Vacation rentals with beach access in St-Laurent-du-Var

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Unfortunately we can't say anything about the apartment as we were unable to continue our trip due to an outage when we arrived and we had to cancel the heavy heart. But what to say is that the communication with Natalia was excellent and simple during this time. In any case, we will try to make up for our vacation next year at Natalia's. Thank you.

The place is cute, well laid out, and especially the view of the bay is beautiful! Direct access to the beach makes swimming even more tasty! Self check-in and check-out, too. Great stay!

Excellent location as it is close to the beach and sufficiently “far away” from the noise. It's easy to walk around town with many services nearby. 5-Star Host always ready to help and easy conversation. Esteve always worried about helping with everything. My congratulations to Mr. Marcello.

Didier’s place was perfect for 4 people! The space was very clean, he was prompt and helpful with check-in, and the location was great. Easy to walk to the beach, train, and surrounding restaurants. We look forward to coming back!

This apartment is spectacular! Building is modern, clean and convenient to shops and restaurants. Enjoying dining in JLP! The view is mesmerizing and sunsets over Cannes. Enjoyed seeing the activity on the boardwalk, people strolling. Lots of young families in JLP. We visited from the US for a week with our 7-month old baby. Appreciated the crib, toys, beach supplies and well stocked kitchen. Check in was smooth. Allowed a few hours early with thorough instructions. 5-star and highest recommendation for your holiday!

We had such a wonderful stay at Philippa’s apartment. We especially loved the outside space, and how close it was to the sea (both Juan les Pins and Antibes). Philippa was very helpful and friendly when we had any questions. The apartment was perfect for a few days - really comfortable bed, lovely shower, and nice and cool with the tile floors and shutters. We hope to return!!

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

We rented this cottage to visit our family, initially because it was well located, and we could park the car in the walled garden. We will come back for the cleanliness of the place, for the surrounding calm despite the walking proximity to the beach. We were not disappointed, the cottage was very convenient, well equipped, and remodeled with great taste!

We had a wonderful time in Marions house. The villa has a perfect location close to a nice beach but still in a quiet spot. The two terraces where great with excellent views. We would very much like to come back!

Fantastic accommodation with a brilliant host! We had 10 people staying in the whole rental unit and there was lots of space for everyone! 5 seperate bedrooms with en-suites, 2 kitchens, brilliant showers and everything was clean, tidy and well kept! Perfect for a group or families! The highlight was the rooftop with a stunning view across the beach and up to the mountains, the sunsets were spectacular! Great garden space with French Boules (Pétanque) court aswell. Fantastic concierge who answered any issues we had with great speed. Right beside the beach (1 minute walk under the tunnel) which was sandy (not rocky like Nice) and the water was perfect. 10-15 minute walk from train station which gets you anywhere around the south coast from Cannes to Monaco. Close to Juan Les Pins (walking) and Antibes (Uber or train). Aqua park and mini golf 15 mins drive away aswell. Overall the best Air bnb accommodation I have stayed in due to all the factors above, thank you!

We stayed with our 13 year old daughter in the apartment for 14 days. The apartment is large, well equipped and corresponds to the description. We were greeted in a very friendly manner by Yohann and guided through the apartment. The apartment with large terrace and large garden is well located. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach and the sea. A bakery can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and the supermarket in 5 minutes by car. Restaurants in the harbor are a 10-minute walk away. To Antibes you can also drive only 10 minutes by car and excursions to Nice and Cannes we also made. We could park the car safely and locked on the property at any time. Due to the heat, the air conditioners in the rooms were very important! Yohann & Brigitte could be reached at any time for us as they lived directly in the house above us. Maud was also available for us by phone at any time. We had a very nice holiday and will definitely be happy to come back!

Amazing location with a great view. Was big enough for 4 adults and a child. Right on the water in old town I would highly recommend staying here.

Very nice place! Our toddler loved the playground 30 meters away for 1 to 4 year olds. At the same distance is a bakery and the fine sandy beach is a small walk through the park. The house itself is nice in every way. We doubted the privacy of the garden in advance, but because of some beautiful trees you sit here privately and all the connecting windows belong to the apartment. At the kitchen you can see that a cooking lover's house is. We were kindly welcomed, definitely recommended!

We highly recommend this accommodation. The location is super located and very quiet. The hosts were very friendly. Good starting point for Nice, Monaco, Saint Tropez and Cannes etc. We had a lovely week there....😊

Very functional and pleasant apartment for a studio thought to feel good there. Beautiful views of the Lerins Islands. All the equipment, cooking utensils, household products and toiletries were there for us who were staying for a month and a half. Wendy was always responsive to our requests. We recommend this apartment for a short or Long stay.

The apartment is well equipped, access is private and secure, Flo's tour guide is very useful. Underground garage, swimming pool, paddle boarding, location facing the sea are notable advantages. Excellent view of the sea, great location for beach lovers.

Wonderful small apartment greatly located in the top floor of an old building (with elevator) with the best possible view (in real actually even better than on the pictures). I stayed for 4 weeks to work here in home office and it was truly amazing waking up to that view every morning, having all necessary shops located only a few steps away and being able to go for a swim by just crossing the street. I definitely recommend it and would choose it again when in Nice.

Staying in Clara's apartment gave us a lot of joy. The facility and location of the apartment were perfect for us🌼. The small balcony of Clara's apartment is a gem and became our favorite place. The equipment was completely sufficient for us and everything available to have a relaxing stay. We would love to come back😊.

Excellent, almost private place right at the seaside, at fine area of Antibes. Easy to reach also be car, with private parking opportunity. Hosts are very friendly and flexible. Ideal place for relaxing, in the heart of a area rich in cultural and natural attractions.

Very friendly and friendly encounter with Jean-Yves. Communication in writing and in person worked very well. In the fridge, delicacies were waiting for us, so we didn't have to buy anything for the first morning. The apartment is modern and very nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea, simply magnificent! The beach, restaurants and bars are on site, you don't need the car. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is ideal for sleeping in the great heat. There are comfortable beds and the rooms offer a good size. We can highly recommend this apartment.
