Michelle’s house is absolutely lovely - honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. The backyard with private pool was perfect, and the house was secluded enough to be quiet, but also walkable to both the quadradao and the beach. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Without a doubt one of the best choices I've ever made to travel! The house is a show, very organized, clean, excellent bed and bath linens, super complete. In addition to having everything you need, we still have the help of a daily assistant, Dona Dica, who prepared an amazing coffee every morning. The condominium is the best of Trancoso, very quiet, wooded, swimming pool, beach next to it, gym and the best, gives you access to ClubMed and you can use DayUse at a discount. The hostess was very courteous, polite and clear throughout the negotiation. Anyway, I recommend to everyone to experience this amazing experience we live. I will come back for sure!

We were there for a few days relaxation and throughly enjoyed our stay, from the beautiful decorated chalets (equipped with ever blowing air conditioner), to big tropical garden surrounding and a lovely swimming pool in which we swam every morning. We were able to prepare breakfast & lunch in the big kitchen and had lovely recommendations for restaurants from our host Niahala who was very attentive to our needs. In fact we liked so much we are bring our extended family next year.

THE PLACE IS EXCELLENT, REALLY IN FRONT OF THE BEACH. RESTARURANTES, SUPERMARKETS, BAKERIES AND FAKAS VERY CLOSE. THE HOUSE IS LARGE AND WELL AIRED. THE POOL IS VERY GOOD. I RECOMMEND ACASA . ATT. ELIZABETE

Great experience at this home. The location exactly as in the photos, good location, very fluid communication with the host who gave us indications of quad bike rentals and rides. Upon arrival we were greeted by Bia who guided us at check-in, gave us tips on region deliveries, and quickly responded to all messages. The condominium pool is large and was very clean, perfect for relaxing after walks.

She is a very friendly host, always responded fast, and gave us great recommendations on nice restaurants and beaches to enjoy. The house is good, modern, all equipped and excellent for a stay with friends/family. It is within the Condomínio Ecoresidences do Tivolli, located in a very private, quiet and quiet place, with access to all the amenities of the hotel, which adds a lot for the stay. The only point of attention for future guests is the charge for the energy used during the stay, as the amount of the accommodation is not included the energy/light, which is charged with an extra fee at the end of the stay for kwh used during the period.

Villa Esperança and undoubtedly sensational house, very cozy, beautiful decoration. The rooms are great. But what makes a difference are the girls who work there, Leide and Mara are amazing people, they make an impeccable breakfast, they catered to us with great affection. Really the house without their reception would not be the same. Congratulations girls for being excellent people and professionals. These were wonderful days.

Where to start… Hosts were friendly, had fast responses and great recommendations. The staff did everything they could at every opportunity for us. Breakfasts had everything you could imagine. The house was spotless and we were looked after for every question we had. The space itself consists of 3 small houses, we were fortunate to be the only ones booked in for our week in Caraíva so had the entire space to ourselves. The house is beautiful with wonderful spaces, wildlife and Furnature. Sitting on the hammock while eating some pão de queijo and watching the sunrise. Perfect. The house is about a 5-10 minute walk from the main port, can be accessed from multiple directions too which is great! The beach is about 2 minutes away. A walk to the shops or to the closest restaurants is also a few minutes. If I’m coming back to Caraíva, I’m coming here. Perfection from start to finish.

Place is wonderful and energizing . The rainy weather didn't limit the greatness of the experience . The house meets the listing , Mr. Paulo demonstrated with continuous mastery attention and care , always very helpful . I suggest making the period for stay more flexible (<5 days ), as this ensures a more frequent return to the house is guaranteed.

Romulo's house is amazing. Best location of the condominium natural pools, close to the beach, comfortable rooms, perfect decor and cleaning/cook note 10! Would stay there again for sure

The structure of the house is very good, Andre is very attentive.

The house is amazing, luxury and comfort to spare. The location is secluded enough to ensure calm, but with all services 5min away walking distance. Zozo and Lolo made the stay perfect. Excellent local food and caprice in the deal with the guests.

Eva was a great host. The place is Wonderful and excellent for a relaxing trip. Be aware that the house is in Gamboa, so if you are planning to spend the nights/evenings in Morro, you need to take a boat and come back at 23hr max. Anyway, I would stay there again.

The house is beautiful, clean and the decor is a charm. Every detail of the house was thought out with great affection. The kitchen is very well equipped and the living areas, as well as the rooms are very pleasant. The location is close to the beach but far from the village of Gamboa. As our idea was to spend the nights at home this was not an impediment. Host has been very attentive and I request.

The house is in a small condominium, very pleasant and beautiful, great for those who want a quiet place. It is close to several beaches :Guarajuba, Barra de Jacuipe, Arembepe, Praia do Forte. If you are by car, you can enjoy it. There is a beach nearby for anyone who wants to go for a walk or enjoy a deserted beach. The local commerce tbm is good, it has a little shop that sells some popsicles that are worth trying,it looks like you are eating the fruit, delicious. The house consists of 2 suites ,the two with air conditioned, has a living room with tv and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a bathroom in the lower tbm part and a small service area. The swimming pool and the barbecue area is better than the pictures, we take too much advantage. The host,Hugo, is very requested, always responds with agility. Surely I would recommend it to my friends. Much Valeu!!!

the accommodation caters 100% as it was in the listing. perfect cutlery and dishes, large space and climate-controlled. note: you could improve the kitchen appliances as some were damaged. the electricity bill was charged the part of the lease, another point that should be improved. i recommend the rental note 4.5 stars.

On the weekend to celebrate the end of the holidays we had a wonderful stay. Raquel and her husband are very kind and attentive... They were very dear and welcomed us with a pizza dough prepared by him (very wonderful... the pizzas stayed show) and the wood already tidy ... The pizza oven was a fun aside! The house is beautiful, spacious and well equipped, with a spectacular view of the beach. The pool and barbecue area is a dazzle and has provided us with delicious moments! Everything is beautiful, organized and that brought us a lot of comfort! The objects and furniture in the house are a real piece of art, in perfect harmony with the environment, making the place very cozy. Raquel gave us valuable tour and dining tips. She knows everything in the area! The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, all the environments fragrant and organized with great care and care! It was a great weekend! We definitely recommend it and plan to come back!

Our stay was very good. The house is big and very comfortable. Ana always kept in touch, trying to solve any problems that appeared in the period. The beach near the house does not have a tent structure, but the house has umbrellas and chairs for use. For those who like beaches with structure, stalls with waiters, there is another one within the condominium, but half far to walk, and several others in the cities nearby. We had some noise issues in the neighboring houses a few nights. The cleanliness of the house and pool during the stay left something to be desired, but nothing that would get in the way too. Overall, it was really nice and the kids had a great time. I appreciate Ana Luiza's attention
