Walkable to many places! Nice stay but there are a lot of stairs if you have trouble walking or a stroller like we did. Not bad just be aware. Other than that it was a great place, very comfortable enough space for the whole family!

The rental was totally private and very comfortable. I stayed alone and felt very safe. The neighborhood is wonderful with very little cars going by due to a dead end. The space was a perfect size for my stay and the kitchen is well stocked. I would return if coming back to Atlanta. There are lots of stores and shops within 3 miles and Atlanta center is fairly close.

This home was perfect! It was clean, matched the pictures, and the hosts were very kind & responsive! If we have the opportunity, we will be staying here again.

Really enjoyed our stay in Elizabeth’s house. Accommodations were comfortable and clean and very spacious. The location is fantastic, with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again, thank you!

Alicia went over and beyond. This is the third time my family has spent approximately a week at this location. Without me telling them, they saw the ages of my children, and made sure there were pack and plays set up for the baby in two separate rooms. The house has a great location, and is cozy, you will feel right at home. My children love the spot and see it as a home away from home at this point. I have used AirBNBs for years, but will continue to use Alicia's spot. If you have children I highly encourage this location.

Thomas' home was just as advertised. His home was beautiful. I was only in Atlanta to visit Six Flags, so I wasn't at the home much. But, I was always comfortable while in the home. I'm also a simple guest, so I usually don't bother my host much, but the few questions I had, Thomas was very clear and prompt with his responses. He was also very proactive with his approach. Even when I didn't need anything, he was always checking on how everything was going. It was nice knowing he actually cared that my stay was pleasant. And last, but not least, the wine he provided was a fantastic touch. With the day I had before leaving home for my trip, being able to wind down in comfort with a glass of wine came in clutch. I 100% recommend staying at Thomas'. And being that I purchased season passes for my son and I, I highly recommend booking Thomas before I do as I plan on trying to stay at Thomas' home for every visit. Thank you for your hospitality, Thomas!

This was a beautiful penthouse with stunning views. The lobby smelled great as well. The check in process was seamless. 10/10 would stay again.

FABULOUS stay at Lisa Marie's home. We have stayed at multiple AirBnBs and this home is hands-down one of the best. Lisa Marie's home is spacious and elegantly decorated--feeling elevated and luxurious while still comfortable and homey. We enjoyed the tranquil backyard--it feels extremely private and is truly an oasis with all of the separate outdoor spaces to enjoy. We loved the hot tub! The kitchen and bathrooms are immaculate and clean, and the master bedroom is truly a treat. The home is also quiet and spacious and was perfect for our group for each person to have their own space and privacy. The biggest treat was the extra playroom nook for our young children, they loved it and all of the toys thoughtfully placed for them to play! Lisa Marie stocked each room and bathroom with plenty of soaps, conditioners, shampoos, and the kitchen was well-stocked with every item you could need for cooking/coffee making. If we come back to Atlanta, we'd absolutely love to stay here again!

The stay is great. The home is beautiful. clean & has everything you need & more. Precious responds immediately to your messages. Precious also checks on you to make sure everything is going ok & that there is enough household items especially with my long stay. She gives you your privacy. This is the best stay I ever had & things didn't finish when planned. I was overwhelmed to make sure I booked her home for longer. She made the process so easy on me. If you in town or like me just getting work done to your home ...try Precious Paradise. I promise you will not be disappointed. From the host kindness to the beautiful home they provide was a great experience.

We LOVED Dina's apartment! Traveled to Atlanta for a girls weekend and it couldn't have been more perfect. The property is stunning and private and the apartment is perfectly appointed and cozy. Dina was an impeccable host, sharing her friendly and lovable dogs with us, helping with the pool and hot tub to enable us to spend a beautiful day enjoying the property, and just generally making us feel comfortable and welcome! The beds are comfortable and cozy, we found everything we could possibly need and just loved enjoying the space with easy access to a beautiful part of the city and quick drive to so many fabulous spots! Could not recommend more.

We had a great experience. We met with two of the Porters Brothers and they were easy to work with. They accommodated each of us with early check in and late check out. This was a lovely place to stay. Perfectly accommodating. If the stay involves anything medical, the Northside Hospital is only about a 7 minute drive. A gorgeous neighborhood with tons of trees, flowers, and birds for a relaxing recovery. Very peaceful with hospitable hosts.

Very spacious house on three levels. Good location with stores, restaurants, and parks nearby. Would have appreciated more lighting in several of the rooms. Kitchen very well equipped for cooking for our 8. More spices and coffees and basics than expected. Good appliances, gas stove and oven.

Tom was very responsive to any things that we needed for myself and my co-workers. I had to leave earlier than expected but the process of checking out for my co-workers was easy. I would recommend staying here. The area was nice and safe.

First time visiting Atlanta, couldn’t have picked a better spot. Will be back

My family and I loved our extended stay! The house is spotless and spacious. The layout provides just enough separation for everyone to find their own peace, if needed. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Two living room spaces makes it easy to spread out and relax. The kitchen has everything you need to feel at home. The neighborhood is quiet and nice for walking. A great location to get around Atlanta easily while still feeling like you're away from the noise and bustle. Betsy is a friendly host and was responsive to all of our needs. You cannot go wrong with a stay here. I highly recommend the home!

The compound was perfect for 12 people to comfortably stay, and still had a few empty beds. My son's wedding was held at the Wimbish which was a 5-10 minute walk around the corner. The kitchen was GINORMOUS and had plenty of room for us to bring so much food for a Thursday-Sunday stay. The shower in the primary suite is FABULOUS!! The pictures accurately show all the spaces, but it was so fun to see how the in-law suite connects to the Main house. My niece and nephews and their mom and dad stayed in that suite and the kids LOVED that it felt like a secret passage through from the main house and up another set of stairs to access the suite. You will get your steps in with this house!! So wear your tennis shoes :-). My MIL and SIL stayed in the carriage house which was perfect for her after knee surgery. If mobility is an issue, know that because this is an older house-the driveway and patio area have some cobbled areas that might be tricky to navigate but doable. LOVED it!!

As a First Time Airbnb User who is very critical, apprehensive, and cautious... Monté set the standard very high for other Airbnb's to match and follow. What was best about my stay is that Monté is attentive and willing to help with any issues you may have. I am grateful for my stay, would want to stay again, and urge others to book time at this Tiny Cottage, before I do again...😊
