In the historic district, off-street parking is important this close to the beach, park&walk everywhere. Window air, wifi, dish, awninged porches, private outside H&C showers, full kitchen. As they say, location, location. Note, the photo shows the entire building, this 2nd/3rd floor only, I am on the 1st floor (except July and August) and will assist you in any way I can to make sure your stay is memorable in every way, please check my reviews. Relax with the whole family. The unique A-frame has spectacular views of the Delaware Bay and is less than 200 feet from the beach. Updated bathrooms, kitchen, all new bedding, and new furniture. The kitchen is well stocked and dining is inside as well as on the screened in porch. Enjoy the serene, quiet Cape May Point, while within biking distance to lively, fun Cape May. The house abuts state land and has amazing sunsets. Weekly rentals summer season. NOTE: Linens not provided.

Francine’s place was the perfect home base for our family’s long weekend in Cape May. It was a great size for our family of 3 (two adults and toddler), the neighborhood is very walkable, and it’s a short easy drive to the water, restaurants and shops. The house has everything you need for the most comfortable stay, and the peaceful, fenced in backyard was the cherry on top especially for my kid. I highly recommend staying here! This house and vacation exceeded all of our expectations. We have been renting in LBI for the past 23 years and this by far was the most fantastic house. Marcee is a wonderful hostess! She and John are friendly, thoughtful, helpful. The house was immaculate and had everything a renter could ask for. We watched beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and fireworks from the rooftop deck, had wonderful dinners in the backyard under the pergola, and sat by the firepit. A block from the beach and on a bay block, location was fantastic. We made wonderful memories riding bikes, kayaking, and rested so comfortably in the home. We look forward to many more vacations at this beautiful property.

We loved our two week stay at Mellie’s Shore Spot. Perfectly located, a short walk to a beautiful stretch of beach, good coffee and restaurants. Mellie is very responsive, her apartment well stocked with linens and other essentials, including loads of beach stuff! Would definitely recommend a stay at Mellies’s.

Thanks to Pete for a great stay in Villas. The cute home was comfortable and had all the things we needed for a great stay (kitchen had all utensils we needed to prepare meals, sheets and linens for all rooms were nice). Nice gazebo in the back yard for a quiet place to enjoy the evening. The house is a really short walk to the beach and Delaware Bay. Villas is a little quieter than Cape May. Cape May was easy to get to. Wildwood wasn't far away either, but we didn't get there this time. Great communication from Pete, great price - will definitely stay at this property again!

This place was absolutely perfect for our little family getaway! We brought our 15-month old and the space was so great! The condo was clean, had extremely comfortable beds/soft linens, and the amount of amenities Steven packed into this space is impressive! We’re already looking at dates we may be able to come back.

The CrestNest was private, close to the beach and boardwalk, clean, cute and perfectly met our needs. The kitchen was well stocked, and the outside patios were so nice to eat outside or sit outside at night. The outside showers were great to rinse off after the beach. We greatly enjoyed our stay! The hosts were very responsive and gave great local recommendations. We would stay again!

Sarah’s place is in a great location - just a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The location in regards to the boardwalk is especially good - turn left for the start of stores, restaurants and mini-golf or go to the right for a walk on the quieter section. The beaches are a really good size at this location and because you are at the center of things, there are lifeguards and umbrella rentals even after Labor Day. Sarah’s place was just like the pictures and was perfect for the three of us. The front porch was so nice, the beds were comfortable and the place was clean and well stocked. Sarah is a great host and checked in several times. I would definitely rent again!
