Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Steuben County

Well appointed house local to the lovely hamlet of Hammondsport. Very cozy but enough room to spread out. Property is private; up a windy hill behind a warehouse. Seems a little shabby immediately in vicinity- but literally minutes from town, museums and lovely Lake Keuka. We chose this spot to be convenient to the various Lakes and Watkins Glen. Everything is super easy to drive to from this house. We were with our kids, but would be ideal for hitting local vineyards, breweries. The house was super tidy, with plenty of linens, towels, kitchen items and games. Such a charming farm house! My only criticism: the driveway may be a bit precarious in the winter months. We would suggest this home for sure.

More remote than what we expected especially at night. Unpaved roads in snow should be noted. Bathroom was well stocked. Kitchen had more than expected. TV worked well. Well heated, maybe too much was afraid to touch the thermostat so, we closed the vents a little bit for a better night. Appreciated the hangers in the closet and the suitcase stand was a nice touch. Beautiful and private view in the back.

Our DAM Dinner Club (Daughters and Mothers) spent a long weekend at this beautiful house. The view of the west side of Keuka Lake was breathtaking. Valerie meet us at the house to ensure we had everything we needed. I loved this personal touch. The house was amazing, spacious, beautiful decorated with every amenity we needed. We enjoyed the outside deck and the yard. I highly recommend this house. We will definitely be back!

We were very pleased with the house. It has an excellent location for the keuka lake area. It was extremely clean and well kept. The house is very pet friendly with the floors and fenced in back yard area.The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed which we normally dont find in most rentals..

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful home; peaceful and serene-just what we were looking for.

We loved our stay! Very secluded and private get away to the finger lakes with the kids and dog. So much to do even this time of the year. We plan on coming back next summer! Highly recommend.

Very beautiful house and clean . Lake was beautiful!

Nice place. Quiet location. Very very comfy bed. The treats that were left were a great added touch (apples, muffins, cheese, etc.). Sheets and bedding were great. Furniture comfortable too. Plenty of towels.

We love this lodging, the manager, Antonia, the town, the lake, the new little bridge and park, the grocery store, the trails, the Curtiss Museum.

Very enjoyable stay. Lots of space. Very clean. Residential neighborhood. We were visiting with friends that live about 15 minutes from Hornell so the location was convenient for us. Host left coffee pods, teas, instant oatmeal, etc. Always happy to start our day off with a cup of coffee. Lots of room in the apartment which is good for us because I'm an insomniac and I was able to comfortably use the rest of the apartment while he slept in the master. Very comfortable bed in the master; didn't use the other bed. Hornell has restaurants, coffee shops and stores nearby. Once outside of Hornell, you are graced with acres and acres of beautiful farmland. Nearby to Cornell Museum and we took advantage of visiting while we were in the area.

Amazing views and close to some of the best wineries in the area. Hot tub is across the street and provides great views of the lake and stars. Joan was an awesome host. She provided us coffee, snacks, and was very responsive. She met us upon arrival and pointed out things to note which was much appreciated.

Place is so spacious. We couldn’t believe how much room we had! We could have had the whole family there and not been on top of each other! Place is stocked with all sorts of stuff! Would use them again!

Don’s place was a wonderful place to stay. We were in town to go to the Corning Museum of Glass. It was an easy and safe walk to both the museum and to the downtown area. We ended up parking and then walking everywhere. The apartment was clean and comfortable and Don left clear instruction for check out procedures and plenty of food and activity recommendations. The upstairs yoga, reading and chill space was a cool extra bonus. I would definitely stay here again!

Jeanne’s place was beautiful and very comfortable. Easy access to many wineries and great restaurants.

Our second stay at Scott’s place and loved it twice as much! It is a 2 block walk to the base of Keuka lake, 1 block to many great restaurants, shops and quaint town center. We head out to the MANY beautiful wineries and breweries around Keuka and Seneca and this place is a great home base. The space itself is is super clean and cozy.. we eat breakfast there and end the evenings with wine or beer on the couch.. even has a smart tv for late night when everything dies down (not much to do after 9pm in this area) except Maloney’s Tavern which is 2 blocks away. Scott is the best! He answers all our questions and has given great recommendations! Perfect place for a relaxing vacay in an adorable little town!
