Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. From fully stocked toilet paper to clean towels and full bottles of shampoo and body wash, everything we could possibly need was provided. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again. 5 out of 5 stars from us! Highly recommend!

Great spot, 15 minutes from the strip. Everything you could want in an Airbnb

Have stayed at this property multiple times and the main selling point is the proximity to the Sands/Venetian expo. Not a bad walk at all, and the rooms are nice. On property restaurant is no frills and convenient as well. short walk down to Ellis Island for another food option that's a good value.

Great place

We enjoyed the game area. It was a good value for the price. The rooms were very large and nice. The beds were comfortable. The master bath was spacious with a huge shower. The living room was enjoyable. Location was good. The host was attentive and great to deal with.

We spent the week of Thanksgiving at Sara’s place and had a great time. It was so comfortable for everyone. We enjoyed a nightly dip in the hot tub and had plenty of space for our aTG dinner and family card games. We had an event in Red Rock, spent one day down on the strip and did a little bit of shopping. The location was perfect for all of our adventures, while being a quiet little paradise when we were there. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a great long weekend at the house. Very quiet neighborhood, yet still close enough to the Strip, restaurants, shopping and everything we needed. Tons of space. Super comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Great yard. Easy communication, always responsive.

location was great, the house was as described and the pool was great. communication was fast, but had to talk with a different person everytime. also they had prices listed wrong on their pool heating and the address given was incorrect. it is a company owned property that doesn't seem to stay there or know much about it.

The house was in a nice quiet area and close to the strip in Hoover dam. There was a grocery store less than a mile away. Everything was great at the house. I personally did not like the fact that we had to schedule the use of the hot tub however it was a great hot tub and they were quick to accommodate. The representative from the Cunningham group was very kind and quick to respond. A guest noticed there was a hairdryer missing and they had one shipped to the door the very next day.

Great home for large groups and Adolfo is very responsive.

Amazing home to stay for the weekend near Las Vegas strip! Very spacious and many things included in such a fair price. Some hiccups during our stay of 12 people but the hosts were able to communicate and respond well! Will consider coming back in the future.

Super adorable - very cute yard with firepit, giant pool (when in season), grill and supplies. Would be great with more people.

The best Airbnb I have stayed at! Erica and Tim were fantastic host and they responded very quickly. My family loved the mural in the backyard and the design in the home was very fun. They had everything we could ever need in the kitchen and lots of seating. Beds were soft and plenty of entertainment. The strip was only a short drive. We will be back in the summer to enjoy the pool. Thank you for having us!

We had a last minute change in housing and I sent a request for this place. Mike was awesome, he got us into the place within an hour and even waited to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was wonderful and was stocked with the necessary materials needed for us to stay comfortable. We found the house in a nice safe neighborhood that was quiet and pleasant. Mike was an awesome host that was responsive at all times. We would recommend this place for those looking to have a stress free stay.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb that was absolutely fantastic. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The host was friendly and provided clear instructions, which made everything super easy. The location was ideal, in a peaceful neighborhood but still close to all the main attractions. The beds were very comfortable, and the living area was cozy with a smart TV and high-speed internet. Small touches like complimentary kitchen utensils and toiletries made the stay even better. It was modern and clean, and a great area to stay when visiting around the area. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

We had a great stay. We had 7 people and it was great everyone got their own beds. The pool is great, feels refreshing in the Vegas heat. The kitchen is very well equipped. We cooked several meals at the house. The host was very responsive, since we cooked so much we ran through trash bags, dishwasher tablets and soap really fast and he had the supplies delivery to the house within hours. Everything was great, would definitely recommend !

A great location, nice big lot. Very updated, clean home. All appliances, electrical, and plumbing work very well. Includes a healthy amount of the basics; paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, etc. Everything in the kitchens well labeled and organized. Can tell property manager cares. Communicates well and fixes issues quite fast. Will definitely be coming back.
