Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Stratford

We had a great overnight stay for a girls’ night away. The place was clean, bed comfortable, kitchen had the essentials, smooth check in and easy access to Main Street with all the bars, shops and more. Highly recommend.

Thalia and Jesus made our stay very enjoyable not just for the two of us, but also our pup. Their space is very dog, friendly, including an outdoor fenced in area. They provided any extra pet necessities for dogs staying there. We came with our own gear, but our dog even enjoyed their dog bed at times!

Great value, and Guosen was very thoughtful and considerate as a host. When the weather got dodgy, and our flights were in jeopardy he helped out by freezing bookings for the next couple days, so we could extend our stay at the last minute if needed.

Our daughter was getting married at the Elora Mill and we wanted a place she and her girls could get ready, the groom and his men could get ready as well as a place for our family to stay after the wedding. The Postmaster’s House and Carriage House were perfect! The groomsmen used the Carriage House and the girls got ready in the main house. We had photos taken and even the first look picture with her dad in the sunroom! Liz and Jamie made it so easy to feel at home and the coffee/tea bar was a lovely treat in both spaces! We would highly recommend staying here when in Elora especially if getting ready for a special function!

The property was wonderfully quiet. We spent Saturday quietly and had a nice cheery fire in the fireplace on Saturday night. It was just the right place for us to have a little getaway.

The patio with the river view was just amazing! Our dog loved it! For the first time, she didn’t even bark at the ducks or geese she simply enjoyed nature! We booked this spot for this view and that it was walkable to Fergus downtown and Elora was just a 10 min car drive and it was perfect that way. It was raining and we got drenched when we arrived and were struggling to open the door although the instructions were very clear. The host instantly popped out to ask if we needed any help but then we opened it ourselves. Can’t stop thinking of the river view! It was a bliss to read sitting out there sipping tea! 🫖 📖 thank you for also being dog-friendly! 🐶 :)

It was a very peaceful stay. Donna's place has all the essentials. The place was clean. Donna made sure to give all the necessary information and instructions to make the stay more comfortable and was also available to answer queries. The place is walking distance from a trail and downtown. There is a lot of place to walk around in the neighborhood. Great experience overall.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property of Linda, and I can’t say enough good things about it. The pool and hot tub were truly standout features, offering the perfect setting to relax and unwind, whether it was a sunny afternoon or a cool evening under the stars. There are plenty of seating areas and places to lounge, making it ideal for spending time outdoors, whether you’re enjoying a meal, reading a book, or just soaking up the beautiful surroundings. The interior of the property was just as impressive—clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. I was in Waterloo for an event with many of my friends flying in from all over the world. Bing’s place served as a location of having this short 2 day retreat and I highly recommend it! The property is gorgeous with lots of space. It allowed our group to mingle around in different spots around the house in small groups while still feeling like home. Bing was responsive to us with all the queries, with an average response time around 4-5 hours usually. They also respected our privacy and were okay with us having some guests on the second day of our stay. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for an intimate yet luxurious place to stay with their group :)

100% recommended to book! I booked this beautiful home for six people, and we felt very comfortable in the home with the amount of bedrooms, comfortable beds and clean washrooms. There’s a beautiful backyard that also accommodates for kids which I think is great. I plan on booking in the summertime to take advantage of the pool with my son and friends. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Fawwaz was a great host. Thank you again.!

My family and I had a great stay at Betsy's. There was lots of space for everyone to sleep, play and hang out. The pool and backyard was fantastic for the kids. Kitchen had everything we needed for dishes, pots, pans, knives etc. The location was great. A nice park across the street and we were able to walk downtown. We would definitely stay at Betsy's place again.

Spent the weekend with a big family. 14 adults and kids. Accommodated us all comfortably and beautiful pool.
