Vacation rentals with a kayak in Strait of Juan de Fuca

The home is quite nice and well equipped for a large group. We really had no complaints at all. Our team loved. The beach. I enjoyed the large kitchen, and the beds were comfortable. Thanks so much!!

We had a wonderful stay at the forager house! Exactly as pictured in the listing - no frills, but very comfy and met our needs for our trip. We loved going down to the water at low tide to look for creatures and watching for otters in the mornings. We used it as our access point to Olympic National Park and it was perfect!

Beautiful and clean home, had everything we needed, great location, fast responses from host. Would stay again!

It was a great place. Nice location and comfortable surroundings . Kitchen was stocked nicely as we did some cooking and seasonings, oil etc.. were there . Plus coffee .

We loved this amazing view home in Nanaimo. It is comfortable and extremely clean. Brian is a wonderful host, very welcoming and helpful. He has gone the extra mile to make your stay memorable by having so many extras available for your enjoyment like kayaks, crab traps and even extra shoes! The home has an incredible view and water access that offers a beautiful place to relax each day. We saw orcas, humpbacks, and otters from the deck! My 4 yr old grandson loved watching the ferries and float planes. Nanaimo was so fun. We are planning on coming back and definitely want to stay at this home again.

Honestly, one of the best organized and set up Airbnb we have ever stayed out. It felt like everything you could need and more was available. Not only was the house clean and well organized but everything was labeled and easy to find. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Wonderful experience.

Me and a couple of my guys went out there and had a BLAST. First off, thank the Lord we got 2 sunny days! We were loving the sun! We played poker, soaked in the views, and hit up some awesome local spots. First, the coffee shop/trailer near the mini mart in town has the BEST COFFEE EVER. But I’d definitely recommend The Harbor for breakfast, and the Geoduck for beers and food. This place was incredible and the views were even better than the pictures! Loved the side house, and the main house had plenty of space. It was a great week and we’d absolutely come back. Thank you!

A nice little get away as a family to enjoy the things we love - beach, water, and nature! Kirsten’s place offered all three and more! Cozy, comfortable, and clean! Enjoy every minute we were there!

This place is fantastic. It was wonderful getting a front row seat to the waves from right in the living room. We loved walking out just the couple of steps to the beach and hunting for sea glass and agate. Had fun playing a bit of tennis right across the street from the house. Beds were super comfy and cozy. Bit far from stores, but it was really nice being somewhat away from civilization in such a peaceful area. This stay was extremely relaxing and rejuvenating. We would love to come back one day!

Peaceful place to stay a couple of days for sure. The cottage was cute, well furnished and decorated with some nice touches. This place will have you feeling right at home very quickly. I would stay here again.

If you want a sweet little respite away from the rest of the world, this is an excellent spot. Cottage was squeaky clean and had gorgeous views of both water and mountains. The market was super helpful, and they have a great selection of VHS tapes and DVDs available to borrow for a blast from the past. Truly one of my favorite stays I’ve ever had.

We had a wonderful get away Eagle Point Cottage. The view was incredible. They really thought of everything to make a fun, comfortable, relaxing, and safe getaway. We had an amazing time kayaking and got to see lots of wildlife. They even reached out to let us know about an opportunity for a possible Orca sighting (we didn’t see one but did enjoy all the seals and sea lions while kayaking). They also had lots of indoor activities for rainy days. Check out was easy. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to return again in the future.

This is a cute little spot right on the water. Perfect for a quiet get away.

A beautiful loft cottage with stunning views families will love it, there is stairs down which can be tricky for less mobile people and the loft was hard to access for us as we’re in our 60s but no way did this impact our stay everything we needed was there for us. The black swan pub was excellent for hot food . Would definitely recommend staying here 👌🏻

This house is STUNNING… it was exactly what me and my family needed. Best hosts ever, so communicative and went the extra mile. There were things we loved about this house and it was so cool to see a QR code that we could scan and purchase the things. I absolutely loved this spot.

We had a great time staying here - it was so relaxing. The home is beautiful and the private beach is lovely. I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance.

Darrell and Carlene’s cabin is just as described! Vintage vibes and the view can’t be beat! The location is convenient to all the area has to offer and Darrell was very helpful and responsive.

Very much enjoyed our stay. House update was great, very modern and tasteful. Plenty of hot water for the 6 of us. And enjoyed the kitchen, deck and fire pit.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Harrison's house. It is equipped and prepared to an extremely high standard. I have rarely experienced a kitchen with so many kitchen utensils. Plus the beautiful surroundings right on the beach. Harrison really is a super host! It was a pleasure to talk to him. He brought us fresh eggs in the morning. We have extended our stay and I definitely want to come back. Thank you for everything!!!

Can’t say enough great things about this home. My family really enjoyed our spring break stay on the lake. There were no details missed to having a comfortable stay. The hot tub and sauna were great after a family paddle with the kayaks. There are abundant linens for water activities. We really enjoyed the wood stove inside on the cooler nights. Thanks for the great stay.

Our stay at this cabin was absolutely wonderful. The view was breathtaking, with the cabin nestled in the picturesque surroundings of Lake Crescent. It was incredibly calm and peaceful—just the kind of escape we were looking for. The cabin was spotless and well-stocked with all the essentials. One of the highlights for us was the cozy collection of books, which kept our kindergartener happily engaged during our stay. Its location is ideal—close to some amazing trails and plenty of outdoor activities. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat in nature.

This place is absolutely fantastic! Fyi, there are a number of stairs to reach the unit and spaces, but its totally worth it. And owner made this clear… We’ll be back. Its an all year experience,.. we’re hoping to come back in Summer next time!
