Super adorable - very cute yard with firepit, giant pool (when in season), grill and supplies. Would be great with more people.

I stayed at Erica's place with 6 of my teammates for a soccer tournament this last weekend and this is one of the best airbnb's I've ever stayed at (and I've stayed at A LOT). There was great communication from the host, easy check-in, the place looks very new and trendy, it was very clean, fully stocked kitchen and there are so many thoughtful details that most hosts overlook. It's in a nice, quiet, suburban neighborhood, about a 15 minute drive to the strip and to the airport. Highly recommend booking this place, especially if you have a large group. The only suggestion I'd have is to bring some earplugs if you're a light sleeper because you can occasionally hear the airplanes flying by overhead at night, but it's not that big of a deal. Our soccer tournament is an annual tournament so we will DEFINITELY be looking into booking Erica's place again next year.

Absolutely loved the house it was beautiful so close to everything including the strip the pool was the best part loved my whole stay and will definitely be booking again

This was a great place for our young children and dogs. The yard is fully fenced and was perfect for our 2 year old and dogs to play in. The home was very comfortable and accurately represented in the photos and description. We felt very safe walking around the neighborhood and found great restaurants within a very short drive. We would definitely want to come back here.

Hosts were fantastic. Went above and beyond our expectations to ensure we had a great day. I too am a super host with Airbnb and the level of hospitality can not be beat.

Lot's of square feet, 2.5 baths, bedrooms on both ends of the house for great privacy if wanted, quiet neighborhood, a lot of stores of all types nearby and also a quick trip to the airport.

The place is clean n spacious everything u need in place pool is beautiful n host is very nice n accommodating 5 stars well worth it only place I'm calling when need to stay n Vegas been 5 times disappointed 4 times but this place made me extremely happy.

We got what we expected. Clean, nice house with lots of space. Full kitchen with everything you need. Has beautiful backyard with pool, BBQ, play area for kids, waterfall with water slide (unfortunately weather was too cold to enjoy the pool and spa). Our family enjoyed the stay.

Perfect Vegas vacation home, I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Nicholas place is BEAUTIFUL!! Very modern interior and incredible backyard. Great place for a family vacation. Nicolas and DJ were great hosts and always responsive. We would absolutely rent this home again.

Great hosts and seamless check in. Excellent communication. It was cold so we didn’t use the pool (didn’t pay the heating fee) but it was beautiful to look at. Space was very peaceful inside and outside. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy access to everything. Loved the hot tub and sauna. Master suite was amazing but all the rooms were very comfortable. More than enough room for our family of four. Wifi was spotty but the hosts tried really hard to help troubleshoot it. It may have been an outage in the area. My husband missed a few games and no family movie night but we played games and spent more quality time which worked out great. We did a lot of sight seeing but my family was so eager to return to the house so each day we cut some of it short. They kept telling me I shouldn’t have booked such a nice place..lol…which is a testimony to how spectacular this place is. Don’t overthink it, just book it!

Great house that was very clean. Lots of room and amazing outdoor space.

The house was in a nice quiet area and close to the strip in Hoover dam. There was a grocery store less than a mile away. Everything was great at the house. I personally did not like the fact that we had to schedule the use of the hot tub however it was a great hot tub and they were quick to accommodate. The representative from the Cunningham group was very kind and quick to respond. A guest noticed there was a hairdryer missing and they had one shipped to the door the very next day.

Great home for large groups and Adolfo is very responsive.

The communication between us and the host right from the beginning was five star. Mahin made it so easy right from the beginning The house was very clean, beds super comfortable, kitchen has everything we needed. The yard, pool and hot tub were the highlight of the stay. If we ever go back to Las Vegas we would stay in this house again. Very close to the airport and the strip as well. Ubers and cabs were quick to pick up. But above everything else the host was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Great location very close to the Strip and close to a couple of 24 hour convenience stores. I had a great view of the Strip from the 17th floor. Listing is spot on in terms of description & amenities. Mona was very friendly & communicative. Highly recommended.

it's so comfortable to stay at there. I will repeat again

My husband and I were scheduled to stay the week . We were going to be in Vegas for the National bridge tournament. First off it was extremely reasonably priced. Unfortunately a few days before our departure I had a big biking accident and we were not going to be able to travel. They let me have my bridge partner spend the week there and made it extremely easy for her to check in etc My friend told me that the place was amazing and she was able to communicate with the host easily. The place was so great that other friends who were staying at the Westgate came to use the microwave and "was envious of the walk in shower". She had an amazing stay! I am so grateful to Rushab for making it easy and wonderful for her to stay there-it made up for me not being there to play with her the entire week! So grateful. Thanks. karen

Can’t say enough great things about this home - beautiful and peaceful location outside the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas, very private and gorgeous scenery. The inside of the home was well-kept and everything was available that was needed. The pool was amazing (even in the Winter) and the kitchen was spacious. Bedrooms were well-accommodating and the garage games were a blast for the kids. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Quiet location close to where I needed. Had the kitchen and washing facilities I required. It is a shared space, which can be noisy. Some guests are on Vegas time, so showering at 3am etc.

THANK YOU Peter, The resort amenities were excellent and well maintained. The apartment was very cleaned and comfortable. The restaurant had good menu, good food and excellent service. The apartment is about 15 minutes walk to the Expo Center. We appreciate very much your kindness.
