Apartment vacation rentals in St. Clair County

Enjoyed our time in the area. I'm from the lake area and enjoyed being centrally located to friends and family. Its a quiet location for the most part. Commonly refered to as a carriage house, located over the garage, you do here conversations and comings and goings of people adjacent to the property. We found everything we needed in the apartment. Bed was firm. which we enjoy, very cofortable. Linens were nice and served our stay well. Heating and cooling worked well and there was ample hot water. It takes a bit to reach the upstairs, but once it does, the pressure is good. Be aware that the stairway up is quite steep...may not be suitable for some. There are hand rails and a light in the stairway. There are a number of restaurants in the area...M29 diner is a favorite and Marine City Fish Company just up the river is also one of our area favorites. We would maybe stay here again if in the area, but think we prefer fully private dwellings.

Dee and Lou are friendly, helpful and conscientious hosts. They thought of everything we’d need to get started on our vacation! The fridge had soft drinks and yogurts and fresh milk for the coffee and cereal. One cupboard was stocked with breakfast items! Seattle’s Best Breakfast Blend was waiting for us with an easy to use coffee pot. We’d come to Michigan for a family wedding. The unit came complete with an iron and ironing board and a large mirror in the bathroom to prep for the event. The condo is located near downtown St.Clair. My husband could do his morning runs there and back without getting lost! A lovely little park right on the river was just across the street, perfect for morning coffee and quiet time! The condo is decorated in a cool eclectic vibe, lots of color and paintings to enjoy. And it is clean as a whistle!

The location was great and the town of St. Clair was adorable. Coming from the beaches of San Diego, I had trepidations about staying on a river. My trepidations were immediately dismissed when we saw our first Freighter out of the picture windows overlooking the river. Magnificent! Shawn also helped us right away with a matter when alerted. I highly recommend this place!

This was the perfect spot for a quick visit to the area. Centrally located in town with easy access to local shops, grocers, gas, etc. It's a charming and clean apartment with lots of thoughtful amenities. Truly appreciated the toys that were provided.

Crew's Nest#5 was exactly what the doctor ordered for a quiet couples get away. The cottage was very clean and very well equipped. Boat was easy to get into the slip and was tucked in off the main lake and waves could not reach it. Jim was great and even went above and beyond by parking our truck/trailer while we were getting the boat and cottage set up. We will definitely go back.

We were only there a few hours to sleep but it was a very cute apartment, right in town and walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was very clean and well kept.

Highly recommend, great location! I visit friends in Port Huron a few times a year and this was perfect. This visit happened to be for their wedding at the CityFlats Hotel. The hotel was all booked and I’m so glad it was! This was the perfect location, literally 60 sec to the ballroom from the door. Also close to all my favorite spots in downtown. The apartment was well equipped and clean. The only note I would mention was that there is a dispensary directly below. Which was a huge positive for me and my partner, but just something you might want to note. All the people around are very friendly as a side effect.

A very nice older home in a family neighborhood with a comfortable atmosphere. Apartment very roomy and comfortable with nice furnishings and everything you need. Perfectly situated one street away from beautiful St. Claire river and restaurants and antique stores. Brad and Kari are wonderful, down to earth people who looked to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We are planning on returning next year for sure! Highly recommend if you are going to Marine City.
