Villa vacation rentals in Studio City, Los Angeles

A 30min drive to Disney and a great amount of space for family for all of us to stay. Wonderful AIRBNB

While this wasn’t our typical getaway, it turned out to be a wonderful experience. We had to evacuate our home due to the Palisades fires, and this was where we sheltered. Jean was an amazing host, very responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating. The home is in a fantastic location, nestled in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s quiet and private, which I personally loved. While this wasn’t a usual booking for me, I can see how this place would be perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing LA getaway or staycation. I highly recommend.

I really love the quiet area, lots of things instead area to do. The host was always when we had questions. Really enjoyed this weekend!

Jack and Mandy are great hosts. They answered all of our inquiries in a timely manner. Location was perfect for us as it was very close to our friends and relatives. A perfect location for all restaurants and markets in the Alhambra and Monterey Park area. Highly recommended for a convenient and pleasurable stay in the area.

Wilson is a very responsive host. replied back right away when we had issues and worked to resolve them. would highly recommend

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Patty’s house. Her house is so warm, welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen is amazing and fully stocked. What a treat to be able to cook family dinners during our stay! The location is peaceful, serene and convenient to hiking, shopping, restaurants and the beach. Thank you Patty!

The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very kind and polite. They answered all our questions and provided everything we asked for. It was a great experience. I would recommend the location to others traveling or staying in the area. There is a nice park with a track and pond near by. You can even see the mountains down some of the nearby streets. There are many nice local restaurants , a few supermarkets and businesses near by.

We were 5 colleagues on a busiinesstrip and had a great time at this house. Atmosphere, house and garden are wonderful. Also great for cooking and spending time in the huge kitchen (once you find out what is where in the infinite number of drawers :) ). We surely will come back when we'll return to LA.

This house is a real stunner, with beautiful furnishings, great art and books, a great kitchen, plenty of seating for a large group and a fantastic location (near the Hollywood sign). It is both elegant and homey at the same time. We were a large group for the holidays and everyone was comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone, and no one wanted to leave this special house.

It was a pleasure for us staying at Colby’s & Conrad’s place!! The communication was great, the accommodation was modern and spotless clean and well equipped!! Unfortunately the accommodation wasn’t prepared for a 1 month stay, some cleaning tools, toilet paper etc was missing for a longer stay but anyways, this was one of my fav places I’ve stayed so far and I can just recommend it to everyone!

I fell in love with this place! I even extended it for two days! It was so peaceful and beautiful! The hot tub was fantastic and the sauna was superb! My fiancé and I enjoyed our couple retreat! We were able to cook a full meal and had all we needed to complete the perfect meal! Lastly, everything was so clean, well kept abs smelled great! The beds were super comfy as well! WE WILL BE BACK! Jose was a responsive, friendly host. Ours was a last minute rental and he was very flexible and helpful. The house was p perfect layout for 6 adults and 4 children. Exceptionally clean,& welcoming . I would recommend this rental without hesitation!

My colleagues and I loved staying at Kaye and Valerie’s home. It was the perfect retreat for us during our busy work weekend. We can’t wait to return to the area and book the same house again! Plenty of clean linens, great location, and all the things that we needed for the perfect girls weekend.

Definitely the best hosts and well-priced for its location as there’s so much around. First stay but definitely won’t be our last one. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway, this is definitely worth checking out.

Very quiet neighborhood and great mountain view. The room is private and clean. The host is kind and responsive. The only thing is that the mattress and pillows are tooooo soft. Other than that, it’s perfect.

The house was super clean and very beautiful, obviously fully renovated. The host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The location was great. Beautiful pool, only wish the weather had been warmer!

Absolutely fantastic stay. Quaint villa in the green hills of Los Angeles, quiet and relaxing but 10 minutes from the action of Hollywood. Felt very safe. Pool is absolutely lovely, room spotless and homely. Can’t wait to stay again!
