Gerri's place was AMAZING! I stayed there with some family on a trip to Zion, and Gerri was the best host. Super friendly and responsive, and the place was pristine—along with some much-needed recs on things to do in the park that were a little "off the beaten path." There were also extra amenities (like mini sandwich bags)...that were super helpful as we packed lunches for the day. 10/10, would highly recommend staying at Gerri's!

I had an absolutely amazing experience that had me seriously considering extending my stay! The unit was incredibly private and came fully loaded with all the amenities I could ask for. And the neighborhood? Just stunning and so peaceful—perfect for leisurely afternoon strolls! Being so close to Zion was a huge bonus, allowing me to explore its breathtaking beauty time and time again. Everything was spotless, and I loved the freedom to cook my own meals and even do laundry when needed. I can't wait to return to this gem on my next trip to Utah! The hosts were incredibly friendly and surprised me with delightful snacks like popcorn and granola bars. If you're looking for the perfect getaway to Zion, I absolutely recommend this unit!

This was one of the best rentals that we've stayed in. Very clean and everything was in great condition. Karen quickly responded when we had a question, and the location was quiet and private. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen adequately stocked for our needs. I would highly recommend this location.

Loved our stay at Connie’s place!! It was the perfect launchpad for a few days in Zion. They were the best hosts. The kitchen was well stocked, eggs & coffee were a great touch, comfy beds, easy access, all wonderful! Would highly recommend.

We went here for Christmas! Great place and so beautiful! Very peaceful and private! I’m glad I brought some kitchen supplies because it doesn’t have a lot, but they were clear about that! Mark was very responsive and quick to respond! Would definitely rent again! Thanks for a great stay!

Place was fantastic! Clean Rooms were great Too bad it was 50 degrees. The home has a great back yard and I wish we could have used it ❄️❄️❄️ The one thing I didn’t care for was the 10:00 AM check out. Nancy was so accommodating that I’m sure had I asked, she would have allowed us to stay a little longer I’m happy to give Nancy’s home a SIX star rating

Beautiful home! We enjoyed the fire pit with the view! About a 45 min drive to zion The home is situated in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The views are incredible. Leslie was also very responsive!

Good deal for a place for family with kids

Great location with very close approximation to Zion. Hottub was a big hit after cold long days of hiking. Beds were super cozy. Kitchen was well stocked to include crockpot, toaster, coffee maker, electric fry pan. Also, loads of dishes. Was very clean.

They let us check in a hour early but the house was not cleaned but they sent a cleaning crew out and took care of it in a timely manner and was very responsive its a beautiful home the hot tub was dirty but they had another cleaner come out and took care of it the only negative about the stay the posts about the swimming pool as the main picture it was closed for construction so everyone was disappointed one of the main reasons for the stay was the pool but other than that the house is beautiful and the host is amazing

This was a beautiful place to stay and close to Tuacahn and St George. Stunning red rock all around and a fun neighborhood. Loved being here and would use this place again.

Gias house was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. Great location out in Ivins, very quiet.

Very cozy! Felt right at home, and the neighborhood amenities were great. I think the only thing that was missing was sugar for our coffee, a small inconvenience in trade of a very comfortable getaway home. Will come back again!

There was a helpful YouTube video showing how to get to the place and a nice tip on where to park. It was nice and quite.

We loved it! They answered our questions and always kept in touch. We felt very comfortable and safe. The view from the balcony is very nice and the place is quiet and beautiful. The house is spacious and comfortable. We found everything in the kitchen. The bathrooms and beds were clean. Our stay was really nice, we enjoyed it very much. I recommend it 100%

Great place to stay. Most everything was as described. Quiet, top floor unit had everything we needed for our stay. Oliver contacted us after arrival to make sure everything was ok. *Only downside and maybe a little warning to others, the Wi-Fi is not good. Extremely slow to the point of not even functional. Renders the TV useless as all options are streaming. Was not a huge deal for us but could be for others.

This was a great place for anyone traveling with multiple families. The townhouse is spacious and modern. I loved the fact that every room has its own bathroom and shower. I highly recommend this location. Our host was responsive and friendly.
