Great place to stay, tidy and spacious apartment with two rooms. Nice view from the 20th floor with two small balcony's. Good size fridge with a microwave. There are multiple mini marts in the buildings surrounding so easy to pick up something quickly and only a 10 minute walk to the Hypermart where you can buy any Grocery item you might need. 10 minute walk to the Summarecon Mall Serpong, which is massive and has a great variety of restaurants' and shops. Highly recommended if you are visiting the area and need accommodation.

The room was exactly as shown in the photo - very spacious and makes you feel right at home. It’s in a very safe and well maintained apartment complex, with gym and swimming pool, plenty of cleaners and security guards, and everyone greets you with big smile. There’s a mall right next to the apartment for you to get food and a convenience store in the basement. The service was responsible and flexible - early check in was possible upon request. There were ants in the kitchen bench and table - not uncommon in indonesia but if these can be minimised, our stay would be more pleasant. Overall very satisfied with our stay and would return next time.

I have stayed here for a month. During my stay, host has supported me with kind and helpful. Very clean and useful home appliances were one of top benefits of this apartment. I will definitely stay here for my next travel.

Small & cozy apartment

First things first, I was thoroughly impressed by how impeccably clean Nowy’s apartment was—absolutely spotless! Here are a few aspects we truly appreciated: 1. Kids’ toys and books: These thoughtful touches were a blessing, keeping our youngest son happily entertained throughout our stay. 2. A high-quality vacuum cleaner: Staying for three days, we greatly valued having access to a reliable vacuum cleaner. It made tidying up effortless and helped maintain our comfort. 3. Pristine white bed linens and duvets: The fresh, crisp bedding was inviting and luxurious. Nowy also provided plenty of extra mattresses, ensuring even those sleeping on the sofa bed enjoyed a cozy and restful night. 4. Premium kitchenware: The stainless steel pots and pans were not only of excellent quality but also made cooking feel safe and enjoyable—a fantastic detail for those who prefer preparing meals during their stay. We would gladly return to Nowy’s apartment whenever we’re in town.

the place was nice, as it is on the picture, the spaces were simple and just felt cozy. There is a fully functional kitchen and few kitchen appliances, so we can cook a simple meal. There is a mini markets still in the building. The view from the apartment was really nice, it was high up. Overall it was a really nice place to stay

Hody is a great host, really responsive as well. There are some nice restaurants nearby that’s within walking distance, and food delivery has many options. We took cab the whole time we were in Jakarta so it was okay for us. Great view and high floor is a plus 👍

This is our second time staying at the host’s listing because we had such a great experience the first time around. was beyond expectation. The unit was pristine with new kitchen appliances and utensils. Netflix and the fast internet made our stay cozy. The main reason we chose to stay again was its convenient location, it’s walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia and the MRT stop. There’s also wonderful building facilities, open-air swimming pool, pool, sauna, jacuzzi and the gym which view was overlooking then whole city. Also thanks to our friendly host for recommending a the best local food around the area.

Very good deal in terms of everything and wonderful host. Might not be suited for long term stays in my opinion because of singing from a nearby mosque during both the day AND night and dedicated workspace in not really comfortable to sit there for the most of the day.

so easy to find and check-in, the place is the same as the photo and the bathroom was really nice. they provided towels and other toiletries so it really felt like we were in a hotel.
