We had such a great stay here with family and friends over the weekend! The cabin was beautiful, in a great location, and the host was super friendly and responsive. One thing that really stood out was how well-stocked everything was, which isn’t something we’ve typically seen at other Airbnbs. The kitchen had everything we needed, from pots and pans to coffee machines, spices, and seasonings, which was perfect since we did a lot of cooking. Just a heads-up if you’re a coffee person: they provide the machines but not the coffee, so be sure to bring your own! The place was also dog-friendly, which was a huge plus. We loved that there were tons of games, activities, and even outdoor gear to keep everyone entertained. You can tell the host really cares about the guest experience, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Claire was always responsive and kind. The cabin was amazing for our family's Christmas trip. Beautiful surroundings and view! Kitchen accommodated cooking a full Christmas dinner, the dining area was perfect for family puzzles and board games, and the ping pong and foosball were a hit with everyone. A Christmas we are sure to cherish forever.

Extremely cozy and beautiful small cabin. Surrounded by trees and close to the lake/town. There was thought put into the place such as comfortable slippers being provided which helped when the floors got cold. Space heaters in every room, a great gas fireplace, and comfortable pillows blankets and furniture made it super cozy. The place looked and felt great. The only only thing to be mindful of is that the bathroom is attached to one of the bedrooms. Just be aware of that and plan accordingly. The bathroom and kitchen were modern, clean, and well stocked (even with coffee). The four of us loved our stay. Highly recommend it, especially to couples and good friends.

This place is great! Sleeps a lot and has two floors and several rooms. It’s a great value and it’s in a great location. There are a million things to do nearby and the value is amazing for the area, especially considering proximity to the lake and the guest parking. The inside is nice and the amenities are just as advertised. I would definitely recommend and stay here again next time we have a big group in North Lake Tahoe.

The stay was amazing with the family. The room had all the amenties, The balcony had a great view of the mountains. It was quiet. All the restaurants and other activities were very close. The room had board games, puzzles and jenga for the kids. Beach items where in the storage shed. The host had heated blankets so we didn't feel cold at night. Check in and check out was very smooth and the Delores had pretty detailed instruction. Would definitely stay here for the convenience of the location and it was just a home at a different place.

Our hosts clearly put a lot of effort into organizing, furnishing and maintaining their little cottage and it shows! For a young family of four and a house-trained dog, it was a great fit for us. We were able to use the location as a launching pad to Northstar and Incline pretty easily with a quick 5-10min walk to the beach, food and grocery. The cottage has a HUGE backyard, perfect for the kids and dog to get outside and play. The hot tub was working and clean. Even though the location was close enough to walk to most anything you would need for a long weekend, the immediate neighborhood was an interesting combination of apartments, new builds and well lived in North Tahoe single-family homes. The rental was perhaps the most upkept home on the block. The only opportunity we found with the rental was both the Primary and the Murphy bed mattresses/frames. They were both comically uncomfortable and overall, a disappointment. Luckily everything else was perfect and we had a great time!

This is how it should be... direct contact with a responsive owner who is sharing their personal home. (not a corporate rental!) Chris always answered quickly when we had a question. Location was great for those who prioritize skiing and relaxing. View from balcony of Lake Tahoe was amazing! Shared hot tub just down the stairs and across the parking lot was great after skiing. Full kitchen to cook meals was wonderful, and well stocked with pots/pans/etc. Thank you Chris!!!

Cindy place was amazing! It’s located right next to the Hyatt which we did not take advance of (but wish we did)! It was very easy to get to Mt. Rose to ski every day. The place was very clean, and it had cable tv. We totally want to come back here next year for New Years and hope they will host us again!

This home was absolutely charming, cozy and fantastically appointed. The beds were very comfortable along with the bedding. All bedrooms and bathrooms were prestine. The living area and kitchen was very spacious and welcoming....outside of skiing we barely wanted to leave as we enjoyed the space so much. The fireplaces warmed us up quickly and the hot tub was constantly hot as soon as we were ready to jump in and enjoy the view from the top floor after long days of skiing. The owners were very kind and responded very quickly. We can't wait to visit again.

