Briefly one of the most beautiful, cozy, clean and excellent locations I found in São Luís. As for the hostess, I lack vocabulary to PRAISE.

It was the best Airbnb rental I've ever stayed in, super privileged location, apartment with beautiful panoramic view, good restaurants and markets less than 100 meters away, but the attention of the hostess Cicera, Juan's mother, deserves special mention. She treated us with extraordinary kindness. I highly recommend it and will be back next time.

Apartment with great cost benefit, perfect location as it is already facing the Lencois Park (last to be caught on the tour and first to be delivered) and very close to the tourist center of Barreirinhas that has the restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, everything!. Jose Artur responds fast and is super helpful. Afim, super recommend!

My stay was excellent! The place is simply wonderful, exactly as described in the publication. The atmosphere was super clean and pleasant, providing all the comfort I expected. The hostess was super solicitous and attentive, always available to help when I needed it. I definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a quality experience and I will come back more often for sure. Very pleased!

We really liked the location and the attractions of the condominium. A family atmosphere with access to the river and the house with excellent accommodations. The location is very private and it is necessary to use vehicles to get to the city center, they are not long distances but it is convenient to use a vehicle. The host was very helpful and clear in the information, and made excellent recommendations of agencies for tours.

The place is great! We had a great time and has a beautiful BBQ space and pool.

The house is very cozy, well located with a large yard, wonderful, comfortable and relaxing. It has hammocks to rest and hear the sound of nature. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are super clean like the rest of the house. In the bedrooms there are mosquito nets with very comfortable beds. The Lika who welcomed us is very friendly and helpful. She helped us by giving local tips and answering all of our questions, always being available. The house is close to markets and some restaurants. The beach is close too, being possible to do everything on foot but everything is on the sand. If you want, you can hire a quadritaxi for an affordable price. We loved our stay at Casa Coqueiros in Atins and will definitely be back.

The accommodation was impeccable, Almeida was always proactive in helping us and always responded to our needs, the house is very beautiful, it met all our needs and also with all the necessary utensils, the rooms were perfect, with air-conditioning, which was simply what caught our attention! The house is lovely, well-equipped and with an amazing view of the river. The population is very receptive and you easily feel at home. A real downside is the distance from Atins. The two markets we found in the village had very few items, to cook or make breakfast. Pedro's restaurant, next to the house, is really very nice and saved us with a wonderful dinner. He also took us to Atins in the morning, 25.00 per person round trip by rabeta (those canoes with a motor) or 250.00 per person, round trip, by speedboat. As our schedule included tours, we chose to stay only one night at Amanda's house, as the cost of transportation would not be worth it and we missed having a market with more options (there were no items such as bread, cream cheese, beer). Anyway, I recommend Amanda's house for those looking to rest and enjoy the beautiful river view. For those who intend to visit Atins, I don't think it's very interesting. Check-in was smooth.

Stayed in the very spacious apartment for two weeks. Jofre was always very communicative, willing to help and provide useful information and instructions. I used Google Translate a lot, as I don't speak Portuguese. Enjoyed the terrace with the most amazing view over the city and river a lot. The swimming pool is an added value and allows for a good swim too. The living room and the main bedrooms have airco. The kitchen is basic but OK. The apartment has a parking space. Top location. Close to restaurants, shopping mall, super market, touristic places. City development was ongoing in the neighborhood, so the location will for sure even have more added value in the future.

The best location for anyone looking to get to know Belém. The place is very safe, 24-hour concierge, close to the main sights, restaurants, bakery, market, shops, shopping (you can do everything on foot). The apartment is very spacious with views of Guajará Bay. Very comfortable and spacious beds. All brand new in space. Excellent air-conditioning for hot days. Gleiciane is always kind and helpful. He guided us in everything we needed for a peaceful and memorable stay. In the fridge there was water and soft drinks which was very useful because of the time we arrived. I highly recommend it!!

We stayed at Leandro’s apartment for 2 nights . He is very responsive. The moment we booked , he got in touch with us . Any query we had was responded promptly. The community is right next to river with beautiful green space . There are tables and chairs . So one can enjoy the view with home made food . The kitchen has got all pots and pans . There are few basic items but you can’t be dependent on it . Luckily we are on long holidays, so carrying our own kitchen supplies. The rooms have ACs to make stay very very comfortable. Two things which we weren’t happy about .First when you know that water supply is bad then there should be at least 1/2 bottles of water for guests to use on arrival . Second if there is laundry machine then laundry liquid/ powder should be given .The listing mentions cleaning products are given . You can’t expect guest to go and buy .
