140 year old beautiful Villa just a short walk away from the center of town and to Villa Melzi. We loved our stay and Sumedha the caretaker made it special. Our family wants to go there annually now. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place. We really wanted a peaceful spot with beautiful views and got exactly that. The house is up in the mountains above Lenno with access to good restaurants but it was a challenging walk from town. Recommend getting a car and taxis are not consistent. We would go back to the area and back to the same house.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the private pool — sparkling clean, perfectly maintained, and just the right temperature. Whether it was a morning swim, an afternoon of lounging by the water, or an evening dip under the stars, the pool was the perfect oasis for relaxation and fun. The property itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, offering all the comforts of home and then some. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing great local tips and responding quickly to any questions. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the living areas were cozy and inviting.

The house is 25 minutes away from Cómo, up a road thats not for everybody to drive on. Its very narrow, like many other roads on Europ. Once in Palanzo, the parking is 4 blocks away from the house, which is upheel on a very steep road. You can reach it by car, but unless you are driving a small european city car youll probably end up either stuck or scratching the car. Once in the house, you will find it to be a historical one, with old floors, doors and look and feel that gives you the sensatión on being on an historical place . The star of the house is the upper garden, pool and the upper deck, with breathtaking views of the Lake. I spent every minute i wasnt sleeping, seating there. It will make everything worth it. The histórical Bell that tells the time needs a mention of its own: its 50 feet away from the house and starts going on ("playing gong") at 6.40 am., and keeps going everything 30 minutes. Beautiful space, the Sheraton amenities were so helpful. Most beautiful pool ever. Right above a Michelin starred restaurant. Easy to find. Plan to get a car transfer to the Sheraton or take the bus, as taxis to the hotel were scarce. Loved our stay here.

Absolutely amazing! The kids had a great time in the pool- it was bigger than we expected and very private. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and everything felt very clean. There were two bathrooms which was a lovely surprise! The master bedroom had electric beds, a fairly large television and lots of storage. Pietro was such a huge help, great communication and he was kind enough to drive us to the train station. He even went to the pharmacy for my daughter and I, which we were extremely grateful for. As well as this, the apartment is only a 30 minute bus journey to Milan, aswell as a fair few easy access restaurants in the village. You can also follow the canal and walk into the Duomo- a lovely family walk. We had an amazing time here! I would 100% recommend.

Stefano is a very nice and polite host. The place was clean and comfortable. The views were amazing, breathtaking.. You could relax on the balcony watching boats moving across the lake or chilling in the garden enjoying the weather. Shop nearby with basic products. Also the bus stop is not too far. Very nice week at Casa Sulla Roggia. The house was squeaky clean and everything was as described. Plus your own private parking in the garage, which made it easier to get around with the kids. Google with the translator was also able to smoothly figure out the things that didn't work out in English. Beautiful views and a sheltered lot surrounded by tall fences.

The house was perfect for our stay in Milano. We had everything we wished for in that apartment. The spa in the terrace is super nice to relax. The host is perfect and super accommodating. Thank you again.

Quiet and clean place, no be intimidated by the unpaved road because the apartments are well maintained. Beautiful heated hot tub outside, a cuddle. A note of merit goes to the caretaker who is always nice and available.

The place is lovely and just as it looks in the pictures. We were traveling with four kids, and the house was spacious enough to meet all our needs. Parking in the village can be a bit challenging but you can always find a spot after a short wait of 10-15 minutes when someone leaves. There are several hiking trails around including a beautiful waterfall that's about an hour's walk from the house. The outdoor area features a grill and has a spectacular view, making it a peaceful and beautiful spot to relax. Jacqueline, our host, was very nice and helpful, living in the same house downstairs. We experienced some issues with the electricity failing a few times when the washing machine and oven were in use; however, with some care to avoid simultaneous usage, we could avoid this. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was a bit weak, and the 4/5G coverage was spotty in the area. Overall, it is a wonderful place with a supportive host, making it an excellent choice for a stay in the Como Lake area.

An absolute little gem in the heart of Bellagio! Paola and Giorgio's place was the perfect place to stay. Such a warm welcome from Giorgio with so many useful recommendations for walks, trips and restaurants was the perfect arrival. We made lots of use of the patio area, which felt like a little haven, and the view from the bedroom was absolutely beautiful. The location was central without being noisy and the pizzeria a few steps from the front door was a great bonus. I would absolutely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Recently renovated accommodation with quality materials (parquet floors, exposed beams, electric velux, very efficient double glazing, secure doors), well located in relation to the lake or the train station, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay and even a large garage easy to access for a car or several motorcycles; plus a terrace to the east, with views of the mountains, ideal for breakfast. Greta was always very responsive and cordial in the exchanges; very convenient check-in with an easy to find key box. A place to recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Aude's holiday home! The location is ideal, with a breathtaking view of Lake Como. The house itself is very pleasant, bright and well-equipped, exactly as described in the listing. What we particularly appreciated was the exceptional communication with the host. Aude was very responsive and flexible to our requests, which greatly facilitated our stay. The house is spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen suitable for self-catering. The private garden is a real plus, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peace and the lake. Beautiful the location is wonderful. The villa is quiet, and well maintained. The host is very helpful and accommodating. In short it’s an ideal villa for a lovely stay in this region for families.

Cinzia & Marzio welcomed us upon arrival and were very flexibile in time, because their house is next to the apartment. The place has their heart in everything. They transformed the little church into their home, not a commercial home for travellers, but one I could imagine is their own. It is decorated with (design) furniture from all decades, art from different artists. The place has a personal touch to everything, but also feels very welcoming and cosy. You have everything you need and more. Even a bowl with fresh fruit, it is very thoughtfull. Both Cinzia & Marzio are wonderfull people who enjoy meeting their guests and can give you the best recommendations of the area. We love art & design so this place was the perfect insprational stay and even better with such a warm welcome. Thank you so much! Daphne & Tobias

we had a great stay at Ludovica 's. the apartment is as described, the view is beautiful! Ludovica was very responsive, good advice and cared about our comfort. thank you for the little touches for breakfast:) Nesso was perfectly located for us (close to Bellagio, hikes and 1h20 from Milan) We highly recommend this place!