Chris’s place was perfect for our group of six on our Tahoe trip. The beds were comfy, the hot tub was a dream after a long day, and the location was great - nice and quiet with walking trails for the non-skiers, but still super close to Heavenly and all the restaurants. Chris was an awesome host - he even stopped by late at night to show us around. I also made the rookie mistake of leaving my jacket in the closet, and Chris sent it back right away. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great property and super conveniently located to the Diamond Peak ski area. The views from the upper and lower level are stunning and the hot tub was well situated to enjoy the snow fall and a view of the lake. A couple items to note: the listing falls under the “ski-on, ski-off” filter, but this isn’t quite true - it’s about a 2-3 minute drive to the ski area. This isn’t a huge deal but not a true ski-on ski-off experience. Additionally, the 10am checkout was tough after two full days of skiing. I think the host would have been more flexible if they weren’t booked back to back, but even so, 10am was a challenge. Lastly, we ran the dishwasher a few times but dishes came out with a bit of a smell, which just indicated the dishwasher filter needed to be replaced - not a big deal. Everything else was great! Highly recommend.

Will's place is quite nice and looks newly renovated. It is clean and has all the essentials. It is a quick drive from Northstar resort so it's very convenient. There is a easily accessible beach towards down on the lake, which appears to be stocked with plenty of gear for summertime. We travel to Northstar yearly for snowboard competitions. We'll stay at this unit again if its available. Thanks for having us, Will.

The location is perfect, you can see the mountains and the lake while sitting on the couch. The place is huge, there was so much room for all of us. We could easily pop down to the beach in seconds. The place also came fully loaded with everything you need. One really awesome thing about this place was the beds! They were all so comfortable! I couldn’t believe it. So often rentals cheap out on the beds but this place was so awesome, so nice to actually get a good nights rest. The downsides: the place itself is pretty old. The heat circulation was pretty bad, the house is very creaky, and you could hear everything, it’s pretty outdated and the slider to the back patio NEEDS to be replaced. But all of that is not too bad and would not stop me from renting again. Kevin also gave us an early checkin which was super nice of him!

The unit is very comfortable and well equipped. It looks like it was recently updated. With the exception of having halogen instead of LED lights in the unit everything else is up to date and in good working order. Location is great. A short drive to Northstar, Tahoe city and incline village. The unit is professionally managed and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay there again.

My recent stay at this AirBnB in North Lake Tahoe exceeded all expectations. The listing photos didn't do justice to how beautiful the place actually is. Everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained throughout our visit. Though the space might appear small at first glance, it's thoughtfully designed to include everything a family needs for a comfortable vacation. The host was incredibly receptive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering assistance whenever needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and had lots of fun in this cozy space. The location is unbeatable - just a 3-4 minute walk from excellent restaurants and ski rental shops, which made our daily activities incredibly convenient. Would love to visit again! This place provided the perfect base for our Lake Tahoe adventure.

Lori's cottage was a perfect place for a monthly stay in Lake Tahoe. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. It was so nice to be away from the city and enjoy the silence. We felt right at home here in our Cozy Cottage. The cottage is just a short walk to a nearby lake front park, and perfect driving distance to grocery stores and Heavenly village. Only about a 15 to 20 minute drive to beautiful Emerald Bay. We really loved the kitchen and also enjoyed having the wood burning stove at night. The backyard was nice as well. Bedrooms were also very comfortable. Lori is a wonderful host and quick to respond if you ever have any questions. We hope to return in the future!

This is the second time we have been lucky enough to stay in this beautiful and peaceful retreat. I cannot speak volumes enough of how wonderful it is. Amazing hosts. Beautiful home. Easy drive to all ski resorts (winter) hiking trails and beautiful Tahoe beaches and scenery yet hidden away in a quiet neighborhood. We feel so lucky to have found this gem!

We took many walks to hang at Kings Beach, grab some ice cream, check out the little shops, and grab a beer and pizza at White Caps (amazing pizza!). Was also a short drive to the fire look out for an amazing view of the whole area and access to other restaurants and beautiful spots in North Lake Tahoe. Wish we could have stayed longer!
