My family and I stayed at Robin’s place for 3 wonderful weeks — it was one of the best stays we’ve ever had! The apartment was spotless, even the kitchenware was sparkling clean. Fresh towels, clean bedsheets, extra blankets and floor mats were provided in every room. The washing machine and dryer worked perfectly, and the bathrooms were stocked with shampoo and shower gel. We asked for a baby crib and Robin kindly brought it quickly. The views were stunning, the sunlight uplifting, and the whole place felt joyful and peaceful. No insects, no mess — just comfort and calm. The building had pools and play areas, and the location was close to everything we needed. Robin personally welcomed us, gave helpful instructions, and his warm attitude truly made us feel at home. Our kids loved him from the first moment! What you see in the photos is exactly what you get — or even better. We will definitely book with Robin again when we return to KL!

**First-Time Check-In Experience** During our initial check-in, we noticed the room had an issue with fruit flies or drain flies. We immediately contacted the staff, and they were very responsive—they quickly arranged a new room for us. The second room was much better in terms of cleanliness and overall condition. **Room Feedback** The first room’s toilet had a noticeable drain smell, which was a bit unpleasant. In the second room, the only minor issues were a non-working ventilation fan in the bathroom and slightly yellowish pillowcases. These are small fixes that could easily be addressed. **Positive Highlights** The balcony offered a fantastic view, even though it was a bit small. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the prompt service from the staff. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable! We’ll definitely consider staying here again if we’re in the area. Cheers!

First time at KL staying at Azzam's place. There were a few hiccups in the beginning but he quickly resolved the problems I had even when it was past midnight. Location is really close and convenient to malls and eateries nearby too. Will stay again next time I visit KL for sure.

One day does not suffice to fully appreciate all that this location has to offer. The view of the city at night from my room is truly breathtaking. Additionally, I would like to commend Zini for being highly responsive to my inquiries and for her helpful assistance throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Modern and spacious apartment with a great view of Petronas and Menara tower from 28 the floor. Very confortable bed, and complete bathroom including bathrub. The infinite rooftop pool with view to both towers is amazing. The apartment is super modern and cleaned and location is close to many attractions and restaurant and also to public transport. Great place to stay in Kuala Lumour

Had a short stay and it was more than good enough. Checking-in and out was a breeze as the host is responsive and gave clear and concise instructions. The view is nice and unobstructed so it’s breezy with the windows open. A good, cosy place to be away from the city.
