Excellent stay in Mickaël's loft. Everything was spotless and ready to welcome us with our babies, a changing table and an umbrella bed were made available for their comfort. Very clean sheets and towels as well as all the hygiene products we needed. Pleasant decor and layout of the loft. We'd come back.

Perfect stay. The accommodation is extremely quiet. No noise disturbs the peace of mind. The equipment is remarkable. It has everything, of quality and in the right place, the outlets, the coat racks... This place has been cleverly arranged. The cleanliness is impeccable. Parking is easy and safe in front of the house on a street where only residents of this small residential subdivision pass. All the shops imaginable are within walking distance. Outstanding value for money. Thank you for the welcome at the top.

Nice easy apartment to 10 mins from the centre of orleans by car. Good for parking, spacious, good tv, i enjoyed the exercise bike. Friendly hosts. Very quiet at night. Near to a cinema and some stores. Reccomend.

This is a beautiful apartment and was perfect for its proximity to Guedelon castle. The beds and linens were very comfortable. There is some street traffic noise early in the morning, but a set of ear plugs solved that problem.

Very nice atypical and well renovated apartment with the character of the old and comfort/modern decoration. Very well equipped. Many outlets , very good heating. Great bedding and I admit that I hadn't seen in the listing that there were 2 dc and 2 showers!

New and renovated accommodation, as described, we appreciated the location in the city center, near the Loire which was perfect for a romantic weekend. We came in winter and it was quite cold but nice with balneo and heating. I recommend it!

We highly recommend Fred's place! ideally located for walking tour of the city of Orleans as a whole, this accommodation is very well kept, clean, welcoming, well-equipped and very peaceful. Not to spoil anything, Fred is a considerate host (little welcome attention:🍾😉), always responsive and attentive to his guests' requests. If you want to visit Orleans and relax at the end of the day in a professional jaccuzi, it's "the place to be"!

Booked as part of an EVJF weekend, we had a great time. The setting is relaxing and the hosts are very warm, accommodating and responsive. We had the opportunity to make our evening in the reception room. Room that we were able to organize as we wanted.
