I had the pleasure of returning to Peacock at the Delta and I cannot recommend it enough! Being situated on a farm, I was delighted to experience the charm of rural life and even catch glimpses of the local wildlife. It’s a true haven for anyone seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The serene and peaceful surroundings were nothing short of magical, allowing me to unwind and recharge amidst the tranquility. It felt like I had found my own little slice of paradise, far removed from noise and distraction. The accommodations themselves were incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully maintained, ensuring a cozy and relaxing stay. Tashandra's place was perfect for my family to stay while in town for a funeral. it allowed us to be in a spacious, clean and cozy home while spending time with each other. She even made an accommodation for me that helped tremendously. I would definitely recommend and will stay again if needed. Thanks again.

Lee's house was centrally located for visiting with family members for our niece's Confirmation. And so close to the Delta campus & museum. We enjoyed spending time together at the house. Lee was a gracious host and we didn't have any problems. We' d love to stay again, when we visit Cleveland.

We lived with the locals that felt like family at The Blue Biscuit next door during our 2 night stay here. It was fun to hang out, listen to live music and eat some amazing food, then just walk to walk "home". It was Delta hospitality that felt like home away from home. I can't wait to go back! P.s. that bed slept wonderful!

My husband and I took this trip during my sons swim meet in Cleveland, MS. We were extremely surprised at how amazing the bed and breakfast met our needs. It far exceeded our expectations. Thishya and her husband OP were exceptional host. They attending to our every need. The breakfast every morning was made fresh with the most amazing vegetables and fruit, to also include fresh coffee and amazing teas with special ginger treats on the side. We were made to feel extremely special each and every day. We spent time visiting and getting to know each other and were also given plenty of space to enjoy time on our own. They made sure that we knew the best places to eat and opportunities to enjoy the holiday presentations around town. They truly made our stay a beautiful experience. We will 100% be back to stay. We feel as though we have made friends for life and now have a new home away from home. We are so grateful to have found this little slice of paradise.

This was our second time staying in one of Matt’s properties in the same building. Will definitely be staying again. The unit was clean and comfortable and suited our needs well. The elevator is slow but has sort of become a running joke for us now. Also I recommend bringing bottled water. The beds are very comfortable. The location is within walking distance to several local businesses and restaurants as well as Delta State.

I was in Indianola for two weeks working at the hospital. It’s a lovely little town, and Linda and Clay’s home is perfect for an extended stay. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. The home had everything I needed, and the hosts were always available to answer questions or provide recommendations. I would happily stay with them again if I returned to the area!
