Family-friendly vacation rentals in St. Julian's

Loved our stay here. Super clean and very well equipped. Extra comfy beds and we felt very relaxed. We arrived late but had clear instructions on how to get in to the property. Andy also allowed us to store our bags after check out so we could go to Mdina before heading on to Gozo - made life so much easier. Highly recommend a stay here.

We had a great stay at Paul’s place. It is really well located with easy access to local bars, restaurants and attractions. Gaining access to the apartment was simple following the really good instructions that Paul had sent. The apartment had everything in it that we needed and the jacuzzi was brilliant after running the Malta marathon. Paul was very responsive when we let him know about a minor problem which was fixed within a few hours of me messaging him. Thank you Paul for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back again soon.

We had an amazing time at Shaun's place. The pool is the absolute highlight & our children spent loads of time having fun in it. The rest of the house was clean & comfortable and we had everything we needed. Shaun was a fantastic host, we arrived quite late but he still came to meet us, as well as having some food & drink ready, including everything we needed for breakfast the next day! It is in a lovely quiet area of Malta with plenty to see & do. As others have said, the Wolt app was very good for food in the evenings.

Firstly Antoinette’s communication was second to none. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her, very friendly. Her place completely matches description & photos. It’s a quiet location a short walk to the town which has everything you need. We used uber to get around which was reasonable and usually arrived in minutes from booking. We will definitely return to this Villa. The pools were lovely and clean. We paid for use of indoor pool which was nice as weather was nice but not warm enough for use of outdoor pool. This was our first visit to Malta and it’s didn’t disappoint every area offers something different , people are friendly. Thank you Antoinette for a lovely stay and for getting in touch as soon as your found my sons wallet after we left and we was at the airport. Your offer to post it on was kind of you.

We had a great stay with 10 people. Rooms where nice and clean with large living room, dining room and kitchen. Most of all loved the large and deep pool that most other places did not offer with max depth of 2,4m. We also liked the grill area that we used in the evening to make food and sit outside. Only small complaint would be the pool man being there a bit early and making noice before 8 am (might be just a light sleeper problem) and the hair dryers did not work.

We spent 5 weeks Feb-March in this apartment, and it met all of our expectations. Clean, with comfortable seating for 4, (something often lacking in holiday rentals) and all necessary facilities to allow us to cook for ourselves when required. An abundance of excellent local bars and restaurants with exceptionally friendly attentive staff made dining out a pleasure. The access to transport to all attractions across the island was also very welcome, with a bus stop across the road and the ferry a 5 minute walk away, and a constant stram of Bolt taxis on hand when required. The walks along the waterfront to St Julians and Valetta are very pleasant with interesting sights along the way, and recommended. We had the added bonus of being in Malta for Carnivale which was breathtaking. Minor queries were responded to promptly by Tina with friendly communication when required.

Amazing! The facility was situated perfectly in Rabat just a five minute walk from Mdina and in the heart of the Rabat community. Instructions were clear and the house clean. Such a rare experience to stay in an authentic Maltese house. Thank you so much for the tips and food left for us!

Public transport is easily accessible, making it a breeze to explore the rest of Malta. Yet, the apartment is quiet and peaceful, offering a perfect retreat after a day of adventure. Stanley himself is the ideal host—attentive, welcoming, and always ready to provide helpful recommendations or assistance. Whether you're sipping coffee on the charming balcony or relaxing in the cosy living area, every moment spent there is a pleasure. I wholeheartedly recommend Stanley's apartment to anyone seeking a relaxing, memorable stay in Malta.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, and the location was fantastic—just a few meters down the road and you’re at the sea and promenade. The view was amazing, and public transport was conveniently nearby. Totally recommend it.

We found the apartment extremely comfortable and practical, and suitable for a 4 class family would be comfortable enough for 6 people as well. It's quiet in the building and we also found the neighborhood pretty quiet. The apartment is well-equipped. It might be a good idea to replace a few dishes, but I think that's all that might bother anyone as well. The guest house also offered us a garage for an additional fee, which I think is a must if you rent a car. It is more difficult to find a parking space in the surrounding area. The apartment has a beautiful view of the old church. The autobunsa station is very close which is convenient for those who plan to take the bus around the island. Sim sent us in advance nicely prepared instructions where he also directed us to destinations around the island worth visiting. It helped us a lot, we made the plugs ourselves earlier. All our questions were answered quickly and clearly by Sim. We were very happy with our stay. Thank you.

The first I want to say BIG THANK YOU to Andrea - apartments just Perfect! Location is perfect to have the best holiday. You will have around where to swim, where to get sun tan, many nice restaurant to eat, to do shopping, enjoy the view. Everything in hand distance, also 2 metres and will have bus stop. Apartments by it self just 10 of 10 🤩🤩 Love Everything we had - hudge rooms, lots of space, air conditioner in each room, kitchen have more than everything, quite and private, comfortable bed in the bedroom, good smell in the rooms, and OMG what a view from terrace ❤️.... just incredible.... i could spend all my holidays only sitting in this terrace. 😃🙈😃 i can recommend this apartments to everyone, who want quality and comfortable stay. Just perfect 👍👍👍👍

Jason is really helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with. He also provided some toys for the children which was a nice surprise. The place is as described in the pictures. It has all the necessary items for cooking and two separate bedrooms. The location is great with plenty of restaurants, shops and a ferry to Valletta within a short walking distance. We also paid for the private parking possibility, which was super convenient as we had a car and knew that it can be problematic to find a street parking spot in Sliema.

This is a great place. Delightful enclosed courtyard setting. Large balconies to sit out on. All mod cons and everything spotless and well maintained. Can't recommend too highly.

Beautiful villa in peaceful and stunning location. Very comfortable with lots of space for our extended family to relax and enjoy together without feeling on top of each other . We hired a car but BOLT super easy to use too . We enjoyed beautiful weather throughout our stay. Well equipped villa , and shopping easy at Welbees supermarket ... restaurants we recommend are The Square and one 80 ... and don't forget pastizzis from Champs ! We enjoyed trips out to the beach at Mellieha Bay, a boat trip around Comino and visiting Valletta and the Waterfront as well as Mdina and Rabat ... we hope to return another time soon .

Spacious villa with a beautiful view. Rooms are spacious with loads of storage. Kitchen well equipped. Big living-room/dining area. Large terrace with a pool, BBQ and sitting area. Game room is a great addition. Perfect villa for a group. Host very pleasant and responds quickly.

It was a fantastically beautiful stay at Jean Paul's house. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures and you feel right at home there. Communication with Jean Paul was great. He was quick to respond and was also quick to help with any other questions. We were even allowed to check out later because our flight didn't start until the late afternoon. I can fully recommend the place and would book it again every time.

Overall we had a great stay . The apartment is huge and well positioned, close to beach and restaurants. It is at the top of a very steep hill, fortunately we hired a car. We loved the swimming pool and although not heated once in it was amazing. Chris was brilliant and responded quickly to any issues. Couple of things that would make a great stay brilliant, set of wine glasses, more tea towels, refurb ensuite bathroom, and finally the single beds are fine for children but very uncomfortable for adults. Also some new balcony furniture. We loved Malta and the weather was very kind to us in October.

What a lovely place to stay, great to have the pool to relax by. It was useful to have a well stocked supermarket within walking distance that stocked many brands catering for food intolerances, and a kitchen with everything needed to prepare and cook easily.
