Vacation rentals with a patio in St. James Parish

My second time saying there and it’s been a great experience

I’m so happy we decided to stay at Amanda’s. The Airbnb was beautiful very spacious. The laundry came in very handy for us. We loved the patio and spent a lot of time there. The view is very beautiful during day and night time. The place is not too far but it did help a lot that we were driving and this is a perfect place for you if you’re driving in Jamaica. I believe the price was also affordable and worth it. Thank you for hosting us.

Ian's place was fantastic and as described. The location is on the bayside and about a 4-5 min walk to the beach. The location is also next to the Yacht Club and Electric Pizza (which are great too!). The property and unit are well-maintained and has all the ammenities needed for a great stay. The balcony has a great view of the bay and has perfect balance of sun and shade. The pool is close to the unit, as well. The linens and towels were fresh, there is also an ice maker and enough kitchen items (like dishes, pots, pans, etc) to make any meals. While we only stayed for 4 days, we definitely should have stayed longer. Ian and team are super responsive and we would certainly come back again. Overall, great property, great location and great team. Thank you!

Both Britney and Kingsley did an amazing job!! Every question we had was answered promptly and with kindness! The Airbnb looks exactly like the pictures! Very clean, very peaceful , and felt very safe! Safety was especially important as we were a group of girls traveling so we wanted to feel secure and we definitely felt that! Britney also was able to provide us with info. for a travel company that we ended up using (Elegant Travels Ja), which was the best decision ever!! Roboni (our tour guide) did an excellent job as well!!! I cannot recommend this place enough, and everyone I know will be hearing about it, and we will be back soon! Thank you Britney and Kingsley for your astounding hospitality!

The room is so cute! I love it! Great host and nice stay. Very close to the airport. A 7-10 minute drive (maybe more) drive from downtown areas. I enjoyed my time. The place is really cozy. Don’t bump your head going onto the balcony!!! 😂

Russell and Ossie were amazing, I’ve stayed with them about 3 Times out of the 6times I visited Jamaica. This time I bought my children and I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. They are quick to respond. It really is a ocean view.. You can walk to Harmony Beach which is a free beach and it’s not that far of a walk, close to downtown/ in town.. Soon come back Russell and Ossie🇯🇲🫶🏾

Santana and Mr. Morris made were both amazing. Everything from the time I booked with Santana until I checked in with Mr. Morris went smoothly. The home was beautiful and felt just like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend this location to family and friends.

My time spent at HomeStay was warm and welcoming. It was home away from home. Communication was great. Omar and Anesha were very patient, responsive and easy to communicate with. I would recommend for anyone to stay at their place. It is family oriented and has all the convenience you might have at your own home with a tv and a/c in all the rooms, each room having its own bathroom and an a/c unit in the living room which is a plus. Will definitely be staying there again, don’t wait to book as their place is in demand.

Amazing stay!! This Villa was very relaxing and the view was amazing. Rooms were very spacious and Destiny, the host. Was absolutely great. She was very responsive with our needs and questions. The vill has mostly everything you need. I will say, you might want to bring Lysol wipes just to wipe down certain small areas but other than that the villa was clean and smelled amazing. It does tend to get hot at night so we did run the fan or leave the balcony door cracked.... the night breeze was spectacular! I would definitely recommend others to stay here when visiting.

Nice place and conveniently located.

Enjoyed our stay! This villa is in a great location not too far from the airport and also not too far from the downtown area. The host was flexible with our check-in time and allowed us to come a little earlier than planned. There was AC in all of the bedrooms as well as downstairs and the beds were very firm (which i don't mind but I know some people may). You may need to stop and get ice because the ice machine in the freezer wasn't working during our stay but other than that, everything was great and I would recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved our time at Xavian’s. The apartment is lovey, clean, and very comfortable. The infinity pool on the grounds is perfect, and the view of the bay is really nice!! Xavian and Monica couldn’t be better hosts! They were responsive to our inquiries and very helpful and accommodating! I highly recommend staying here!!

Alesha's place was way more than what we expected. The place was absolutely beautiful. What you see in the pictures really do not do it any justice. There was not one detail left out. The ocean view was amazing to wake up to with a perfect sunrise. The property was gated and I felt the safest. The staff Nadine, Fabian and a couple other gentlemen were amazing. They were very welcoming, helpful and polite. I told Alesha that we stay in Airbnb's quite often and finding one to top this place is going to be very hard. We will definitely be back. The pictures does no justice. This place was Beautiful! The view was amazing and the staff was very polite and friendly! I would DEFINITELY book this place again if I ever come back to Montego Bay! Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay here. Place is just as pictured, clean and modern. The host was extremely kind, helpful and respond within seconds. Check-in was a breeze. Bed was super comfortable, had a great sleep. The hot water was actually hot, WiFi was fast. I would definitely stay here again.

Hubert and his team were excellent. We had a couple of oversights with the rental, but Hubert corrected them as soon as we made him aware. There was a widespread water outage in the area due to the aftershock of the earthquake. Hubert kept us up to date on the status of repairs and brought over bottled water for use while repairs were being made.

Oliver’s place was exactly what we dreamed of. The photos don’t so any justice to the beautiful and large space. Everything we needed was available and at our fingertips. The view was amazing and our host responded promptly to any questions. The condo was so private and boast privacy and serenity. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and plan to come back in the near future.

Location! location! Location! Great view great location. I enjoyed my stay here. I loved the AC for when I needed to come back to the room and cool off. I loved the patio and how quickly my clothes dried. And the security definitely allowed me to feel safe. The host and assistants were kind and responsive.

We have been to Jamaica several times and always stay in Soleil Residences. We’ve experienced staying in different condos in this building. Kafi’s place was by far the best yet! Her place was exactly like the pictures, super clean and very thoughtful. She provided more than the basics and we were truly grateful. I thought it was great that she provided both a blow-dryer and flatiron though we didn’t use it, having that was very considerate as well as all the other toiletries that you tend to forget on vacation. The place had a great smell and the kitchen was well equipped. The view from the balcony was even more amazing. Kafi stayed in touch and provided us with recommendations throughout our stay. She even left a thoughtful gift with concierge for us. When we come back to Jamaica we will definitely stay here again. Thanks Kafi!
