Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Stewart County

Great place. Super affordable. Clean and quite and shady. Heat pump cooled the place great even on 90 degree days. Perfect for a couple. Second bedroom was tight but is was just the 2 of us. We didn't see anybody all 4 days. Tennessee hospitality was unsurpassed. Everybody we ran into on the lake welcomed us to the state. Loved the circular drive for ease of pulling my bass boat in and out, power for recharging my batteries and walking distance to a wonderful free boat launch. No lake fee or permits needed. The lake was amazing and super swimmable. Make sure to check out the rock shoal right where the finger enters the main river. There is a protected little pool behind the shoal. We ran down to Pirates cove for refreshments. Cool little resort and marina. Ran up the lake to the state park and down to the historic railroad bridge with no problem. More kitchen appliances and small wares than some commercial kitchens I've worked in. Bring charcoal and firewood for the grill and big fire

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this house. We had plenty of room to spread out, and really had a great time playing pool and Pac-Man and foosball. The views from the huge windows were so beautiful. Very comfortable furniture all around. Plenty of towels and sheets and blankets. Nice little extras in the bathrooms. 10/10 ⭐️

Great weekend getaway! Ben and Shelbey were very responsive and made sure we had a great stay. They really thought of everything you may have forgotten and needed down to a toothbrush or razor. We will definitely be planning a trip back.

Great location! I had business in Dover and the rental was close enough to civilization to grab some good local eats but was off the main road far enough that it felt like retreat. The view of the lake out of the large windows a wonderful site to wake up and drink your morning cup of coffee to. The beds were comfortable. And the unit had all the accommodations you could need during your stay. There were a few board games and card games that we enjoyed playing with our teenager. It was overall just a great place to relax and spend time with family.

The home was beautiful and easy to access. Quiet but close to the main road. Brett was a great host. We’d definitely stay again if in the area.

House was beautiful and location was great. Overall great place to stay. Few little things is the basement shower is extremely small and house had an infestation of lady bugs. With that being said, I honestly would stay here again. They have 2 other bathrooms and lady bugs are just a seasonal thing and could have been worse.

If you love nature you will love this spot, the amount of birds and nature we saw was amazing. I have never seen a bald eagle in the wild, or a pelican eating a fish from the river but this place is right next to a nature preserve and very beautiful.

We arrived the day before Thanksgiving....the house looked just as in the pictures....the house was clean....decorated with Christmas decor....equipped with everything needed for our stay with family....the downstairs area was a big hit with the kids...plenty of space to let them play...pool...playstation...big screen TV... ...games at the card table....overall our family had a great time....it was quiet during our stay....off season...we so enjoyed our families being able to meet half way for the holidays....would highly recommend this place....yes there are a few things that need updating....but nothing negative from us....

The place is very peaceful and was easy to find. I like how she programmed the door to last 4 of my phone number. Easy to remember.

Very quick to respond, both when I asked if there was availability last minute and when I had a couple questions during my stay. Went out of their way to get me WiFi when it went down and they were out themselves.

I stayed in Betty’s home for a total of 20 nights while working in the area!! The location was private and peaceful! Off the beaten path but she gave clear instructions! I ended up being here during a snowstorm and the host was proactive about keeping in with me and making sure I had everything I needed during that time! The place was clean and well stocked with basic amenities when I arrived! I would definitely stay here again and recommend the location to others as well!

Beautiful place, walking distance to APSU campus and downtown

This is the second home that I rented from Evie and Joey. I only moved because someone else had rented the other home I was in and I wanted to stay longer to be near my new grandson and his parents. Even though I moved a little further from them it was still really close and a lovely place to stay! The neighborhood is quiet with a warm feeling to it. It can be hard to not know who is around you yet I felt safe and secure and there was even one neighbor that waved and smiled at me each time I went by and he was outside. It felt welcoming! This home is great location to walk to the downtown area of Clarksville to enjoy food, the park, coffee, or just a simple stroll around the town. With family in the area I will be returning to visit and will not be looking any further than to rent from Evie and Joey again!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Could not have asked for a better host. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you might need! Such a clean and cozy stay! If you accidentally forget necessities while traveling they accommodate anything you could think of. Very kid friendly place! If I was a host for Airbnb I’d definitely do things the way they do! ❤️ No complaints.

This was our second time to stay at this Airbnb. This was a last minute reservation and the owners were able to accommodate our needs. Very easy to communicate with. I would recommend this Airbnb. Very clean! This unit is connected to their home and you can hear muffled conversations. This is not a problem for us we just close doors. We are on the run while in town anyway.

Great location. Cute place, my only complaint is that we couldn’t use the fireplace, which should be taken off the site!

It was a really nice place all re done inside. The boat slip is farther than I thought with a house in front of the duplex blocking the view of the lake. Other than that the place was spot on. All amenities were great. The beds were amazing and the host was super helpful if anything came up to help right away. The lake is literally right there, its located near to Benton which has everything you need. Def recommend this place and hope to come back and use the boat slip next time!

Wow- what can I even say at this point? All of the reviews are on point. Cozy, absolutely super comfortable space- looks exactly like the photos. Hosts very communicative and responsive to questions! Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Clarksville! 🫶 ❤️
