Beachfront vacation rentals in St. Elizabeth Parish

I have stayed at the Unforgettable Villa on three occasions and it is always spectacular! The location is incredibly beautiful and just being on the proprty melts your stress away. The two houses are well appointed and comfortable for large groups. I hope we are lucky enough to return someday. It is worth every penny!

Villa Optima is a beautiful spot right on a peaceful beach. It was very clean with lovely furnishings and decorations and a nice pool in the back. Paolo was very helpful when we had trouble with our car. We enjoyed meeting him.

We will definitely stay here again. If you want a nice place for family and to just relax and enjoy nature and quiet time away from the hustle and bustle (or party noise) this place is for you. My kids loved it and we all want to go back. Juba (the grounds caretaker) is also quite helpful. Try it, you won’t regret it.

Duncan have a beautiful villa, Dream Away was spectacular, it was peaceful and calm I enjoyed my stay, Terry was helpful and nice could call him for anything we needed at anytime. Mr Duncan was kind he is a wonderful man, i got married at Dream Away beach villa and it was the best decision I have made the place was clean and beautiful that I had to take my wedding photo's there, i enjoyed my stay at Dream Away and I highly recommended, i give them 5 star🌟 . I just want to thank you for allowing us to be a part of your beautiful and wonderful villa. Thank again Mr Duncan.

Gilles gave us a beautiful place with nice viewings and a kind of private beach. The ride took 2:30h our on jamaican streets, so we recommend not to land in the night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also recommend to use a driver and not rent a car. The place was wonderful and totally private. The pool and the rooms were good. Missing AC but it was mentioned in the description so totally fine. When we entered the house, we mentioned, that it was a longer tine uninhabited. The initial clean up before arrival was missing, but that was definitely no show stopper. Gilles was always friendly and responsible. At the end, there was a little misunderstanding with the staff, if the service was included or not in the stay. We solve this with Gilles together. We as a family recommend this place for a calm and sunny stay. Thanks a lot.

Our stay was great. We live up in the mountains in Jamaica so its always nice to get down to the shore. This time it was for my husband's birthday. We all had a great stay! The cottages are super cute and close to both the beach and food. The area was very quiet yet close to everything we wanted to do. The air conditioning and hot water were much appreciated as was the ability to reheat our food in our own room. We have stayed at other ABnBs as well as rooms offered through other sites in the Treasure Beach area, and this is definitely the nicest! Thank you so much for making my husband's birthday a success!

My family and I just love this beautiful property! Very spacious, secure, comfortable, and clean. The pool is so refreshing and therapeutic on a hot day in Jamaica. We hosted our annual family reunion at the property , it was amazing and able to accommodate all of our needs . The sea is directly across the street and the beach is a very short walk down the road. Whenever I visit Jamaica this is and will always be my go to. The property owner Susan responds immediately and is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area and things to. 5 stars!!!

We were so thrilled with our experience renting from Sarah and staying at Villa Sanguine. The house is absolutely beautiful, and the design was incredible. It was a perfect stay for rest and relaxation, and we very much enjoyed being right on the ocean. Sarah's communication and recommendations were better than we have ever experienced with a host before, and Latoya absolutely made our trip with her phenomenal meals. Latoya is an incredible chef. She even went so far as to make special tea and soup for my husband who came down with a cold while on vacation. Villa Sanguine is a special place, and Sarah and Latoya truly made it a memorable vacation for us. We will be back, and are grateful for the experience. Villa Sanguine is truly a 5 star experience.

The property was quaint and pristine with really attentive and kind staff, the room was beautifully decorated with an incredible view of the beach and you could hear the waves even with the windows and doors closed which I loved. I wasn't sure what to expect with the sleeping situation because I'm a very particular person with my bedding and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the bed had comfortable pillows and soft sheets and I slept soundly. There were ample seating and lounging areas which I really appreciated as well. In all it was a beautiful room and an incredible and relaxing stay. I hope to visit again soon and we'll be telling our friends and family about this amazing place.

Nicolette’s place is beautiful, spacious and well kept. She is very kind and proactive in her communication - which was greatly appreciated since we were checking out during hurricane Beryl. The staff - Brian, Elesha, Diane and the driver Uan were all wonderful as well. I would give this listing and amazing people more than 5 stars if I could! Highly recommend this place!

Amazing Weekend Stay at Kotch Villa! I had the most incredible weekend at Kotch Villa! From the moment I made my reservation, the experience was seamless and flexible. The staff was very accommodating and allowed me to check in early, and I was even able to extend my stay without any hassle. It truly felt like they were focused on making my stay as comfortable as possible. The line staff and cooks were outstanding—courteous, warm, and always attentive to my needs. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and their friendliness made the stay even more enjoyable. The villa itself is absolutely breathtaking! The decor is elegant and perfectly complements the stunning scenery around it. Everywhere I looked, I was amazed by the beauty of the surroundings. Whether it was relaxing inside or soaking in the views outdoors, it was truly an unforgettable experience. I will definitely be visiting Kotch Villa again. I highly recommend if you're looking for luxury and service!

This lovely postcard property was absolute perfection. Homey, peaceful and relaxed comfort. The perfect sunsets shared with cocktails and family in quiet privacy. The host Mark was unbelievably helpful and quick to respond. Our favorite takeaway from this holiday was Shane the property manager. He was patient, kind, funny, like having a family member that knows allllll the things about Jamaica. We enjoyed his expertise and his company so much. His investment of time with us made our stay in Jamaica exactly what we were looking for. This stay make us want to raise our bar as Air B and B hosts. We LOVED staying at Bliss by the Sea. It was peaceful, relaxing and beautiful. The place had plenty of outdoor relaxing space with views of the ocean and the near constant ocean breeze was wonderful. The food Jennifer cooked for us was delicious and wonderful. Prior to arrival Nicole was very proactive and communicative in helping have things in place for our arrival (food was stocked ahead of time and the starting meals were prepped for!). We really enjoyed staying at Bliss and highly recommend it!

Driftwood was even more spectacular than the photos. An idyllic location along the coastline, with plenty of chill outdoor spaces to enjoy the sea breeze and fantastic view. The grounds were immaculately kept. Marie, Stacy and Sean made sure we were safe, well fed and had everything to our comfort. Between the books to read and the pool to lounge around in, we didn't even turn on the TV once. Nicole was a pleasure to communicate with and pointed out the little things to make sure our stay would be great. She was very responsive, gave clear directions and tips about spots in the area we could check out. Can't wait to come back!

The sweet sound of nature. As Jonathan stated in his listing description, if you don't like the sound of waves, this isn't for you. You are literally about 25 yards from the beach. There's coconut trees everywhere, so be mindful of where you decide to kickback in one of several loungers. The settings are perfect, and again, the sound of the 🌊's. Thanks Jonathan 🇯🇲❤️

Can’t describe how perfect our stay was. The grounds are so beautiful because Denzil takes amazing care of the property. He is so nice, helpful and just a genuinely good human. The because was very swimmable, water was warm and we felt like we had the beach to ourselves. It was the perfect place to do nothing because everything we could want was at our doorstep. Highly recommend. 20/10. There was food within walking distance and we tested the blender with rum drinks to make sure it is ready for you when you book ;).
