Excellent space, surprised expectations. I had everything I needed to serve my family. Bedding and clean bath towels, a very clean and organized place. The leisure area of the building is great and very organized. My kids loved the pool and the Kids space. The view is wonderful, you can see the lake, the sunset. The place is all air-conditioned. It has internet, TV with internet access, has a baby food seat, some toys. Perfectly and comfortably serves a family with two adults and two children.

The apartment is a block from the edge of the Palmas Lagoon, very close to the Dona Maria Beach restaurant (where live music rolls almost every night - a fact that, to me, did not bother). You can see the sunset of the balcony, whose view of the Lagoa is beautiful. In the apartment, which is very new, everything was beautiful, tidy, clean and smelling. There are powerful air conditioning in the living room and in the two bedrooms. For locomotion, I recommend using the transport app (by car), because in Palmas the planned courts are extensive and the blocks are huge, and the attractions are good distance from each other - and walking under the intense heat can be strenuous. For those who are by car, there is an exclusive covered vacancy on the ground floor. From the building's roof, there is a privileged view of the city. Nubia was an excellent host, a grace of person - solicitous, available and extremely kind. Deu wanted to stay living in this apartment. Gratitude, Nubia dear, and until the next stay.

We need the apartment right around the clock, but the hosts didn't seem to have been caught off guard as the apartment was clean and organized and we always attended very quickly and kindly. The apartment is secure, well-equipped and very well located, the price is fair both for the location and the comfort it offers.
