Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Storfjord Municipality

We spent 3 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The cabin is so cosy and warm, which was a welcome sanctuary from the snow. We spent a night in-between the sauna and swimming in the snow. So much fun!. We hired snow shoes and climbed the mountain behind, which was beautiful. Frank was a great host and answered questions quickly. What a beautiful place you call home. We spent our week end of Ferbuary in the wonderful cabin and really enjoyed our stay! Kirsten has been a fantastic host and was always available during our stay! I can highly recommend the cabin and its llcation in the wonderful valley! Thanks for everything!!!

What a wonderful time we had in the cottage. We have enjoyed everything the cottage had to offer. And then the place by the fjord, with the magical northern lights. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to go to Norway.. thank you for letting us stay in your cottage as a guest!

The place was absolutely wonderful. 🌟 We enjoy the changing scenery every day from the wonderful windows. In the evenings we saw the northern lights over the mountains. 🌌 Trude gave really good and comprehensive instructions regarding accommodation! Everything was answered and the pictures also made the instructions easier. We especially liked the great bed! It was absolutely insanely good to sleep! And also during the day it was wonderful to rest in it after hiking. Communication was easy and Trude always responded very kindly. 🤍 We really hope we can stay at Trude's place again. A real gem! 💙 🇧🇻

We enjoyed this place so much that we decided to return again this year. The location is great if you are interested in seeing the northern lights. Each night we ventured along the northern lights highway where many of the tour busses also go on their tours. There are many pullouts where you can stop and enjoy the lights. Be sure to download an app to notify you when the KP index is high and there is a good probability of seeing the aurora borealis. One night, the sky was sufficiently free of clouds that we saw dazzling lights right from our Airbnb. No need to drive! There is a Co-op grocery store 5 min away. Note that some restaurants are closed on Monday and Tuesday. There is a ski resort about 75 min away. Our kids loved it.

We had a wonderful two night stay at Sara's place. The communication was quick and friendly, and it was very nice that her uncle came to set up the cozy barrel sauna for us. We saw amazing Northern lights from there, took a lovely hike up to Svarteberget and had overall a nice time!

Great place to look at aurora lights. Beautiful nature. The house is functionally furnished and Reino is a friendly host.

I don't think it gets much better! Our group loved every second from the mountain access, to the seclusion, to the walks to our fjordal beach for an evening bonfire. 5 star all the way with fabulous hosts!!

We stayed in Raymond and Kirsti's wonderful house for a week. When we arrived at the house late at night, we were greeted with warm rooms. It was just beautiful and decorated with a lot of love. We felt comfortable immediately and were able to enjoy the time. The house offers a lot of comfort and coziness was also provided...there was wood for the fireplace and candles. The kitchen was very well equipped. We were able to relax in the sauna in the evening and for a game night, there are plenty of games available. The contact with Raymond was perfect and very fast. We say again from the bottom of our hearts "Thank you."
