Vacation rental to recommend in more than one title: cleanliness, location, equipment (nothing is missing), layout, furnishings... Excellent services ... that allow you to have a very nice stay with the family (with small children)...

A dream come true! Surrounded by a large lot, the house is spacious and well appointed. We felt right at home. The pool was very appreciated by young and old. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Fiber internet connection that has enabled efficient remote work with others.

Florence and Christophe are very responsive hosts. The accommodation is as described,close to the beach ,shops and a small market. We had a great stay with four of us (2 adults and 2 children). Perfect for this setup,there shouldn't be more. The residence is quiet at this time of year.

Very well located, quiet and peaceful accommodation for relaxation. A beautiful pool and a beautiful wooded garden complete this property, very nice to eat outside. Hosts are always available and responsive in the field. Very nice place that we highly recommend.

The house is very nice and well equipped. We stayed there for a week with our children (young adults), the house is suitable with its master bedroom, two bedrooms on the floor, its large living room, its protected terrace and the swimming pool. Very well located, it is close to the center of La Rochelle and road access allowing you to move quickly and easily over nearby towns like Ile de Ré (less than 20 minutes away). To recommend

A little Bijou in the middle of Saint Marie. You are very central and it is still wonderfully quiet. The courtyard is completely private and you can make yourself comfortable in the sun. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Thank you Alain for letting us spend a few days at "you"!

Vanessa’s home is extremely intimate, the house has been in the family for generations. But the renovation makes staying there a dream. There’s are so many personal and special touches. The bedrooms and bathrooms are charming and efficient. There is lots of hot water and water pressure. The sinks and showers are big enough to feel luxurious. The kitchen is so well supplied you know their family enjoy it. The location is superb, both central and private. Having a laundry was great. And Ile d’Aix is an out of this world wonderland.

excellent stay for a week in this nice spacious house, very quiet, well located, very well equipped with a nice terrace for meals and comfortable sunbeds. Shops and north beach within a 10 minute walk. We recommend and will be happy to come back. Géraldine and Franck are welcoming and very friendly

A very welcoming and very pleasant family home. A huge garden and very well kept. We had a lovely stay with the family. There was everything that needed for both adults and children, between books, board games, outdoor games and the famous foosball table...
