We had a fantastic time during our stay in Cottonwood! We spent a lot of time hiking in the Sedona area and exploring Sedona and the surrounding areas. Marian is an outstanding host and the accommodation provided were top notch with every single detail very well thought-through. We needed nothing during our stay. Everything was perfect! The home is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and welcoming. We felt at home the minute we entered the house. We would love to stay at Marian's place again next time we come to visit Sedona. It was the perfect home away from home for us. Last, but certainly not least, the house was spotless, which we appreciated so very much (in addition to everything else)!!! Thank you for your hospitality!

Randy's place has been a favorite of ours for years! Randy is an Amazing host, and his home is clean and cozy. It also has a nice big yard for the dogs.

We had an amazing girls trip, the house was perfect for us. Great location and kitchen was fully furnished with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable we ran out of time and didn’t get to use the sauna, maybe next time. :)

We had such an amazing stay! One of the best places we’ve stayed at! Tami is outstanding as a host. Labels everything making it so easy to find things and her special touches make you feel so welcomed. We absolutely loved it and would totally go back in a heart beat!

Had a great time despite the weather. Great location near the popular vantage points and attractions yet was very private and quiet. Kitchen was equipped pretty well. Technology in the house worked great. We’d visit again if we were in Sedona area.

Doug's house was more than I could have imagined. Everything was perfect and was well stocked with everything necessary. It was perfect for my large family. 14 people and 2 dogs. Very spacious and plenty of beds for everyone. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. Large or small family. There were plenty of games for the children and plenty of hiking trails. It was a very relaxing time for everyone. Great place for a Thanksgiving feast. Doug responded right away if I had a question. I would definitely rent this home again! Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

My Mom, my sisters and I headed to Sedona for some hiking and R&R. This house was the perfect quiet, roomy, comfy getaway that we needed. Its about 20 minutes from Uptown Sedona so a bit out of the hustle and bustle. The house was roomy, has lots of bathrooms, the beds were comfy and the views out all the windows and outdoor spaces were amazing. I believe every room had an outdoor exit/sitting area. Werner was SO helpful and responsive. We had a bit of trouble finding the place and honestly, I think we just made it harder on ourselves, because the place is really not hard to find. One call in to Werner, and we were able to get that all ironed out. My family and I loved the house and wish we had more time to enjoy it. For our next trip to the Sedona we would definitely reserve this house again.

Bob and Natalie’s place was very welcoming and so cozy and clean. They welcomed us on our arrival, which has never happened, and was really nice as they told us about local spots to eat and explore. It was a perfect size for our family of six and we could easily cook meals in the kitchen as it had so many kitchen immenities! We even made s’mores one night on the back patio with the fire pit and enjoyed the view of the stars and the quietness, always so nice and quiet at night, very peaceful. We experienced a lot while there as the location of their house is in a central spot to Sedona, Flaggstaff, and the Grand Canyon among so much else! It really is a wonderful place. We hope to enjoy it again one day:) Thank you, Bob and Natalie!!

Cute space walking distance from Old Town Cottonwood. The space is small, but very comfortable and efficient. The bed was comfy too.

Our recent stay at Page’s place was comfortable and as pictured and described. Great location for seeing sights in and around Cottonwood before heading to Sedona and Grand Canyon.

We were a little further from Sedona than we thought we'd be, but the location was great. Having stayed in Sedona before, I preferred the Village of Oak Creek. It had everything we needed and the drive to Sedona was spectacular. The unit was clean and well furnished. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Shower and toilet area in the bathroom was tiny and difficult to navigate. I'm a pretty big guy and that's about the only negative thing I could say about the unit. Plenty of parking and good amenities. Maintenance person (Nathan) was very responsive. If we return to Sedona, we would stay there again. Also, before our arrival, Brandon was in constant communication with us. He provided all kinds of info regarding restaurants and things to do. It was very helpful.

Was a great location to visit Sedona - close to all the restaurants, trails, and stores but quiet enough that you can rest! Had plenty of space for our group.

This was the perfect place to explore the areas are Sedona and cottonwood, without being in the mayhem of Sedona. It was 90 during the day but we never even had to turn the air on. Theres a little cat that comes by to say hi every morning and evening and that was the topper for me. Clean, everything you need, and the linens all smelled so clean!

Absolutely loved staying here. So peaceful. Can’t wait to be back in May.

I absolutely loved staying at the Storybook Schoolhouse 1! The location is perfect - literally minutes away one can explore Clarkdale, Jerome, and Cottonwood! Not to mention, Sedona is only 15 minutes away! Wendy is an exceptional Host! She was so incredibly helpful in offering assistance and guidance during my six week stay at her lovely Schoolhouse! I couldn't have asked for a better Host! Thank You, Wendy!

Very much liked the close proximity to hikes. Accommodation totally fit our needs for the two nights, wish we could have stayed longer. Power went out for a while one evening, communication with host was prompt. We figured out the WiFi, but it was slightly different than the instructions posted at the condo.

Lovely place and great for walking to amenities and the Sr. Living down the street. kitchen is well stocked for basic cooking (or opening wine).

We had a wonderful week at Sheela’s condo. Oak Creek is a perfect location with the grocery store across the street, great restaurants within walking distance and a bit removed from the busy pace of uptown Sedona. The kids swam every day and loved the pool area. Our fave spots to eat were Colt BBQ, Butterfly Burger, Pisa Lisa, PJ’s pub, Sedona Pizza & Pasta and Canyon Breeze. Never had a bad meal! Get up early to hike the big spots, parking can be tricky (it was busy due to spring break). The views were breathtaking. Best trip we’ve ever had!

The condo was spacious and spotless. The location was great for exploring Sedona. After going on local recommended hikes, that were just minutes away, we relaxed and enjoyed the condo amenities (pickle ball, pool, and grill). There was plenty of room for our family of five to eat, sleep, and hang out. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was the perfect location for us to do all the hiking that we had planned. There is a fantastic bakery and grocery store near by as well. There are places to eat within walking distance or a fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals. Caroline’s place had everything we needed and was exactly as described. It is truly a beautiful area. We would definitely stay at her place again!

We were very happy with the apartment for a family of five with two kids ages 9 & 11. Great location to shopping centers and main hiking sites. No more than 5 minutes by car. The hosts were timely responsive, professional and kind. We would gladly stay at their location again. Thank you

It’s was so homey. We really enjoyed our stay: felt safe. Felt right at home. It was stocked with everything we needed, close to where we wanted to be!

Location is absolutely perfect. This is about 10-15 minutes from Sedona depending on traffic. But, this area has great restaurants and shops that are all walkable. There's a small pool and play area. Bell Rock trailhead is about a 5-minute drive. We've stayed in both Sedona and now Villages of Oak Creek. I would recommend staying in the Villages and driving into Sedona if you want to stay away from the crowds and traffic.
