Beach house vacation rentals in Stinson Beach

Had a lovely stay at Annette and Fred’s place - the location was great, the house was fully stocked and the hosts were extremely responsive when we had questions. Having a hot tub and gas fireplaces were an added bonus for spending the evenings admiring the views.

Nancy's place was beautiful and perfect for a family vacation! She was very communicative, providing recommendations for local eats, and very responsive whenever we needed help with anything. Her home is very comfortable with lots of amenities (tea, coffee, snacks, water bottles) and a fully stocked kitchen. The home is in a peaceful neighborhood and nearby to lots of restaurants. A wonderful stay overall!

We really enjoyed this Airbnb. The views were lovely, and the place was spacious and well maintained. I sure do wish we would have had permission to use the hot tub after 10pm. It would have been awesome if instructions and pre heating time for the hot tub would have been provided. Otherwise just about perfect.

Debra is an excellent host and communicator! The place completely exceeds expectations. Beds are extraordinary, kitchen is clutch, hot tub is great, and waking up to the ocean view is serene. Having access like that to kayaks and the bay from your bedroom is extremely unique in that area of California. There is really nothing like it! Would book again in a heartbeat.

We had a very relaxing weekend here. The location is easily accessible from the Bay Area, with a smooth and straightforward drive—no winding roads. The views from the house were stunning, and the hot tub was perfectly positioned to overlook beautiful greenery, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. We even spotted a few deer close to the house, which was a lovely surprise. The only downside was that the overall value for money felt slightly lacking. There’s an extra charge for a 1 pm late checkout. That said, it was still a great place to stay.

Perfect house to connect with our kids, grandkids and granddogs. Plenty of room, everything was clean and the beach was fantastic. We would definitely rent this house again!

This is a beautiful location and very beautiful and comfortable home. The interior design touches are really nice and the entire place feels cheerful and fun! The beds are very comfortable and the linens are nice and plenty of bath towels are provided. There does need to be more kitchen towels. The bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned well before we arrived. All in all, it is an absolutely beautiful home and we would definitely stay again! Thank you!

We were a group of five ladies on a girls trip and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Julieta’s home is exactly as described and photographs are accurate. Lots of space for us to spread out. Beds were comfortable. Home was very clean and kitchen well stocked .Enjoyed the fantastic views sitting on the deck as well as from the living room and kitchen . The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. We enjoyed the amenities right at the bottom of the hill, including coffee shops, and restaurants and is walkable for those that are in good shape.

We felt like we had the best spot on the bay! Being right on the water was amazing. It was so peaceful and we enjoyed watching the tides change. It was nice to finally stay in Bodega Bay and get to enjoy the beauty. The location made it very easy to get to everything. My kids loved taking baths downstairs while looking out at the water. The wrap around deck was a plus. We played outside on the deck until dusk one day. Lastly, sitting outside in the hot tub surrounded by the bay was the cherry on top. We hope to come back soon!

This oceanside stay was such a treat! We loved hearing the sound of the waves crash on the beach while we slept at night. What a special experience and comfortable stay, thank you!

We had the BEST time at this place. It was truly magical. The place was so homey and the fireplace was just wonderful to have going in the morning and at night. The view is spectacular and the deer were a lovely surprise to see! We visited Jenner and Guerneville. Drove through the redwoods and hit the beach 🥰 We will definitely want to go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Deja Blu. The location is perfection! Private, with beautiful gardens, only a hop, skip and a jump from the ocean. Falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves at night was divine. The home was clean and comfortable, and Barr was a lovely, helpful host. If you are looking to unwind in serenity, I highly recommend this home.

Aaron's place is a wonderful retreat right on the water. It is a beautiful house that is private and tucked off of the main road. Everything we needed was there. Full kitchen with great appliances, cozy living room & bedroom. All main rooms of the house have wonderful views of the water, bay and mountains beyond. Sitting on the deck is incredible with the water coming in below you at medium and high tide. The hot tub is excellent amenity! relaxing outdoors and seeing the moon & stars is an unforgettable experience! Aaron is a great host, very communicative and friendly. Highly recommend.

We all enjoyed Bernadine’s home for our girls weekend. The home is set up so that if you are sharing with another family or you have kiddos there is plenty of space for everyone. It great for a family or friends gathering for a weekend. Location is lovely and the views are stunning. You can walk along the bluff over looking the ocean or you can take a short drive to Fitzgerald Nature Reserve which also has stunning views. Great place for getting away and relaxing.

The beach cottage was a live, close up view of a bird’s paradise. We saw heron, snowy plovers, cranes, turkey vultures, crows, turkeys, and more! The girls loved finding treasures on the shore. The beds were comfortable and the Grandmas Velma loved the bed ‘right on the water.’ We all enjoyed the hot tub with a view! Tom and his crew were so helpful and responsive. They’ve thought of everything and really want to provide their guests with a comfortable experience.

The place is one of the best Airbnb properties in our opinion. It is in a beautiful location with easy access to trails and roads. The parking passes apprently are not needed for those who do not wish to use the pools or tennis courts. It would be good if the description makes it clear. The Hulala location is about 8 miles from the property and takes roughly 15 minutes to drive. The second bedroom is dettached from the main house and we were uaware. In the end, it gave us more privacy and worked out well.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage on Kristen’s beautiful property with our two kids and my parents. The cottage is beautifully appointed with a great sunny deck and very comfortable beds and linens. The property is amazing and we loved exploring the hiking trails and private beach and watching the sunrise. The kids also loved the trampoline. The house is in a very private location but it’s just a short drive to downtown Tiburon, which has lots of charming restaurants and stores. Kristen and Athena were wonderful hosts - very welcoming and responsive.

Beautiful and super clean house in the magical woods. We loved the window seats everywhere and watching the deer visit every day. The beds are very comfy and towels plush. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub under the stars. Some aspects of the house are a little more rustic than modern, but still very comfortable and cozy. The owner is super responsive and thoughtful and obviously cares a lot about her home.

The house was gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views. You could easily walk to the beach, and to the local swimming pool. It was also very nice to relax and enjoy the stars at night in the hot tub. Kelly was very responsive, and helpful. The binder at the house had a lot of local recommendations for outdoor spots and food recommendations . The house had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this house, and we plan to come back again another time.
