Nice bedrooms, enjoyed the fire pit. Clean rooms, clean floors, and nice patio. Kind hosts and great location. Lots of geckos and toads at night which we loved. Short walk to the harbor. Not too far, but far enough to be quiet and private. It was a little difficult to find at first, but completely worth the search. No tv, no wifi, no microwave, and no water heater available.

We enjoyed our short stay at Sein and Gail's simple place. The location of the property is quiet and peaceful and just a short walk from the beach which is all we were looking for. The house itself is very simple and had everything we needed. Airconditioning is good and the bathroom was clean. We liked using the colored lights inside the house in the evening. EJ the caretaker was very friendly and picked us up promptly when we arrived at the bus station. We were able to rent their scooter for the duration of our stay (recommended to fully explore Patar and its beaches and caves). Sein and Gail were very helpful and responsive as well and granted our request for late check out for an additional fee. We loved the company of the dogs and chickens too 😊 Recommend this place for people looking for a simple no-frills vacation.

Mark was super responsive to our inquiries, and super friendly. Was really helpful with ammenities we needed. The location is very convienient to many essential needs, and very close to the port to get to Hundred Islands. Place had a washer, which is s huge plus for this stay especially if travelling light. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as advertised—modern, spacious, and very clean. The aesthetic is well thought out, making the space feel stylish and inviting. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, the three toilets/shower rooms (which were very convenient for our group), and the direct pool access from two of the rooms. The location is also great—just 10 minutes from Bolinao Falls and around 40 minutes from Patar Beach. Fernando was very responsive and helpful with our requests, and Joven, the caretaker, was always happy to assist and very quick to respond. Everything was well-maintained, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. Just come prepared for the flies—keeping the windows and doors closed helps. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! Our group is pretty large, and finding a place that could comfortably accommodate everyone was a challenge, but this place was perfect. The space is incredibly spacious, well-maintained, and has all the amenities we needed. Everyone had their own space, and the common areas were great for hanging out together. The caretakers were absolutely fantastic—super approachable, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay and provided great local recommendations. Highly recommend this place for any large group looking for a great getaway!

The place was very well maintained, organized and spacious. The caretaker Noel was very friendly and informative of places for us to visit and market where to get our food. The pool added a beautiful ambiance. Lots of amenities and utilities we were able to use. I highly recommend this place to my family and friends. Thank you Cherie for always responding to my emails. Nice and safe place.Very spacious its good for family bonding. Clean rooms,towels and beddings. We sleep comfortable.

Its a hidden gem of alaminos city... responsible and nice host Remy, about d places... feel at home with peaceful place enjoying the province with a lots of tourist spot and quiet neighborhoods of course added of d kind host and beautiful gem house.. u gonna love it... its just honest review. Hopefully i can come back again in alaminos, so we will see Remy again.

We had a great stay! The house was clean, spacious, and felt like home. Good WiFi, AC, and towels were provided. Ms. Noreen, the host was friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect minutes away from beach and other establishments if you need to buy something (good if you have a car). We'll definitely come back! 5 star! ✨
