wonderful stay here and my first trip to brasil. i would stay here again and the host was so helpful and friendly!

The house is even better than it appears in the photos, very well equipped with everything you need and a little more. Everything very clean, organized, the great location... we have a habit of traveling in a family and this was certainly the place that served us the best.

Excellent house, good location, safe, with all the necessary kitchen utensils, everything in the house running perfectly. The Silene and the Jefferson that were nominated by the great host at all. Presteza, cleaning, availability, good mood. Delicious food. It's too bad to go home. But as soon as we can we will be back. Nothing to complain about to say thanks.

The house is wonderful with a family atmosphere and full of details. The kitchen is equipped, a hot shower and comfortable rooms. Isaias was very kind and personally showed the accommodation. We take care of the space as if it were our own. A specific detail regarding the condominium that is wonderful for those looking for tranquility and connection with nature. Super recommend!

We were very well received by Cynara, who is wonderful! Very attentive and always available to help. The location is great, in the heart of the center of PIPA. The house is very spacious, clean and with all the utensils.

I recommend the super organized, clean house (super-smelling bed and bath linen) and functional with all the utensils we need, including the helpful employee who made everything ready with a table set for our meals. Heated pool that we use at night as well. Wonderful condominium. All communication with the owner was punctual and helpful during our stay...We will return and recommend it to everyone.

Everything impeccable, since our arrival, all employees have welcomed us with great affection and super helpful, all... from the night guard, chambermaids, maintenance boys, not counting kitchen staff, Chef Xavier, Ana and Brayan killed us in the food, in the pamps… too good! Wonderful house, cozy, nature and privacy! We have wonderful and happy family days!

The space is excellent! Comfortable rooms, great common area, well-equipped kitchen. The only thing missing was blanket in the bedroom, it had only a fine-bed copper . No relation to the listing, but I will cite to help the next guests . The option of hiring the services of a cook, a helper and a cleaner was not worth it. We spend 400 reais a day. They have the fixed schedule (flexible only if extra payment) of leaving at 2:30pm and has not adapted to our routine . And the food was not very pleased.

Beautiful home in the heart of Sao Miguel do Gostoso. Suzanne communicated a lot with us before we arrived and organized us an excellent breakfast and dinner by her maid. They organized us live activities at the house and gave us good recommendations to make. The house was very spacious and on the beach. Flexible check-in and checkout flexible. We stayed in the house with a group of friends during the holiday season and the experience was wonderful. The house is very spacious, well cared for and decorated, which made us feel at home. The kitchen is extremely equipped, with everything we need to prepare meals and the new year dinner. The outdoor area with barbecue area, pool, hammocks and sofas for rest provided very pleasant moments of leisure. It was the ideal place to relax and enjoy time together. I highlight the attention and helpfulness of Fabiana, who welcomed us and was available to guarantee a perfect stay. Communication with Sofia was also excellent, always attentive. In short, it's the place for those looking for a quiet getaway and close to the sea. We couldn't have started 2024 in a better way!

Your stay in Vila Real was worth it from start to finish! Pierre always very polite and responding quickly. After the reserved house, the contact becomes with Maria, who is a love of person and helps in everything he needs, giving great tips and also responding quickly. The kitchen and cleaning staff hired apart deserve a mil!!! Neide, Samara and Goi have taken great care of us and do a great service. The house is incredibly wonderful!!! Full structure, large and clean rooms, perfect pool, side beach, and too easy to call a taxi to take to the centrinho, which is 15 minutes away. I want to return!!!

We arrived in the house , made the confirmation at the entrance and received identification bracelets. There was parking (uncovered) but with plenty of space the house was clean and tidy . Wi fi works well , great pillows and beds , bathrooms shower with high pressure. Overall the experience was very good, there were mosquitoes, but in the house we then lit the citronella candles available and it improved a lot. Air conditioning in all rooms works well and quiet.

Amazing house in a gated condominium, but full of forest to its surroundings, giving a special charm to the house, which is a charm, beautiful, well ventilated, with everything we need! Tatiana was very attentive! We would be back for sure!

Beautiful house, a magical place to rest and spend incredible moments with family and friends. I want to emphasize the kindness and disposition of Gerald and Cesar, always attentive to fix any problem and also recommend things to do, etc. It was really a pleasure for us to visit the house. The first night we had an inconvenience with the electricity and quickly communicate with us, offering several alternatives and the other day the issue was already sorted out. They also have all the amenities you need at your disposal, transportation, cleaning, massages, cook, everything. Thanks to Amanda for the delicious breakfast you prepared for us when you arrived. I recommend a vacation in this Villa Magica. Everything will be enjoying and resting. Thank you Gerald and Cesar.

Dream house on the beach paradise. A place that has everything for a family vacation to be perfect. Delicious home prepared to receive. Comfortable rooms. Super full kitchen. Cozy, practical furniture, great house finishes for a beach house, delicious pool, house with support for children's play, such as float, ball, games... everything! Privileged place in front of the departure of tours, close to the best restaurant in the region. There's nothing that can be even better. Fernanda gave us all the support from the beginning, she helped us with everything. I only have good memories for those days.

I had a wonderful experience staying with Ivan! The accommodation is even better than in the photos — all very clean, well cared for and with a decoration that brings a warm touch. Ivan was an exceptionally cordial host, always available and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect during the stay. The location is also excellent, making it easy to access to the main points of the city. I highly recommend it and I will definitely return at a next opportunity!

Perfect place to relax. You don‘t want to leave because you have a beautiful swimming pool and lots of space and it‘s very private, you have a nice view. My favorite place was the 2nd floor balcony. You can walk into town (10min) and even to the beaches (15-30)We had a car which helped to explore the beaches further away. We would definitely return.
