Vacation rentals with beach access in Station 1

Ryan has been very responsive to all my queries before and after booking, and even during our stay. He gave my kids complimentary use of pool which I truly appreciate. His place, its location and amenities are as listed. It’s a hidden gem considering the price and how spacious it is! Aside from the usual bed and bath, it has everything our family needed during our stay: wifi, tv, fridge, water dispenser, electric kettle, hot&cold shower, hangers..to name a few. There was a need (uncontrollable) to repair a leak in the faucet but did not affect our stay and it’s good that they were prompt to take action on it. Alta Vista is quiet, staff are friendly, and just a 15min ride to D’Mall (transportation is 24hrs so nothing to worry about how early or late you go around Boracay). Ryan also gave us tips how to get to and fro his place. Our family truly enjoyed our stay in Boracay because of Ryan’s unit. We highly recommend this to a family of 5 on a budget like us! Cozy stay in a studio few minutes walk from White beach end of Station 3, which is calmer and more chill then others, (and I prefered it most of the days) with more boutique hotels and restaurants but still easily walkable to other more busy and lively parts of white beach if you like to go there . Really easy acces to the beach and to the main road for d-mall - few minutes on E-trike or Moto. Equipped for basic cooking, hot water, good WiFi and TV, nice painting. I felt right like home. The only thing I would suggest is to upgrade mattress to bit thicker and bouncier, but still it was a good experience, bed is big and stable and quite comfy, I had a really good time and surely recommend to other travelers. Staff in the building is very nice and helpful. It has a real feel.

Location is perfect-just a few steps to front and back beach, dmall, etc. Host is responsive too. Saved a lot because we cooked most of our meals. Highly recommended!❤️

Rinaldo and the staff at the Villa were truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, I was beyond impressed with how well they took care of me and my guests. Whether it was laundry, food, cleaning, or organizing activities, they went above and beyond to accommodate every request. Their attention to detail and genuine care for our comfort made our stay unforgettable. The Villa itself was immaculate—spotless every single day! I highly recommend highlighting this level of service in your ad because it truly sets this place apart. We were so impressed with every aspect of our stay!

Great spot for a family vacation. Solid internet and extremely comfortable couch. Shower is fantastic along with great picture on TV. Great place to come back to after a long day at the beach. Thanks a million to Petri for being an accommodating host.

Wonderful stay here, extended my original duration a couple times as i felt right at home, the staff are amazing, they just couldn’t do enough for you,!so friendly and attentive and welcoming, I made good friends with them during my time there, they made my stay all the more better. the location is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle but within walking distance if needed, the beach out front has the most beautiful sunrises I’ve ever seen in my life The restaurant downstairs is really good and once again the staff in there are fantastic! The apartment is very clean and modern, all the amenities you need and then some!! Free water bottles on a cold water dispenser which I thought was a very nice touch 👌🏼 bathroom is big and the bath is large, had many hot baths after a long day at the beach, perfect to unwind. The host is extremely responsive and helpful, very good 👍 I will most definitely be returning Thank you 🙏

Great place to stay for a peaceful vacation. As advertised, Diniwid Beach is just a few minutes walk from the property and Station 1 could be accessed from Diniwid Beach though a lighted pathway. The rooms were properly maintained, spacious, and clean. Basic toiletries and towels are also provided. Units with kitchen have kitchenware and dinnerware available for use. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The host was responsive to queries as well. Wifi is available, and the property is backed-up with a generator. Over-all, a place you can highly recommend.

The house was stunning. This large and beautiful home had everything my family needed to spread out and enjoy a week in Boracay. The house manager Marylou cooked breakfast for us and made sure everything was just perfect. My family enjoyed the pool and loved waking up to a beautiful view. I loved getting to walk through local neighborhoods as well. The people were all so sweet. We walked to the beach and enjoyed easy days at the resort just down the hill and took taxis into town.

Rizan’s place was an excellent find. It had plenty of space and had great amenities. It was exactly what me and my friends were looking for. Her team provided good support, information and assistance from the time I booked until the time we checked out. The hotel crew made us feel very welcome every moment of our stay.

Iris is very responsive. She has connections on the island that made our travel very convenient. We didn't have to worry about our transportation from the Airport to the Listing, since there's someone waiting for us when we landed at the airport. She's also very considerate with our requests during our stay. Over all, everyone was great, even the caretaker. We enjoyed the stay as much as we enjoyed the whole experience in the island. Hope to be back soon.

We stayed the day after our wedding. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and had a wonderful time. The food was fantastic and my family was very happy. Beautiful ocean, beautiful villa, delicious food, friendly staff, what more could I ask for? I would love to return again.

I love the place 💓 Miss JJ is so responsive and friendly. Everything that I need was there. I really opted to look for a place in the newcoast cause it's peaceful. The price was very affordable and everyone is very accommodating. Until next time po! 😊

Sir Dindo’s unit is lovely and ideal for a family of four. A free shuttle service is available to take you to the beach and a popular tourist spot in Boracay called Cujo's Keyhole. The property features a swimming pool on the lower ground, and there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. For visits to other stations, you can conveniently ride an E-trike or the Southwest Tours bus.

Everything was just perfect! The location was excellent, the WiFi was fast, and the living room was spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there was a large, nice balcony. The clean swimming pool and 24-hour security added to the experience. The staff and the owner were extremely friendly and helpful. I can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

Mr. Ben's place is very spacious. It can accomodate like 6 guests but we're only couple. It has great amenities and very clean. Such a cold AC and fast wifi. We love the paradise beach near the flat. Overall, it was amazing stay! We love it so much. Thank you Mr. Ben for adding wonderful experience in our Boracay trip. 💕

Located away from the hustle and bustle of Boracay, yet just an 8-10 minute trike ride to the main areas, it struck the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility. Mylien ensured a smooth check-in process and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, providing excellent recommendations and promptly answering all our questions. The hotel and F&B staff were equally welcoming and made our experience truly memorable. A special shoutout to Denmark, the F&B associate, who went above and beyond to cater to our needs, making our stay even more special. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Boracay. It’s perfect for those who want to enjoy the vibrant energy of the island's main stations while having a serene retreat to come back to. The infinity pool at Alta Vista is the cherry on top – the ideal spot to relax and unwind.

Had a great stay here. Kuya July (the caretaker) was very accommodating when we have requests and especially when I had to be rushed to the ER. The place is really peaceful, literally away from the boracay noise. No crowd - just surrounded by nature (trees & monkeys). Although you need to hike going to the lobby and the units because alta vista is located at the top of the mountain so be prepared.
