What a wonderful experience! Lynn was communicative and responsive. Easy to get into the property, and wow what a beautiful home! I cannot recommend Lynn enough. She was kind, flexible, and honorable. I will definitely be staying here again.

Fabulous stay at a one-of-a-kind LA home with history, art, and unbelievable indoor-outdoor living. Huge eat in kitchen off the private backyard with pool, tons of seating, koi pond, trees, parrots flying overhead at sunset. Magical, relaxing, and very old Hollywood-meets-country French courtyard living. We brought three generations of our family to enjoy a long weekend together and couldn’t be happier with the privacy and layout of the first floor. (Older guests may find the stairs a bit hard to navigate, but if you’re sturdy enough to go up one or two flights of stairs with only one handrail, you’ll love this place.) Highly recommend to all — a great central home base off the central freeway artery in mid-town LA. Minutes to The Grove, Koreatown, and anywhere else you’re wanting to wander.

We loved this Villa!! Was perfect for us and the dogs. Bed was comfy, the whole place was extremely clean, and we loved how we are able to access the Langham pool and hotel. Chris was an amazing host and responded super fast and was so helpful. Would love to stay there again.

The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very kind and polite. They answered all our questions and provided everything we asked for. It was a great experience. I would recommend the location to others traveling or staying in the area. There is a nice park with a track and pond near by. You can even see the mountains down some of the nearby streets. There are many nice local restaurants , a few supermarkets and businesses near by.

where do I start. this place was incredible. but that’s not even the best part about it. the service was impeccable. any time I had any kind of issue whether it was asking for extra set of keys, or asking where something was, I would get a reply, and a very detailed and helpful one within minutes. we also realised we left our HDMI cable at home so I thought I’d be cheeky and ask if they had any somewhere, they delivered one the next day. one of the best experiences I have had staying abroad. thank you so much Maimon Group! I will definitely be staying with you again!

I had an amazing stay at this property! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. House was equipped with everything plus more. it didn't feel like a rental but rather your home away from home, with very personal details in decor and bedding. I love that they were compost conscious, all toiletries were from natural and not bleached paper, clear instructions on everything else and super thoughtful about the check in and welcome process. I am happy to have my daughters sweet 16 getaway at such a lovely home. thank you!!!

The house was in a great location. It wasn’t to far from attractions. It was private & comfortable, a little of both worlds. My family and I came from out of state, to go Universal studios, visit the beaches, the Alameda plaza and of course for the taste of delicious Cali cuisine! Hosts were helpful and friendly.

Incredible stay. The house felt like our home or a friends home. The absolute perfect stay for a group of friends looking to unwind and be with each other. Plenty of space for quiet time if needed and about fifteen minutes from six flags. Was wonderful to soak in the hot tub after a day on the roller coasters. Sarah is an excellent host who really cares about her guests and wants to make their stay as perfect as possible.

This was my fourth stay at Liza’s wonderful villa. I Liza continues to do a great job at making it a comfortable home away from home. I can’t say enough great things about her place! Love it!

Paula was a wonderful host. My family and I enjoyed the many amenities available. She was attentive to my family’s needs. She asked what we needed and took care to provide extra. We are thankful. Such a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. Worth 5 stars and beyond.

Yan’s place is truly an Oasis. Very quiet, peaceful and away from all the noise of LA. Close drive to yummy restaurants in the La Brea area. The pool is aaaammmmaaaaziiing! Loved the size, very very clean and it comes with floaties. The place felt very comfortable like staying at a well cared for guest home. We loved the full kitchen, top notch appliances and very good clean filtered water and ice. The two bathrooms were a nice addition and the open space inside with the beautiful view of the pool made our stay so so peaceful. We would definitely stay here again. Yan was very responsive, and so easy to work with, she made our stay very comfortable. If you’re looking for a relaxing quiet place in the LA area this is it. Easy reverse traffic into downtown and SoCal from this area. Place is surrounded by a beautiful massive garden, very tranquil and added to our relaxing vacation. Thanks Yan and Colin!

We loved Tomer’s place! The place was completely clean inside and outside as well including the pool & jacuzzi. Bathrooms & all areas of the house were in the best possible shape. I would definitely come back to this place! Thanks Tomer for a great experience!

Place was great and minutes from Disneyland. Yan communicated right away on things. Pool was a plus for kids after a long day walking the park. Thanks again and we’ll be back

Great place to stay. They provided lots to do at home from board games & arcade machines to the pool & hot tub. The place was very clean and taken care of. Definitely recommend!

This place is absolutely amazing! I have stayed at a lot of homes and this place was truly amazing. I had a large group of 10 people and nobody felt like they were on top of each other. This place was amazing. We really enjoyed staying here and will most definitely be staying again. The host Karen and Nick made us feel so welcome and even gave us a pin to trade at Disney! I would recommend this place to anyone!
