Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Stowe

This was our 4th trip back to Tara’s. There is a reason we keep coming back. The place is so relaxing. We look forward to our trip every year. Plenty of hiking around. A nice walk to the local tavern which has great food. We feel right at home in this cozy mountainside retreat. Already looking forward to our next trip.

Antique home with fenced in yard, updated bathrooms and appliances, and indoor hot tub was perfect for my family of 5 plus dog. We appreciated being a little outside of the hustle and bustle of Stowe on a busy tourist weekend, but still accessible and allowed us to explore many of the trails, breweries, restaurants, and farm stands outside of town, which was great and a more authentic Vermont experience. Check out Sticky’s to learn about and sample maple syrup and homemade ice cream and take in some beautiful views.

This home is beautiful, spacious and is surrounded by nature. The backyard had a huge deck with a tree lined backyard and you can hardly see the next neighbour. There are rolling hills and cows in the next pasture. So serene. The house has lots of room in the main area for our family, it never felt crowded. The kitchen looks better then the pictures, with a huge island and the entire house is fully stocked. You can tell this is not just a rental as it had more then we expected to live comfortably. She was also kind enough to bring us some baby items. The location is great as wherever you turn it's beautiful but also within driving distance to Stowe. The local towns are really cute too. Our family really enjoyed our time here.

We had such a great long weekend away with our whole family and the house was perfect. We all had plenty of room and the location was really beautiful for walks with the brook and covered bridge. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were all comfortable and the hot tub was a great extra!

This was the perfect location for family to come together and spend quality time. I highly recommend staying here. The fire places make the whole house cozy.

Our stay in Jay was amazing! This comfortable chalet was clean, easy to access, private, and had amazing views of fall foliage and Jay peak. The hot tub was such a great accommodation! We highly recommend!

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The place was perfect for a large group and just as described and as depicted! We had 9 people and fit very comfortably. It was easy to get to the mountain and also many bars and restaurants in the area. There was even a shuttle service that came directly to the door to bring us to the pickle barrel. The beautiful scenery of the back yard in view from the hot tub was the icing on the cake and the perfect way to relax after a long day of skiing! The host was amazingly hospitable and went above and beyond with making sure our weekend was a dream! Looking forward to booking with this host again in the future. If you’re looking for a fun weekend in Killington with a big group, this is definitely the perfect place to stay. Thanks so much again!! Can’t wait to come back.

We had a great trip at this house, Robert was a great communicator from the beginning and ensured our check-in/check-out went smoothly. The house itself is huge and has a lot of living space and amenities. We stayed with a smaller group but it would be very spacious even with a large group. The location is perfect and it is a quick walk to downtown so we felt like we were right in the action. Would definitely come back to his house in the future!

We loved our stay here! It was in a perfect location and had a beautiful view. We enjoyed the week here with our family and had plenty of room for everyone to relax and the kids to play. Would highly recommended staying here and will definitely be back.

This Villa at Trapp Family Lodge is large and comfortable. It fullfills all the basics for a winter cross-country ski vacation and not far from Mount Mansfield for downhill skiing, and is as described. The General facility and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Fortunately we had the good fortune to have had very good weather - a bit on the cool side, but really good snow and the whole week the ski conditions were very good. A great place to gather.

Truly beautiful place. I came with two of my best friends to relax and celebrate their birthday. We felt right at home once we got here. Very clean space and the beds were very comfy. The hot tub and pool was the best! Anuska and James are very responsive as well. They also left gift bags for us which was very thoughtful of them.

For a large party (8 people) this was the perfect space. Had enough space for all of the guests, had great amenities in beautiful surroundings. The AirBnB was located close to a number of attractions in Stowe which made finding something to do incredibly helpful. Overall this was a great rental and I would book it again in a heartbeat.

Lucas was an amazing host! I highly recommend his property to anyone. It was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family getaway. We look forward to visiting soon. 😊

This wonderfully appointed Villa at the Trapp Family lodge is located in a prime location with amazing views that can't be beat. We enjoyed snowshoeing, skiing at the Stowe Resort (Spruce Peak), lounging in the hot tub at the fitness center, relaxing in front of the villa fireplace, as well as the numerous great restaurants throughout the town of Stowe and beyond. Laura was accommodating and very prompt with all communications and ensured we had a wonderful stay. The only way this stay could have been better, was if we could add a few more days!!

Ky & Anna’s place was perfect for our quick weekend away - easy to find even at night when we arrived, the house was clean and comfortably ready for our arrival . We absolutely loved the hot tub, as well as the view you get while sitting in it! The bed was extremely comfortable and TV/amenities were everything we could’ve needed. The location is no question one of the best in the state - not too far from everything you could want, 15 minutes to alchemist, less than an hour to hill farmstead is a win in my book; the matra scenery all around is just icing on the cake. My one thing I think should be said is, though mostly private like mentioned you can see the neighboring house from both the hot tub, and main bedroom if the shades are open - really no issue for us at all as I believe the owners weren’t at the house during our stay. Regardless we absolutely loved the stay and would happily love to book it again!

An amazing stay. We loved the great location and it was a relaxing getaway. The cabin was very cute and clean. Great time!

My husband and I loved our stay here! It was quiet, peaceful, and our dogs absolutely loved the fenced in yard. The hot tub was amazing and the place itself is very comfortable. We also loved how he supplied extra blankets for the dogs. Overall we had a wonderful stay and definitely look forward to staying here again in the future!

This location is excellent and definitely jump on it if you see openings. Across from a running clean water creek, which you can hear beautifully with the windows cracked, is this beautiful two story house equipped with a hot tub and fire place. All of the furniture and beds were soft, coated with cozy blankets and covers. We slept so well. Very peaceful. Just 15 minutes down the road from Stowe shops and restaurants, but still feeling private in the back of the woods. Perfect and can’t wait to come back!

I adore this cabin. The essence captured with the rustic and historical nature of the home and the authentic furnishings and charming decor mix together to bring such a cozy, inviting and warm setting. We loved the closeness we felt in the smaller home, surrounding the fire together even when in our separate rooms. The views are very nice. The hot tub was great. The home is so one-of-a-kind and we may have to come back sometime! We all felt so relaxed and right at home, even the dogs. Special place! We had enough wood to keep the fire going all weekend, the hot tub was super clean and hot, the downstairs bathroom is very nicely done over with quality fixtures. It’s a loved, rustic and genuine cabin and that’s exactly what we wanted.

Our stay at the place was very pleasant, the house was clean and tidy. We grilled meat and had a great time. We would come back to this place without hesitation!

Evangeline was a wonderful host! Absolutely beautiful and homey cabin, it felt like we were visiting a friend’s home. The views and property were absolutely stunning and the hot tub, grill and fire pit were so enjoyable after a day of exploring St J. Thank you for hosting our family, we had a wonderful and peaceful weekend ❤️

Really wonderful cabin. My partner and I stayed here for just 1 night, and it was definitely worth it! Fabulous amenities!!!
