Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Südoststeiermark

We had a great time staying at the place. The house was exactly as described – clean, cozy and equipped with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace/oven. Andreas was very friendly, helpful and always quickly accessible. Communication went smoothly, and check in/check out was super easy.

Our stay with Anika and Marcus was really great! We were able to enjoy all the amenities you know from home in this top equipped cottage and had totally helpful, proactive and really insanely supportive hosts. Thank you for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back!

The place was almost even nicer in person than in the photos. Very clean and perfectly equipped. The location is incredibly beautiful and quiet and just leaves nothing to be desired. Communication with Xenia went smoothly and we found her to be a very accommodating host! Would 100% come back, it was so great!

A very tasteful and high-quality restored basement. In November, the house was a little chilled in the beginning, but then very cozy with heating the fireplace. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful few days in Styria. Andrea's house is really like it looks like in the photos, incredibly great materials processed, huge, a kitchen to dream. Andreas was always reachable and gave us valuable tips. Unfortunately, it rained half of the stay and the beautiful hiking area was denied us, except for two hikes. But we felt very comfortable indoors and spent the rainy season with a hot tub and playing comfortably.

We spent 3 Christmas days in Graz. Everything was great: very responsive and helpful host, private parking, the lady at check-in, the very clean and cosy apartment, the location. We didn't use the car, everything was close. It was very quiet in the apartment as if there were no neighbours at all. Also at nights there was no noise from the street. The bathroom is indeed super narrow (but high, which was more important for my husband). I suppose it wasn't even planned originally in this apartment and it was added later. The kitchen was quite well equipped (however, more plates and bowls would be great). Note that the oven is also gas and it can be tricky to bake in it if you are used to an electric one. Also there are foldable chairs, so if you need more than 4, ask where they are. In general, we were very satisfied with everything. Thank you, Herbert!

We were in Graz over New Year's Eve and the apartment was in a great location, you were in a few minutes walk everywhere you wanted to go. Apartment was clean and the closet bed comfortable, will be happy to come back.

Staying here was a dream! The accommodation was so beautiful in a great location, beside a charming restaurant at the top of the hill. Graz is an amazing city with so much going in and around its area, we’d recommend anyone to stay here. The place was well-equipped with everything we needed and the deck feels even bigger than it looks in the pictures! A lovely place to have dinner or enjoy the sunset and stars. Though there is no AC we were not hot on the warm days because there is a fan that works well. The piano works well and is an absolute joy! Astrid and her family were so lovely, she gave us food from her garden, found an umbrella for us to borrow for a few rainy days, and helped us to replace a missing key when we lost it out on a hiking trip. She was very kind and understanding. Their neighbors and the people in the nearby restaurant are also lovely, and the community felt like home. Their home felt like our home, and we would absolutely love to return sometime soon!

The house is amazing and elegant. All the apartments in the house are beautiful and large. Beautiful pool and services. A couple of issues are related to the gate entrance that was broken and to the air conditioning that was present only in a part of the house.

The perfect place to spend a weekend or an entire week! The house is absolutely fantastic. Everything is in the right place, and it’s super clean and cozy. Spacious and warm bedrooms, a huge living area, and a sauna with the best view in Austria. Konrad is a superb host! He is very responsive and extremely polite. There’s plenty of room for any activities, with stunning views from every room, allowing you to observe the beauty of nature right from your bed. It’s also close to charming small towns with great restaurants and ideal for day trips to Gruner See or even Hallstatt. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! Thank you, Konrad, for such a beautiful experience.

Susanne welcomed us, showed us around and explained everything. We fell in love with the house right away, mixed this old wall with Susanne's great style. Susanne looked after us wonderfully, was quickly accessible and her neighbor provided great warmth. We were a larger group of friends and family and each of us had our own wonderful empire. Hello, already right when booking the villa I could remember, that Cornelia makes a lot of effort to give me and my companions a great experience. Not only does it have a stunning villa but take care of everything around what you want. We had a severe thunderstorm during our stay. Here she immediately inquired about us, came by, your kind and behavior super well! The villa is even better than on the pictures, I can only recommend that to everyone!
