Vacation rentals with beach access in Station 1

THE BEST! If you're looking for a new vibe going to Boracay, I highly recommend Ryan's place. Everything was so smooth and easy, from booking, to check-in up to check-out. Ryan is very accommodating. What I really loved about the place despite staying for only one night, it gave me the total experience I was looking for. The place was situated in high place which is very peaceful, plus you'll have a neighbor monkey 🐒 who'll visit you from time to time 😂. It is very near to Puka Beach which is very convenient. It's my second time already doing hotel hopping in Boracay and staying on this place is a MUST. Everything in the room was complete, couldn't ask for more. There's also a 🛁 if you wanted to be refreshed after flight. It's not that near to the Station 2 but it's easy to go there given there are e-trics everywhere when you go out of the place. It's perfect for family getaway, and there's also an infinity pool. It's not just a one night stay for me, it's a total experience. ❤️🦭

Joey is a good host. she was accommodative for my early checkin and was prompt to respond always. Will visit again. The room was clean and the wifi fast. nothing much to complain other than the fact that the TV seems slow. But that's not important at all. We highly recommend Joey.

Rinaldo and the staff at the Villa were truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, I was beyond impressed with how well they took care of me and my guests. Whether it was laundry, food, cleaning, or organizing activities, they went above and beyond to accommodate every request. Their attention to detail and genuine care for our comfort made our stay unforgettable. The Villa itself was immaculate—spotless every single day! I highly recommend highlighting this level of service in your ad because it truly sets this place apart. We were so impressed with every aspect of our stay!

Great Bloke. We arrived early and he lets us drop our crap into the offices so we could go chill down D'Mall until the room was ready. Great stay for a couple with the functional kitchen and plentiful AC, we felt tight at home. Would stay again if coming to Boracay.

The stay I had in Boracay couldn't have been better! From booking, to check-in to check-out everything was just perfect. The apartment is big and has everything you could think of! Perfect location as well, very peaceful and within 5-10 mins of walking you're at White Beach where there is more "activity". Unfortunately I'm not a kitesurfer, but if you are, this is the place to be. The staff at the building were all great. One of them named Rena, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was good and was always available if there was any questions. Highly professional! All in all, I really recommend this place and I guarantee that when I will be back, there's no doubt that I will book it again!

Great place to stay for a peaceful vacation. As advertised, Diniwid Beach is just a few minutes walk from the property and Station 1 could be accessed from Diniwid Beach though a lighted pathway. The rooms were properly maintained, spacious, and clean. Basic toiletries and towels are also provided. Units with kitchen have kitchenware and dinnerware available for use. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The host was responsive to queries as well. Wifi is available, and the property is backed-up with a generator. Over-all, a place you can highly recommend.

This place was amazing and was really spacious. Me and my family stayed here to prep for my wedding and they all agreed the it was bigger than they anticipated. Definitely would recommend and stay at this place again. Mar our host was great and we had no problems with communications and even helped with private transfers so that we could arrive at the location safely and without any hassle. If you're looking to get away from the busy areas of Station 2 and want to spend time in Station 1 with a large group, this is the place to stay.

A lovely, spacious home in a great location, as well as a peaceful and quiet retreat away from the hustle of the main Boracay beach. The roof top deck was a favourite spot. As the listing states, there are lots of steps and the ones leading to the house (as well as to the beach) were a bit tricky, so just be aware of that if you have mobility issues or young children. We loved our stay there. The housekeeper Marylou and manager Peter were very helpful :-)

Perfect for families. The stay was peaceful at night. Station 1 was a 10-15 minute leisurely walk. A few nitpicks: first floor was hot during the day, only had a ceiling fan for ventilation and privacy is a small concern because passerbys can see the front yard, albeit for a translucent screen installed. If you have elderlies, be careful of the stairs.

Spent a few days here with my big family, and wow, what an great place to stay! From the location, the hospitality, and the communication from Loren and co, made our stay super enjoyable! Loren and co. Thank you for hosting us, made our Boracay stay very memorable! We will be back soon!

Iris is very responsive. She has connections on the island that made our travel very convenient. We didn't have to worry about our transportation from the Airport to the Listing, since there's someone waiting for us when we landed at the airport. She's also very considerate with our requests during our stay. Over all, everyone was great, even the caretaker. We enjoyed the stay as much as we enjoyed the whole experience in the island. Hope to be back soon.

Len’s place was very nice. It was beautifully decorated and fully furnished. It was clean and comfortable. There are 2 Air-con units that keep the unit cool. The Hop-on Hop-off bus makes it easy to get around the island. The on-site pool is easily available for guests to use. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to others without hesitation.

Place is great for relaxation and if you want a getaway from the busy areas of Station 1 and 2. The host and nang inday are accommodating. Definitely satisfied

If you don't like the noisy night, it's perfect for a family and quiet night 👌. a little bit far to the white sand beach but for only 250pesos...10 minutes drive in etrike and you are there. They have a lot of good locals restaurants at only 450m to walk and a 7 eleven 😁 We recommand the Dindo unit for your holiday

Everything was just perfect! The location was excellent, the WiFi was fast, and the living room was spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there was a large, nice balcony. The clean swimming pool and 24-hour security added to the experience. The staff and the owner were extremely friendly and helpful. I can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

Mr. Ben's place is very spacious. It can accomodate like 6 guests but we're only couple. It has great amenities and very clean. Such a cold AC and fast wifi. We love the paradise beach near the flat. Overall, it was amazing stay! We love it so much. Thank you Mr. Ben for adding wonderful experience in our Boracay trip. 💕

Had a great stay together with my friends! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Reda the caretaker was also helpful. Highly recommend.
