogs and toddler. The home is spacious and easy to get to places in Williamsburg. Would definitely come back !

This house is a gem. We loved staying here. There is so much room, the house has charm that made us feel right at home, and the kitchen was well stocked. We would stay here again if in the area. Also Jackie was so responsive and helpful. A prior guest had apparently taken the Roku TV remote and she promptly had it replaced. Her hospitality made our stay comfortable and pleasant. Finally, the house is handicap accessible. This was a lifesaver for us since my wife is in a wheelchair.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Little House for our Christmas vacation. It was like staying in a bit of history while we explored Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. The location was smack-dab in the middle of everything we wanted to see making it super convenient. Spence was a very responsive and helpful host, making himself available if needed. We always have to travel with our special needs house chicken due to her deformity and hand-feeding requirements, which can make finding a property and understanding host challenging. Spence was completely understanding and treated her like any other pet asking us to just keep her off the furniture. We would absolutely stay again if we visit the area.

The home was in pretty good shape considering it’s an investment property The inside was very clean and smelled good. Host was very responsive and very helpful The only negative I can mention is the water pressure in the master shower and sink…..beyond that the stay was great and I would gladly stay there again

This Airbnb was very convenient to Severn Yachting Center. We were able to work on our boat all day and enjoy being in a home at night. The area is beautiful and peaceful. Super safe area that is right on the water! Communication with owner was top notch! Highly recommend staying here!!!

The house is in a nice neighborhood and very spacious. I really liked that it's family oriented and I was able to have my siblings, who are local, come over with their families and have a small get together. The host was also responsive and reasonable. Unlike some other places we have rented, I didn't feel like he was spying on us to constantly make sure we are following the rules. The reason why I prefer Airbnb and other vacation rentals is that they allow me to have my family all stay together so that we can spend quality time. There is nothing worse than having a host who spys on you during your stay to police who comes/goes. We are responsible renters and I'm glad Shamus was such a good host. I would definitely rent from him again!

Absolutely amazing stay, this was the perfect place for our young family. Our toddler loved the playroom and our dog couldn’t get enough of the huge backyard. The house is large and very comfortable, it is well equipped with everything my wife and I could want or need. Sabrina is a fantastic host, and made us feel right at home for our nearly month long stay. She was very responsive whenever we had questions and extremely considerate, checking in on us several times to make sure we had everything and were enjoying our stay.

Davina was very attentive and was always checking in to make sure things were going well. She quickly responded to messages and was very helpful.

Clean, roomy, location with a big comfortable bed. Convenient location (marred slightly by construction on the main road). Washer/dryer including laundry soap was a bonus. Everything seemed new as if recently renovated. A malfunctioning water heater on the first night was fixed by the next afternoon - the maintenance personnel showed up very shortly after Chandler called him the next morning, and then made himself available for followup service as needed. Responses to texting or through the app were somewhat delayed, but once the water heater was fixed everything went smoothly. Another bonus was the location of a couple nice restaurants in the center next door within easy walking distance - especially nice not having to get out at night when the primary construction was happening. Very nice place - would stay there again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Roshana's place! From the moment we arrived, Roshana made us feel incredibly welcome. The accommodation was exactly as described, if not better. The space was spotless, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Roshana went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and restaurants, yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Communication with Roshana was seamless. She was always quick to respond and very helpful with any questions I had. I truly appreciated her hospitality and attention to detail. I highly recommend staying at Roshana's place if you're visiting Norfolk. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

My husband and I along with our 2 dogs had great weekend stay at the Williamsburg campground. The cabin was just very clean and comfortable with all we needed for the weekend. The campground itself was wonderful with plenty of things to do, although we were there to explore Williamsburg and surrounding areas. overall a great stay and would definitely return again!!

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

Wonderful house with an open, comfortable layout and a beautiful location across from a horse farm. Close to all of the amenities and attractions and Williamsburg and Jamestown, and the hosts were responsive and friendly. The house was very clean, came with all the listed amenities and was well appointed for a comfortable stay. The clear instructions in every room regarding amenities and check out were much appreciated. We also greatly appreciated that the space is pet friendly, but still incredibly clean with no stains or lingering smells from previous furry visitors🙂.

Loved our stay here! It is quiet and our dog loved the fenced yard to run around in. It is a great location- easy to take the free ferry across the river or to hike the state park nearby. The home was cozy and clean, perfect for a long weekend away.

Very user-friendly: close to town, easy check-in, quiet area, and wonderfully communicative host! The space was clean and a good place to base out of for two people. Would absolutely stay here again if I'm coming to Williamsburg.

Beautiful home with a warm feeling as soon you walk in , things to do for the kids such as board games, utensils for drawing and a lot of creative history and antiques to look at throughout the home. Very beautiful and clean stay, made you feel like you’re right at home! Kelly was very responsive to my messages and is a great host was more than happy with my stay during the new years ! The place was nice and clean, my kids thoroughly enjoyed the backyard/outdoor space and games inside. One of the bedroom doors was a little bit tricky and would stick but other than that, the place was great! Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay while exploring nearby Williamsburg.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable, put together, clean and had all the things we needed. Location was great walkable to many amenities at kingsmill. The hosts were very helpful and also allowed us flexibility with checking in.
