The apartment is clean, the room is big and the view from the balcony is good. The host is responsive and helpful. We would like to return here in the future for sure as it is also very close to the airport and convenient for flights that arrive late at KLIA.

Host is very tolerate in early checked in and checked out. We appricate since we have large group with senior citizen and kids. Pool side is a bonus! House is very minimalize and modern.

Comfortable and quiet place but you can feel safety as there's neighbour around. Clean and good place to chill with family / friends and relax. Friendly and helpful host that would reply you usually within 10min.

Hafiz's place was exactly as shown in the photos, facing a beautiful lake with a stunning view. The living room was spacious, and the kitchen amenities were complete. We especially appreciated the convenience of having a water dispenser provided. All the rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Each room had an attached bathroom, which was incredibly convenient. A washing machine was provided, complete with detergent, though there was no dryer. However, a drying rack was available, which worked well for us. The children thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, and the availability of bicycles added a nice touch to our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Our stay was cut short due to a access card issue from management's side, but the host was very responsive and tried her best to assist us. She also allowed us to stay beyond the checkout hours so that we could transit to our next accommodation . Otherwise , it was a great stay . Very convenient .

Beautiful house

Overall host is friendly. Location is 5mins drive to amenities like food. If you are cat lover, neighbour has at least 5 cats and there are 2 feral ones around who are friendly. Simple furnishing and good for a goodnight rest after some hours of driving. But perhaps considering bring your own pillows as the ones provided are too old and flatten.

Had a pleasant stay. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Check in and check out was easy and smooth. The host was also very responsive and friendly. Only thing is the fridge wasn’t working properly so we couldn’t store our leftovers overnight. But I’m sure the host will have that fix by the next booking. Overall it was good experience and I’ll recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a peaceful neighbourhood.

The location is great, there are many convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants downstairs!It's also close to ukm, if you're going to visit, you can get there in about ten minutes!Next time we will choose this homestay if we come to Malaysia☺️☺️☺️

The place is amazing. Aircon was cold, got washing machine and place to cook. The parking is easy and picking up the key everything was straight forward. Definitely will come here again
