Semi-detached house for rent in the summer of 2025. The twin residence is located in a quiet and child-friendly area of Langevåg outside Ålesund. 10 min by fast boat or 30 min drive to Ålesund. Short distance to shops, shopping center, playland, hiking areas and water park. The house has a spacious terrace. On the 1st floor you will find kitchen/living room, bathroom (with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer), as well as a bedroom. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom (this has a toilet and bathtub). The house can accommodate about 8 people. Baby cot can be arranged.

The house is located by the fjord, near the mountains, only 15 min by car from the center of Ålesund with it’s characteristic art nouveau architecture. Ålesund was voted as the most beautiful city in Norway. It is surrounded by sea and with short distance to both beaches and mountains it’s perfect for all kind of activities.

Stor og romslig tomannsbolig sentralt på sunnmøre leies ut i perioder da jeg jobber på sjøen og huset står tomt. Boligen består av to etasjer, hvor det blant annet er to bad, to store soverom(+ kontor som kan evnt brukes som soverom nr 3), stor stue med sofa/tvplass og spisestue. Kjøkken har alt nødvendig, og også et spisebord med 4 stoler. Uteplass består av hage og markterrasse. Grill og paviljong på sommertid. Geiranger, trollstigen og Ålesund sentrum er bare en liten biltur unna!

Peaceful and cozy apartment in 1st floor of semi-detached house. Rural but still close to Ålesund and Moa shopping center. Proximity to nice hiking areas and to the sea. By car to: Ålesund city center 20min MOA shopping center 10 min Langevåg 12 min It is also possible to drive to Langevåg to leave the car there to take the speedboat over to Ålesund. This one takes about 10 minutes. Then you come straight to the center of Ålesund without a car.
