beautiful apartment. we were very impressed. We were able to walk to many places easily and enjoyed the downtown area. We had a fantastic stay. Very clean and would definitely stay again

We stayed at this property for just over 3 months while I was working at Cleveland Clinic Main hospital. The location was an easy 15 minute drive roughly to the hospital. We were also within walking distance to Edgewater park as well as many nice restaurants. The movie theatre was just a few steps from our front door for a rainy day. Planet fitness was close by also. All the neighbors were very friendly and looked out for us. Our puppy was even able to make some new puppy friends on the block. Murat was easy to get ahold of if needed and was very kind. He even checked on us during a power outage from a storm and offered to move our food if the power didn’t come back in a reasonable time so that our food didn’t spoil. The place had all amenities that we needed during our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant visit.

This is a great apartment in a wonderful location. We felt very comfortable. The host is super responsive and friendly. The apartment was very clean.

Very nostalgic! Myself & my sisters attended school there, it was my sister’s 75th birthday she was very surprised. We were accommodated with a late check, the Golden Girls move slow.🤣

Abraham’s space is laid out so well and there are endless thoughtful touches around. It was conveniently located to family we were visiting, but also easy to navigate to other parts of Cleveland from. Sarah was so responsive and proactive - we definitely hope to return in the future!

The perfect stay in the flats east bank on New Year’s Eve! We loved the rock n roll spirit and the panoramic views of the flats are unbeatable. Anthony was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we need! Will definitely keep this on our favorites for our next Cleveland stay!

My girl and I had an amazing week staying at this location. A nice and cozy little space for a romantic getaway. Rex and Rebecca were so kind and helpful. Very responsive and amazing hospitality. We thank you guys so much for a wonderful stay.

I think this is my new go to place when I visit Cleveland! Very easy trip downtown and to other neighborhoods I visited, nearby stores and restaurants, cute and quiet neighborhood. Sara has so many thoughtful and lovely details in her home- dogs treats, toys and bowls (I didn’t bring my dog but missed him while I was there), coffee bar, extra bathroom items in case I forgot something, and and a beautiful, private back yard with furniture. I didn’t cook, but the kitchen seems well equipped. Love the furnishings! I highly recommend Sara’s home. Check in was super easy- they sent me the door code before I arrived.

My family and I had a great stay at Jeff’s house. We met here for New Years because it was half way between our homes in MA and MI. The game room, hot tub and fireplace were great. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking with kids and there’s a playground around the corner. It’s also close enough to Cleveland to enjoy museums there. Lots of convenient shopping for anything needed. The house was very clean and had a lot of games. It’s clear Jeff has put a lot of thought and attention to detail into his rental. Plenty of towels, lots of blankets to make it extra cozy. Excellent communication. Jeff even sent someone to help us with the fireplace when I was opening the flue wrong. As a host myself, I recommend this listing and greatly appreciated the experience.

We stayed the month of October and experienced the peak of the fall colors, which made the beautiful views of the lake from the living room and both bedrooms even better. Our host was very attentive and responded right away if we had any questions. We look forward to staying again next time we are in the area.

We only stayed for a short time but loved all extras the things the owner did for us. They left bread and eggs in the fridge for us. Christmas tree and lights were a nice touch! The driveway was freshly shoveled after snowing all day! I would definitely recommend staying at their comfy home.

This place was so cute! Love it’s all one floor and Pet friendly ! Also very clean and Trever was very responsive. Would definitely recommend and will use this location again.

We loved this place- it was so well appointed. Two tall son-in-laws appreciated the 2 king beds. Wonderful and comfortable living room with big screen TV, perfect dining area that can seat 10 with great views of lake and accessible for a winter plunge followed by hot tub! Kitchen was well stocked and while small the space was well used so that 3 could work there comfortably for making Thanksgiving fare. We really enjoyed the place- it’s a great choice!

The location was great, walking distance to restaurants and more. The house felt very peaceful. I would definetely stay here again.
