Apartment exactly the same as the advertisement! You can take it easy! Excellent service, VIP!!! Super Comfortable Beds! With heat sheets to warm up in the cold!! They made available to us even berco and the bathtub to drink this made it very easy for us to travel! It was very worth it! We will definitely return!

Despite having stayed only one night, the space was very well cleaned and is as shown in the photos. The building has a satisfactory breakfast at the price of 35 reais. That was very convenient for me. I highly recommend it for short stays.

We love the space! Super comfortable, quiet, compact and functional space for 2 people. We like the practicality of the building with a gym (basic) and laundry, great to return with the clean and dry clothes to the house rs It has a microcoat with few utensils that caters well for breakfast, quick meals. We just miss a larger pot, it would make it easier for larger preparations (one noodle for ex). We'll be back more often!

Rubia was an excellent host , always attentive and proactive in communication. As for the environment, it is exactly as can be seen in the photos. Clean, practical, quiet and reserved. Perfect location, close to shopping, park, markets, restaurants, etc.
