You will love staying in this adorable beach house! Our house is new to the rental market (1st rental was in June 2020). It is completely redecorated. Enjoy the decks: one in the front of the house where you can watch the boats go by, and the other one in the back of the house overlooking the backyard where you will find a breakfast table with a view of the river as well. You are a block from the beach, the supermarket, and the street filled with shops and restaurants. It's the perfect location!

The place is beautiful specially for night city view . Quite place . House is very clean everything and host is very friendly and respectful and responsible. I recommend it’s best for summer because you can enjoy river view on board and fresh air . Winters it’s very cold for close to river for air . We had fun and we enjoyed. Pretty quiet place. Lovely . You will be surprised to be able to see the sunrise from your bedroom, have cocktails on a little beach on the brackish Shrewsbury River with windsurfers trying their luck, walk to Bahr's seafood resto or Proving Ground tavern with good beer and food and views -- great location and quiet at night and interesting to watch clammers ride out in their little boats in the morning.

We were having our bathroom remodeled and needed a place that could accommodate 2 adults, 3 kids ( under 5) 3 pets, and be within driving distance to our kids school. Thankfully, Adel's house was the perfect fit! I loved the kitchen. The river behind the house was a beautiful bonus. The house was very clean. Also, we liked the bidet and ended up getting one installed in our bathroom at home. If we need to stay somewhere nearby again, I'd definitely look to see if Adel's home is available.

Jill's place was exactly as described. It's a wonderfully designed spacious studio with ample kitchen space, good living room and large bed. The bathroom is well appointed and comfortable. Loved the decor and shared outdoor space which was perfect for drinking a glass of wine and relaxing. Linens and towels were of high quality.

Bill was an amazing host. From being up late on our first night around 1am. To being responsive, attentive and extremely helpful with anything we needed. To sharing many tips on getting into the city and around. As for the place it is extremely cozy and the perfect place to stay in for a trip to NY. Has many options nearby for food or groceries. Train is a 10 min walk and 30 min ride from Manhattan. Could not praise this location more.
