Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Suffolk County

Thomas was welcoming and the place was beautiful with an inspiring view over to the city. There was a great park walkable distance that I would recommend to go explore and along with easy transportation to local restaurants and getting on the highway. The area is low key which made it feel safe and socially friendly.

We had a great time! It is on the third floor and could be difficult with heavy luggage (just an FYI). We loved each having our own room, and the outdoor patio space was nice for us as well. Thanks for hosting, Michael!

We had a great stay, it was walkable to a few restaurants. Hearing the waves was peaceful. We would stay again here!!!! Very friendly host!!!

Lynn is a wonderful host, super helpful. Gorgeous and historic area which I wish I had more time to explore! A private and comfortable space to stay. Bentley the Golden Retriever very friendly. Enjoyed my stay very much. Only thing to mention is some stairs to the room for future guests . Thanks Lynn!

Elisa is a great host and gave us extra stuff when we asked for it and even when we didn’t. The place was cozy and the tv was hooked up to her streaming services that we could use. There was a hot tub we could use but didn’t get a chance to. There was kitchen amenities for us to use and plenty of extra stuff for us to use like rags toilet paper and sugar but we had to use the small bathroom sink to wash things and no sponge to use. Also the cabinets and couch were very dusty when we arrived needed to be wiped down. Some stains on our blanket but other then that everything was great and would stay again if in town!

Newly renovated space, with quality appliances and tasteful decor. We really enjoyed our stay. Located within walking distance to good food and amenities. This is a two family home.

Ken was a wonderful host when we stayed in Roslindale Massachusetts. Location was superb to the small village and surrounding areas. I would highly recommend staying at this location, clean and quiet, extremely welcoming, clean and convenient.

Francisco's place is a beautiful old house (comfortably renovated) situated in a neighborhood of beautiful old houses. We found it to be very comfortable and quiet (surprisingly so, being just off a busy street). Our bedroom was spacious. We appreciated being able to use the well-appointed kitchen. Nice, large shower! Street parking is not abundant, but during our three-day stay we never had a problem finding a space within a block of the front door. Public transit station is a five minute walk, so getting to downtown, without having to drive, is easy. We followed one of Francisco's restaurant recommendations (Tres Gatos) and really enjoyed it!

Relocating to a town hours away for a summer job made me very nervous - but Laurie’s place felt just like home! She is so nice, the house is clean and cozy, the neighborhood is lovely, and all the other guests are respectful/kind as well. I’m so glad I chose this airbnb to stay in and highly recommend it. No problems at all.

We have stayed at this location on several occasions and will be back. The location is perfect for our needs. We have never had a problem with parking. The room is large, clean and well furnished with access to a big kitchen and bath shared with one other room. Francisco is very responsive if anything needs attention, but we have only had to contact him once or twice for minor issues.

Francisco was a fantastic host, very thoughtful and communicative. The hospitality was amazing with cookies and wine and all the items you need. The space was clean, well take care of, private, and set up beautifully. I would definitely return.

Quite honestly, the photos don't do this house justice. Every bedroom is unique and has its own character. The beds were so cozy it was hard to get out of bed. There are special little touches throughout the house from a welcome bottle of wine to a few candies in our bedroom for that late night sweet tooth. The house is close to the Orange line which will take you into downtown. We wanted to experience Boston in the Fall and we feel that was accomplished as we sat on the patio with a small fire taking in all the beauty. Lastly, Francisco was an amazing host. Very responsive, helpful and kind. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Andrew's place was great. The room and attached balcony are nice and Andrew is very friendly, responsive host. Great location, 20 minute walk to Davis Square and 7 minute walk to Green Line metro station.

Vanna and Jenny went out of there way so I can check in was looking for a place last minute and they helped me big time. They made me feel right at home from the minute I arrived. They would chat with me but also respected me if I wanted alone time. They were amazing host who supplied everything fir me during the visit. Felt like I was at home during my entire stay. They were also very quick to get back if I had any questions or problems. They have a dog who was super friendly and I loved him and playing with him. I would definitely rent from them again if I ever needed too. Thanks again for everything during my stay.
