Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu obiteljske kuće , smještenom u mirnom i sigurnom kvartu , udaljen 10 do 15 minuta autom od grada i plaže . 3 spavače sobe kuhinja , dnevni boravak , wc , 2 balkona , parkiralište za auto , roštilj , bazen ... U cijeni je uračunato : voda , struja , plin , internet , posteljina ( plahte , jastučnice ) , ručnici , bicikle i boravišna pristojba .

Exceptional, spacious, designed with love and care for the details, extremely comfortable, emerged into nature in smells, sounds and views. Close to the coast and charters in the nearby Marina Veruda, 15 minutes from the Pula airport. Parking 🅿️ for guests is provided in the front yard. Please note: there is an extra cost for heating of the pool if you decide for that option for the price of 150 euros per a week.

We were 4 girls staying in Dorijana’s apartment and we loved it! The location is perfect, very close to the sea and with restaurants nearby and a supermarket in the building. The apartment looked exactly as described in the pictures and the host was very helpful and friendly whenever we had questions or problems. The warm water was sometimes not enough when we showered directly after each other, but I guess that’s normal. All in all 5/5 stars.

We really loved our 6-night stay in your beautiful apartment - you’re very lucky! The location is fab, it is well equipped, comfortable and the aircon was much appreciated in the 34-degree heat. We had some lovely trips to Red Island and Katarina Island, where the water was absolutely stunning. (We did also swim off the rocks in the old town and by the fancy hotels but the water was a bit ‘scummy’ in places.) Rovinj is a picturesque town, albeit very busy - but that was to be expected in high season. It was a shame that there were still major building works going on in the main square. We cooked at home quite a lot but had a couple of nice meals and lots of delicious gelato. My son LOVED the wok and gyoza place right opposite the apartment!

We stayed for about 1 1/2 weeks and were super happy with everything. The apartment itself was nice and cosy and had everything you needed. The area is also really nice and you are very close to the sea and some nice restaurants. Close by there are also other really interesting places like old military bases and a national park. Draco was very helpful with everything and had some good tips for which places we could visit. All in all we can definitely recommend staying at Ana and Draco's apartment!

A Hidden Gem! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible apartment, and I can't say enough good things about it! The location is perfect – secluded and private, yet within walking distance to the city. The nearby beaches are stunning and easily accessible. The place itself is immaculate and beautifully maintained. The bed feels like a cloud, ensuring a restful night's sleep every time. The cleanliness of the entire space is top-notch, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host is exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. His hospitality truly made the experience even more enjoyable. Review: I had the pleasure of staying at Ivana’s house in Banjole during my summer vacation in Croatia, and it was truly a delightful experience. The house itself was spacious, offering plenty of room for comfort and relaxation. One of the great advantages was the availability of free parking right in front of the house, which made it convenient for us to come and go as we pleased. The location was fantastic, with a wide array of restaurants just a stone’s throw away. We had the opportunity to explore and indulge in different culinary delights each day, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Whether we were in the mood for local delicacies or international cuisine, there was always something to satisfy our taste buds. Another highlight of Ivana’s house was its proximity to stunning beaches. We didn’t have to venture far to soak up the sun, take refreshing dips in the crystal-clear waters, and bask in the beauty of the coastline. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and beauty.

We really enjoyed our stay here over 11 nights. It has everything you could need within walking distance, restaurants, shops, bars, beaches, coastline, city centre, and little peninsulas to explore. We didn’t have a car and didn’t feel like we needed one once. As others have said Boro the housekeeper is available if you need anything, and keeps the pool area spotless. Inside the house is very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of things in the kitchen to cook with. If we ever find ourselves in Pula again I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Such a beautiful place to stay! Location was great- parking is a bit of an issue as this apartment is in the pedestrian area so no cars allowed. will need to pay for parking and plan to walk luggage to the apartment. The stairs going to the apartment are difficult to carry large suitcases up- Americans pack too much!! :) But the area and apartment were absolutely incredible!

We greatly enjoyed the house and especially the garden. It had many shaded and comfortable spots to sit and read or eat. The pool was a great place to cool down and for the kids to play in. The location given on the Airbnb link wasn't completely right. If you follow directions to the campsite in the village, you will pass by the house on your left. All the rooms have their own bathroom and AC. The only downside was that there wasn't enough water for 2 people to shower at the same time. Nada and her husband really take good care of the house.

Sanja and her family are very helpful, friendly hosts. We were greeted with fresh fruit, water and juice. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact them. In fact, a mosquito net in the bedroom would be very helpful and pleasant to ventilate. The apartment is super central. Within 10 minutes in Pula and by bike in 5 minutes on the beach. The bakery, kiosk and fruit shop are also right around the corner. We would definitely book with Sanja again if we were to go on vacation in the area again.
