Great stay. Very inviting and tranquil. The sole issue I encountered was my inability to utilise the pool due to the broken steps, compounded by my reliance on only one arm. Paul, however, endeavoured to devise a temporary solution, which ultimately proved ineffective, yet his efforts were genuinely considerate. Recommend staying here and I will rebook for sure.

Allan is always the best host, from the big basket of fresh fruit he supplied to the helpful tips on the area. He is always prompt with his replies to anything that we ask and I highly recommend his place. We have stayed here a number of times and hope to be back same time next year.

Ben place was stunning!! Exceeded our expectations by far. Tranquil and peaceful with a beautiful aesthetic. Great communication and helpful with our needs. Lucy’s house is a great home when you are traveling with families. There’s swimming pool for the kids to play, complete kitchen sets if you want to cook, proper work area if anyone needs to work or have online meetings and very comfortable living and dining rooms. Lucy gave very clear and thorough instructions when it comes to check in and check out. She and her team always very responsive to our questions. Will definitely refer Lucy’s house to our friends if they are looking for air b n b in Perth!

Lemon Tree was the perfect backdrop to our holiday in Perth. Good access to public transport, if needed. Quiet location with a perfect outdoor area, the pool was the icing on the cake. Jane is an extremely friendly host, and very organised. It was an absolute joy to stay at Lemon Tree Cottage. For us it was just a perfect location. The Padbury Shopping centre provides all your needs with high quality produce in the IGA, plus a great Fish and Chip Shop! When we return to Perth next year, hopefully Lemon Tree will be available, and once again we can stay at this lovely home. Thank you Jane, from the family, Dave Linda and Sharon

Awesome place to stay for a comfortable time away with your family. The location is great, a couple of coffee shops within walking distance. Nice quiet friendly neighbourhood. The highlight is certainly the backyard, the pool was great for cooling off and entertaining kids. We would stay here again.

We (a family of 4) had a lovely stay at Coby’s beautiful house. Everything was like mentioned and in the pictures and even better! Lovely pool for the kids and Coby even left kids toys for our little son to play with. Coby was extremely helpful with EVERYTHING ! We had a wonderful stay. Thank you again! Location was really good too - some beautiful beaches around and Hillary’s just around the corner. Shopping facilities not far either. It was the perfect home for our family!

Great place to stay for my friend’s 40th birthday holiday. There was 9 of us which made it affordable. Getting to transportation was easy and not too expensive for being outside the city. The house was bigger than expected with lots of space to spread out. Had a great time.

Great accommodation. Just as described. We were visiting Perth for our daughter to compete at track and field championships. Travelling with our family of 4 as well as extended family (grandparents, aunt). Plenty of room for everyone to be together as well as plenty of space to not be in each others way. Close to the beach. Great to see the sun set over Indian Ocean each day. Would def come back next time we are in Perth.

We had a great Easter weekend at Tanias house. Communication was smooth and quick. The house—and especially the kitchen—was equipped with everything you need. The beach is a 10-minute walk. With kids, we can recommend Longview there. They have a kids' menu, fast service, and a great view. A successful beach stay and we would definitely come back if we visit Western Australia again.

house is beautiful, plenty of eating places within walking distance. highly recommend Indian restaurant called Vatican. yo chi frozen yogurt was a daily visit for us. The only downside to this property was the size of the pool. property has 5 double bedrooms.There was only one lounger and if 10 people got in the pool you wouldn't move

Absolutely LOVED our stay here! The outlook is absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful. The accommodation was beautiful, big, well appointed and very comfortable. Had everything we needed. The place is as advertised.Pleased with the responsiveness of the host.Quiet positively surprise of the amenities set in the house.Although, quiet pricey it is worth it. Pool is a great value add although we dis not use is since the purpose of our visit was not for leisure would highly recommend this place. Just a recommendation to perhaps label the pool depth for awareness.Otherwise, a great place to stay.

One of the best airbnb’s that I have stayed at personally, would highly recommend and if returning to Perth I would find a way to stay again. We stayed for a whole week and not once did we feel unsafe. Parking spot is very spacious with a great little laundry area down stairs. All amenities were clean and easy to use with already base ingredients (oils, salt, pepper etc.) available! Overall a 10/10 experience, highly recommend

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. Lovely apartment. Beautiful location with a lovely pool area. Loved watching the parrots and other birds from inside and from the balcony (which was also a sun trap). Spotless accommodation and thoughtful consumables for us to enjoy. Well recommended.
