Beach house vacation rentals in St. Thomas

This is my 2nd time booking with Joy will definitely continue to book with her. Our place was great.

Great spot in the center of St Thomas! Our first time to the island and would absolutely come back and stay here. Rental car is a must, schedule before, taxis on the island are expensive and there is not Ubers or Lyfts. Love this spot!

Joanne's place was the perfect romantic getaway. Breathless views, beautiful home, privacy, a great pool and a fantastic host. Can't wait to go back!

To be honest, the photos online doesn't even do the house justice. The house was amazing. Better than the photos. I loved every deal! My friends and I had the most amazing time. Floating in the pool at night and watching the stars. And swinging on the swings with the iguanas hanging out in the trees, were a couple of my favorite things! We all agreed we want to come back again. Also being there in September during the quiet season was heavenly for me. Also Abby is an absolute GEM!! Also really loved Kurt our taxi driver. Everyone was amazing and my 40th will be my most memorable birthday yet. Thank you Linda, Abby and Kurt!!

We had the best stay. Brandon and team always reached out to see how they could help to make sure our trip was perfect from beginning to end. Loved the location and nice to have a little private beach all our own. Easy to get into Cruz Bay for restaurants, shopping etc. The house had everything that we could have wanted. Felt right at home. Thank you Brandon and staff.

This was an excellent stay for us over a holiday week!! It was perfect for a family of 4 with an additional room/suite for my mom. The host was very responsive at all times and very friendly. The view from all areas of the property is amazing and relaxing. There is nice access to all rooms with different doors and water to rinse off and an outdoor shower after the beach or going in the pool. It was hard to leave, and I imagine this will be a property we will get back to. Thanks for your hospitality and opening your home!!!

We had an amazing stay in Bert’s place the view is absolutely amazing. It was my wife’s birthday and Bert was able to help me make arrangements for me to surprise her with decorations while we were out and about. He gave great recommendations and was an awesome host. Loved our stay! Can’t overstate how gorgeous the view is anytime of the day. Host was very responsive and met us close by on the first day to ensure we could find the house. It felt very private despite there being other residences on the property. They had everything we needed for our stay.

Martina was a wonderful host. Kind, responsive, and helpful. The home is just like the pictures and has beautiful views. The pool was clean and well-maintained. In terms of location, you are between 10-30 minutes from just about anything on the island. You may want a rental car, as there really isn’t anything in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay here and am sure other guests will too! Oh, and the Tesla power back up is great. The island lost power while we were there and other houses had very loud generators. This house was silent and we were still able to use our A/C.

The villa was gorgeous! Highly recommend! The house was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. We loved the location which had gorgeous views. It was a quick drive to town and the beaches. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were oh so comfy! Drew was great to work with. He picked us up from the ferry with our car and drove us to the house. He gave great recommendations on choosing a sailing trip. Overall it was an excellent experience. We loved it and would definitely stay here again! Thanks Drew!

Sea La Vie Villa was the perfect stay for my group of 8. The views from all windows are breathtaking the Villa itself is safe and private and even more stunning than in pictures. Each day we spent around the island at different beaches and had a great time spending evenings at the Villa in the pool and shared living area. I highly recommend looking into the Time Saver grocery service ahead of time. We were able to have groceries delivered straight to the kitchen. We ate out for lunch and used the full kitchen to cook breakfast and dinner each day. Kitchen had plenty of cute table and cookware. They also had beach towels and chairs available. Tarcia was an awesome host and gave us the full rundown on the Villa and things around the island at check in. She was easy to get into contact with and quick to respond. Edwin’s taxi service was amazing, easy to contact, and shared a lot of information about the island and things to do. Taxi costs are per person but Edwin was well worth it.

I really don’t want to write this review for fear this villa will never be available when I want to come back but… Villa Capiz hands down the best choice we could have made for our honeymoon trip. This Villa has it all from a extremely well stocked kitchen (minus food and drink) to comfortable furniture inside and out including the beds, there are coolers beach chairs/towels, drinkable water from the faucet and so much more. The pool and hot tub clean and inviting. We spent our mornings and nights in the hot tub overlooking one of the most majestic views you will ever see in your life, I promise you the pictures you’re looking at for it, although great, do not do this place or the view justice. The Villa is also completely private to the point you feel your the only ones on the mountain. Even on a rainy day the views are amazing. We loved the Villa so much that most of our stay on the island was spent here. Do not look any further you found your dream place right here.

A stay at Norman's is always enjoyable. We visit annually and he never changes. He's the same kind, responsive host that you got the very first time. He checks in from time to time.

Villa was exactly as described. Lazy River was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions. All taxes and fees were clearly outlined with the listing. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent their Westin St. John unit again in the future!

Love this place and will return! The only tough part is the parking, but it’s not only this place- the entire island is hilly and has difficult parking. We wouldn’t change it for anything though, because the view was amazing. The entire place is air-conditioned with a generator. Carrie was wonderful. We will be back soon!!!!

This place is awesome. Very clean, great views, and as described on website. To avoid confusion there are two Albert's. Dad who lives on the property and is the taxi driver and Albert the son who is the off site owner. The airport taxi was $18.00 per person. Albert took 8 of us comfortably with luggage. The taxi to a restaurant was $12.00 per person each way.

The view from this house is just stunning. The private pool was great. We were a family of 5 with 2 young children and one toddler. They all had a blast. A short drive to the beach in the morning, then back in the early afternoon for a late lunch and a dip in the pool, while the little one napped. We made some great memories here.

Water island hideaway was an amazing location. It was a bit challenging to get to as you do require a cart rental if you have any luggage due to the hills. However the people on the island go above and beyond making the experience worth the hike. The wildlife there was outstanding to experience from the protected red footed tortoise visit to the daily lizard and hermit crab races it was always something just outside worth seeing. We truly enjoyed lounging on the deck under the pergola just listening to the waves and birds, quite relaxing! Jan went beyond and above as a host advising of the local needs and providing many necessities that are hard to get locally. We enjoyed both restaurants on the island tremendously. Heidi’s fish tacos and Dinghy’s poke bowl cannot be missed! Everyone on the island are just wonderful people.

Star villa was a great find in an amazing location (5-10 min walk into town) on St. John. Bob and Marlene were out of town during our stay but Mike took amazing care of us the whole week. The AC in the bedrooms was amazing after long days at the beach. The pool is large, clean and perfect for cooling off after hot days. The view from the villa porch was amazing. I definitely recommend renting a jeep or some other 4 wheel drive car to terrain the steep hills and rough roads on the island. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a well rounded place to stay in beautiful St. John and the amazing hosts (and Mike) were the icing on the cake!

My family of 5 which included 3 teenaged boys, a 14 and (2) 15 year olds had such an amazing vacation.. The house and the view were even more beautiful than the photos. The house was stocked with everything that we needed for both the house and for the beach. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and we will definitely be returning!
