Huge Historic Downtown Minot 3bd Apartment

Very responsive hosts, everything was as described and very comfortable space for relaxing and near brewery and restraints. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom was clean as well as having a stocked kitchen. Kids had fun with games and extras on site. We enjoyed family mealtimes at the huge dining table and visited with guests around island. Perfect place to hang in Minot. Thanks for a great weekend.

What a great stay in a charming neighborhood in Minot! The place was much bigger than we expected giving our large family lots of room to spread out. We had everything we needed. All the beautiful oak trees had lots of fun squirrels to watch. Great big yard for kids and dogs- only thing to note and I may have missed this in the listing but there is no direct access through the actual house- there is a door in the garage that goes to the yard and a side gate from the driveway so dogs had to go through garage to go outside. We had some unexpected house issues and the host was responsive and quick to get them resolved.

The whole stay was fantastic. Robert went above and beyond with hosting. Everything was clean, comfortable and just lovely! The apartment is in walking distance to restaurants, shops and Oliver’s Attic a cute shop below the apartment. You can’t go wrong booking this amazing Airbnb. Thank you to Robert and his dear wife, Jackie.

We stayed once and then checked back in after trying another airbnb. Serena's place is great. It feels very homey and has everything you need with lots of extras and thoughtful touches. She was super accommodating for our dogs and allowed us a little extension on our check out time. 10 stars!

The hosts were great at communicating, and the house was clean and comfortable! This is a high quality and affordable home for the weekend. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would consider booking again if we’re in the area.

Nice place to stay when in town. Decent amount of room for a duplex and access to laundry was a plus. Kitchen had basic cooking items missing a few things like slow cookers and air fryer but nothing too big. Overall great stay and would consider booking in the future.

Our family of 9 (mostly adult kids) were very comfortable and the location from the mall was perfect for our weekend at state basketball. Very affordable compared to hotel rooms and our kids don’t need the pool anymore.
