Vacation rentals in Sundown

Jamie is a great host! She had the house ready so that my family could do an early check in. Everything was clean and ready for us to move in for a few days. The backyard was great for my 2 year old grandson and the puppy to run around and play safely. The location was great, 8 minutes to my kids house which is where we were spending Christmas. We will happily stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at Fig Tree Cottage! The location was great - just a 10 minute walk to the brewery and coffee shop. Her house was so clean and inviting. We loved the antique touches she has around the home. Fiona was so responsive and her instructions were very clear. We will definitely be staying at Fig Tree Cottage again! We had an absolute wonderful stay here. It was the perfect spot for our softball team. We had plenty of space, the house was so clean, and we loved the peace and quiet. Everything matches the description, and the pictures don’t even do it justice. This is a beautiful home with unique character, and it’s perfect for a crowd!

I hesitate writing a great review because I want this place to stay available every time we visit Lubbock. Arguably one of the best air bnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Home was larger than expected. Host ensured all additional amenities needed were available. Check out instructions were clear, simple and reasonable. Location was perfect. I’ll add the beds are very firm - but some people do prefer that! Host was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. All in all amazing experience and will be using this listing exclusively when we visit LBK moving forward.

We had a great stay for our group on a football game weekend. The backyard fireplace is the bomb for group gatherings.

This house was great. One of the best we have stayed at. Love the hot tub definitely relaxing. Would definitely stay here again. Love the access to the garage.

We enjoyed our stay, we used every part of the house and we were so happy that we could all be in the same space together with our animals. Her requests were reasonable for her guests, and she was so accommodating. We loved the stay!
