Geir was an extraordinarily nice host. He welcomed us with beer and juice, showed us the surroundings, lent us fishing (which we even caught fish!) and let the children walk with his dog - a highlight for the kids. In an emergency with one of the children, he was immediately there and drove with us to the next health center where he had already called for us. We are very impressed with so much helpfulness that we have already met in other places in Norway. The terrace of the house is wonderful and the journey to great hiking trips was a maximum of one hour. Thanks for the good experience!

Lovely and very spacious place!! Cozy and welcoming host! Lovely beds, large and good sofa in the living room where there was room to relax. Clean and neat and cozy. A really lovely home.

The house is located in a quiet residential area with short distance to the store and the sports facility. There are lovely views from the dining room. The house with a little garden and a nice patio.

A great place to stay if you want to live close to the city centre and the local schools. We visited for a Taekwondo-Do summer camp and it was a perfect house for relaxation in between workouts. There’s room for two cars and you can walk to nearly every place you need to get to. We loved everything about the house. The only thing to point out is that it gets very hot in the bedrooms when the sun is as strong as it was when we visited and there’s no wind (we had the windows open). Hard to sleep when the temperature is so high.

Have stayed with John Einar almost every time I'm at Stord for studies. That the place is so cozy and inviting with a fire on the fireplace in winter and with a fantastic sunrise over the fjord makes me really feel free to relax and come down when I'm there. John Einar is an incredibly welcoming and nice host. Highly recommend this place!

Great location, short distance to everything in Leirvik. Nice patio with nice view. Bright and nicely, modernly decorated. Plenty of room for a car outside. Very nice neighbors and the host responded quickly to all inquiries. Was well known locally.
