what an amazing home we loved this place so close to everything but found it hard to leave the house as it is so amazing Kids had a ball and felt right at home.

New townhouse located in a very exclusive part of the Southern Gold Coast. Feel like a local during your stay and enjoy easy access to Talle Creek (patrolled beach, great for young families). A picturesque walk through National Park to Burleigh Heads. Or Talle Surf Club is an easy walk in other direction. Palm Beach would be an easy uber or enjoyable walk. So plenty of dining and nightlife not far. The townhouse is set over 4 floors which is great for privacy among guests and giving views but something to be aware of if you have mobility concerns. Bonus: Car parking for 2. Pet Friendly.

Thank you Kelly for a wonderful stay. We loved watching the sunrises over the ocean every morning, and our bbq meals on the deck. It was easy to see the home was thoroughly considered for the comfort of us guests. A very clean and delightful spot right on the beach. We look forward to returning.

The house was very average for the price and I wasn’t thrilled with the bunk bed situation, but the kitchen and common space was great with a fantastic view and walk right out to the beach! That part made up for the bedrooms. The showers were also great! It rained the whole time but pushing open the sliding doors and looking out to that view was so peaceful. Kelly was a wonderful host!

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! Alfredo and Davide were absolutely fantastic—super friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. From providing helpful local tips to quickly answering any questions I had, they made sure my experience was seamless. The space itself was cozy and welcoming, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed, it was clear that the host really cares about their guests. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for great hospitality and a comfortable, stress-free stay! Would definitely return

My girlfriend and I had a great stay at Hali'a. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The location is quiet yet walkable to everything which is perfect for a Burleigh Weekend. Some great restaurants are just around the corner, Light Years and Crispy and you can even see the tips of the pine trees along the beach 300 metres away from the kitchen window. Loved it will definitely be back.

What a fantastic space and location! So comfortable with lots of great areas to relax and chill out! The outdoor area was outstanding! Large spaces perfect for large groups or families. The pool was a perfect temperature too! Juliana was so lovely and went out of her way to make our stay perfect! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place to stay! Would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back. Very spacious, clean and well presented. David was very helpful and gave me clear, easy instructions to follow.

The space is great for a family to enjoy. The kids loved the pool, mini golf and massive bath tub. It’s very close to pacific fair so you can easily walk over there for anything you need.

The property was perfection for a holiday stay!! Everything was just right, the pool and back view was amazing. It was in a great area where everything was easy to get to. The host is absolutely outstanding and helpful. 10/10 would recommend 😍

My Family of 11 including 2 grandchildren 2 and 5 had a wonderful 8 days stay. We cooked most nights on the BBQ. There was plenty of crockery, utensils, and cooking pots. We went for walks along the beaches which was a 10 minutes walk from the house. There are heaps of shopping centres close by plus one within walking distance. We used the pool everyday. Watched Bluey and movies most days. A great holiday was had by everyone

Beautiful stylish townhouse, 5 mins walk to beach, cafes + shops! My family and I stayed here for 2 nights and we all loved it (group of 6). So clean, spacious and beautifully decorated, with lovely good quality bed linens, ultra-modern kitchen and bathrooms, and parking too! Fantastic location for our needs - close to the airport and not far from Cooloongatta and also Kirra Beach. Tugan Beach is a short, easy 5 min walk, together with a group of lovely cafes, bakery, tavern, IGA, etc... as well as McDonalds, Burger King etc for the kids. So handy! Paula was a great host and really helped us with some late-notice requests which was much appreciated. She also had a list of local recommendations, including delicious Thai restaurant called Sticky Rice (across the road from the townhouse) which was excellent. Great place for a family or group of friends, we would definitely stay here again!

Lisa’s place is incredible! The perfect setup for a larger family/group stay, with everything you need to have a relaxing holiday in Burleigh. Location is ideal, easy walk to the beach, local distilleries and restuaraunts. The house itself is so perfect you don’t even need to leave- really well thought out spaces and very child friendly. Thanks for having us, we loved every second!

Highly recommend! The house is in a great location close to the creek and beach and lots of good cafes. Big backyard that my puppy loved, I felt secure leaving him there as it was fully fenced. Melisa is a wonderful host, the house has everything you need. Such a generous welcome package, all my favourite snacks! Love the small touches that she put into everything and making sure you love your stay. An easy five stars!

Amazing stay, very clean and responsive host

Our family of 4 and one dog had a lovely stay at this wonderful beach house over the New Year period. Lots of room, great location on the beach, very secure and a bonus to have a fence to keep the pup safe. We highly recommend this house. Eliska was super helpful and very responsive

Such a beautiful house in the perfect location. We had a group of 8 but as the house was so spacious we weren’t on top of each other. The backyard was great, my son had lots of space to crawl and play in the grass. Jennie was really fast on her responses. Very clear instructions on how to get into house. Would 100% book again!

Zoe was incredible, she responded within minutes and was so hospitable. She made it feel like home. The property is right across the road from the beach, which is beautiful.

The location is excellent and view is breathtaking. The pictures don’t do it justice you are right on the beach and have this view all day long from the large kitchen/living/dining with these epic stacker doors which we kept open the whole time we were home with the ocean breeze rolling in. We hired bikes from Gold Cost Bike hire to compliment the bike that comes with the house and it’s a flat 10min ride on the beachfront path into Tugan Market for supplies or go the other way and it’s a flat 15min ride into Coolangatta’s restaurants and bars. Patrolled beach out the front. Epic den downstairs with big comfortable lounge with huge TV and soundbar to chill and watch movies if it’s raining outsides. We splurged on this one and we are so glad we did it may be the best holiday we’ve had with our kids to date. We used the surfboard and body boards, beach chairs and beach Cabana every day, then BBQd every night on the Webber Q and watched the sunset. Do yourself and favour and do it.

Tommy is an AMAZING host A++. He was at our beck & call 24/7. Answered any questions we had promptly & accommodated to our every need. The house was clean & tidy. Lots of outdoor activities to do, we barely left the house. Swimming pool, kayaks, SUP, trampoline, swing on the back deck, firepit, private beach & pontoon, which was the perfect spot for fishing. We caught at least 10 different species of fish. First time catching our own bait using the yabbie pump. So much fun was had! We were treated like first class guests, with early check-in, champagne & chocolates on arrival, coffee machine with fresh coffee beans, Tommy Hilfiger beach towels, top notch shampoo/conditioner, hand/body wash, free Wifi, Netflix & YouTube. Only a 2 minute drive to the local shopping centre, which had all the essentials - Woolworths, BWS, Bakers Delight, Butcher, Chemist & GP. Thank you Tommy & family for opening your beautiful oasis to us, we had the best holiday EVER & would return in a heartbeat.

Max was an incredible host, super responsive and accommodating and the house was beautiful! So clean and beautifully renovated and in the perfect location - the espresso machine was such a luxury and the outdoor space was beautiful, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Gold Coast :) Thanks Max!
