Mr. Cássio is very helpful, his house is beautiful, everything is very tasteful, I felt at home with all the comfort, the condominium is spectacular, my family enjoyed it a lot, I have stayed in other accommodations there in the condominium, but this one was certainly the best. I hope to return soon. It's already my favorite place to stay! Gratitude to Mr. Cássio for his availability.

The place is in a very simple neighborhood but very close to the shops and 10min of the main stalls, the attraction of the house is the outdoor area, the swimming pool and wonderful, BBQ area, TV to play music. The housekeeper is always available to help.

This home is simply sensational! Located on the edge of the Vaza Barris River, it offers a unique and quiet experience. The house is fully equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and comfortable air-conditioned rooms, ensuring a pleasant night. The swimming pool and the access to the river are real differentials, I managed to fish in the river with a fishing rod provided by the house, the canoe tours that leave the Marina next door are a great option to explore the region. But what really made the difference was the hospitality of the owner, Wlademir. It was amazing, not only in relation to the house, but also in providing valuable indications about the best sights in the region. I recommend this home to everyone looking for a differentiated Airbnb experience in Aracaju. We'll be back for sure!

Karina is a kind host, always available and with clear and effective communication. The house is extremely well equipped for long stays, offering from kitchenware and wine glasses to hairdryer and washing machine. Beds are comfortable, and the atmosphere is very ventilated. The place is a true paradise, with a condominium that offers a high-end structure. The highlight is the pier, which at night is beautifully lit, providing a perfect space for good conversations and good wine.

Beautiful and comfortable House. Guidance for those who leave by car from Piranhas to Iron Island: Don't follow Google Hands. The path suggested by the app is awful. Instead, head towards Sugar Loaf and from there to the Island.

The home of Elijah is lovely. Very spacious. It accommodated my family of 10 perfectly. The outside space is wonderful. The only regret is that the upper room has a very strong and unpleasant smell and prevented us from occupying it, but that did not make the stay bad. We solved the problem by allocating the mattresses of this environment in other rooms.

The TV is a very high point of the apartment, it seems to me that Laís has a chromecast, very practical for watching movies and series as a family. Points we really liked: the location, we are one block from the beach and very close to the tourist market, in addition if you have a car for the tours, as in our case, you leave the tumult of the watchtower and stay in a safe and quieter place, of similar quality and with a better cost-benefit; the television; the space of the apartment; and Laís' attention and care to serve us well. Points that can improve (suggestions): the living room sofa; the air conditioning in the second bedroom (power); an air conditioner in the living room would be amazing.
