What a great stay! We had a very relaxing time, enjoyed the hot tub, kayaks, fire pit and screen porch! The place was very clean and they have so many extras in case you forget something! Easy check in and check out m, close to restaurants and many things to do in the area. We stayed at the house because it was so relaxing! Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us!

What an amazing stay !! Janette was very helpful and very responsive! Super kind and her place was amazing and omg there were so many towels!! The kitchen was full stocked with whatever you would need to cook. The place was so cozy and well decorated, me and my guests had a wonderful time staying and would 10/10 recommend to stay there !! The property is beautiful with a wonderful little creek running through the back porch area just a fantastic place ! Also the master bathroom was insane!! Thanks Janette for a wonderful experience !! We where a group of 9 and it was super comfortable for all of us !

Loved the pool set up! Easy drive to Nashville for a couple days we did down there yet far enough away that we were very secluded. My husband, father, and brother-in-law loved being right on the lake to fish.! There are multiple deer that visited us on the property and we saw a few eagles as well

Hannah was super helpful and responsive, she was right next door so she was able to lend us some cooking supplies and ingredients we needed. She was also flexible in accommodating some unexpected guests during a tornando warning. Hot tub was very nice.

My group of 7 were in town for a wedding. Rand's Airbnb was perfect for our needs. Super easy check in, the rooms were perfect, bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels, and there was a great binder full of local recommendations. If we're ever back in the area we will 100% be staying with Rand again.

We reserved at Phil’s place last minute, and when we arrived everything was perfection! A Beautifully landscaped yard met us as we drove in, followed by a meticulously cleaned home. We enjoyed the perfect location to the event we were having, and the added bonus of meeting Phil when he swung by was nice! Highly recommend staying at this location!

We were in town for a visit with family. It was wonderful to come "home" after our long drive, or a day of sightseeing. We even hosted a family dinner. We felt comfortable and relaxed during our stay, everything was exactly as presented in the listing. The beds were comfortable, and my sister said that the shower was "The best shower I've had in MY WHOLE LIFE!" There is no real dining table, but there are placemats for the coffee table (on wheels) in the living room. There are also 2 chairs at the Island in the kitchen. This was not at all an issue for us, just sharing for info about the home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would rent from Hannah again!!

Amy was wonderful to work with in finding a place for our employees in Portland. They absolutely loved the property and felt at home. It was easy to find from the explicit directions. On a personal note, I especially enjoyed sharing stories with Amy which are very dear to my heart.

This place was awesome! Peaceful and so cute ! We took our son so he could see Nashville. It’s not far! I’m a professional Acrylic artist and just setting outside of this place inspired me so much I was able to paint! If we ever come back to Nashville we will stay here again!

This was our first experience staying at an Airbnb and we have nothing but great things to say. The house was clean and inviting, and the amenities were more than adequate. We slept really well on the bed and there was plenty of space to hang our clothes in the walk in closet. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items, plates, glasses, even wine glasses. The information center on the counter had informative guides. We can't say enough about the view from the upstairs living room and from both patios. We wanted to stay longer! We love Tennessee and hope to be back to the Cozy Cottage soon! Joe and Cindy Taylor

This home is so beautiful and comfy!! Hosts are very friendly and responsive. We loved the extra features provided such as guitar, record player, ping pong table. board games, kayaks, fire pit and even bug and mosquito spray, etc. We would stay again if ever on the area again

Staying at The Retreats at South Water Manor was an absolutely fabulous experience. Extraordinary attention to detail in renovating this warm and historic little building. Beautifully curated with luxurious furnishings. Such a comfortable bed too! More spacious and stunning than the photos can portray. Breakfast at The Bistro just steps away was a very pleasant surprise and the little shops at The Manor added an extra treat. Heather is a warm, engaging, responsive host. I will return again and again and again.

Felt right at home! No luck fishing in late March but our kids loved being right on the water. We all enjoyed the hot tub, hammock, and petal boat. Beds were very comfortable, loved the layout, plenty of linens, fans, fishing gear. Could get to grocery store without traffic and easy drive to Nashville without having to stay downtown. Best of both worlds! Janet responded within hours when Roku remote died. Whirlpool needs repair (buttons and most jets very soft at max) but kids had a blast!

This home is wonderful! It was very clean, spacious, the kitchen had everything needed, plus a waffle iron, blender... we LOVED the ping pong table and arcade game!! Since we stayed in winter, we couldn't use the kayaks... but that would have been fun, too :) The basement family room area was toasty warm. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. A great stay close to Nashville!!

What a great place this was! Our family wanted to spend time in Downtown Nashville (but didn’t want to stay in the busy city the entire trip). The location was perfect and allowed us to spend time in the city, having time to rest & enjoy some quiet. If we had stayed more than the weekend, we would have taken advantage of the fire pit and patio. My favorite spot was the front porch swing! Best seat in the house for morning coffee.

The house was the nicest AirBNB we’ve ever been in and during a different stay with different weather the playset, pool, and hot tub would’ve been perfect amenities for this location to serve as a good stay-cation location. This Airbnb was exactly as listed, it was very clean and well organized the pool table and ping pong were a plus. The host were very nice and responded in a timely manner, I wish I could have stayed longer and I would 100% come back. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a peaceful vacation with a beautiful view.
