The Cozy Camper

Pack light and make big memories during your stay in the cozy camper. This 30 foot camper is located on our family homestead just one mile from the llano river. The property is also less than 30 minutes from Longhorn Caverns and Inks Lake State Parks as well as several parks with access to the local lakes. We live on the property and will be present to help should any problems arise. We also share the land with wildlife and our animal friends including cattle, chickens, turkeys, dogs and a cat.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary - a quiet, peaceful setting with a bird sanctuary right behind the unit observed from the kitchen window. Relax on the deck in the evenings watching the beautiful sunset, star filled skies at night, the donkeys and chickens corralled in the distance, and the goldfish swim in the Lilypad pond just off to the side. You will positively love this condo. "Get Away Cove" is a much sought after unit because of it's location. The condo is located on the top floor and is an end corner unit. This gives us a roomy wrap around balcony with Cove and Court yard views. Because we are an end unit, there is no foot traffic by your door and being a top floor, you do not have the pitter patter of foot noise above you. The condo has been newly furnished and stylishly decorated. A unique tower and vaulted ceilings.

Tyler is awesome! I booked this place for my husband’s surprise 50th birthday. Invited his family here to celebrate. Everyone loves this place and they enjoyed the weekend here. Even the kitchen spices are well stocked for BBQ. Makes me like home and we will back aging next time . ❤️

When our original plans were changed due to the hurricane, we decided to head to Austin and found this listing. Justin was responsive to my last minute, late night request and had the place ready for us to arrive earlier than typical check-in. The house was exactly as pictured and was clean. We loved the view of the lake and the beautiful sunsets. The kids enjoyed the games and foosball table. We read a few reviews that mentioned deer, but we did not expect there to be SO MANY. We were able to feed and touch them…it was absolutely the highlight of the trip! We enjoyed the private beach and pool, and we had a wonderful experience at Captain Pete’s Boathouse for dinner. We are thankful for Justin’s place for our last minute stay…it definitely helped us to create many memories.

Olga’s place was really nice and pristine. Exactly like the pictures and exactly what was described. I’ve been on Airbnb for years now and I must say Olga’s place was one of my top places to stay. I walked in and felt right at home. I absolutely have nothing bad to say at all. I would highly recommend this place as well as I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! Everything worked out really well for our family. The house was very clean, and beautifully upgraded. Enjoyed coffee on the patio while listening to the birds and watching the deers coming out when the sun was rising. The backyard has a little play area with mini golf and soccer goalies for the kids. A grill, a fire pit and yard lights, allowed us to hang out in the backyard. The welcoming drinks in the fridge were much appreciated. The golf cart and the amenities were awesome! We were able to enjoy the swimming pool, play pickleball, visit the park with its playground, beach, and the lake. Neel is a great host, welcoming, responsive and flexible. We can definitely recommend their place!

I really enjoyed the stay. It was very close to the Horseshoe Bay resort restaurants and a short drive to Marble Falls. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed... snacks, coffee and soap / shampoo. The view from the condo was very nice, exactly as shown in the pictures on the listing.
