Lake house vacation rentals in Spring Lake

Having grown up in the area I am very selective as to where I want my family to stay when we come back to visit. Diane’s home was outstanding. Perfect place for me and my kids. 2 minute walk to beach but less noise being off Ocean Avenue at night . Bradley Beach is a quieter town (has the best restaurant in the whole area- Skratch Kitchen and the best bakery- Del Ponte’s- cannoli every morning by 7am) but you can get to thumping Asbury Park in 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes on a bike. Diane’s home was really comfortable. Plenty of amenities including beach towels, beach chairs (that actually work, not seen all the time) and badges. Plenty of supplies in the house as well. It’s really nice having a basement source for an escape either way couch and shower. The three floors give everyone a place to hang in their own space. Diane is super responsive and will address any issue immediately. Can’t wait to stay there again next time.

Sea Bright is a typical Jersey Shore town with a beautiful beach and great restaurants (one of the best in the state) and, Dave's house is the perfect place to stay to enjoy all the shore has to offer. The house has been carefully and beautifully restored; you can still see some of the original wide floor boards. The modern kitchen was immaculate. The bedrooms were carefully coordinated in blue and white (no miss matched anything will do here). Having eight beds makes it an ideal place for family or friends to gather. There is room for two cars in the driveway, a big plus and, chairs for relaxing in the back. Beach access is a short stroll away. Staying at Dave's is a treatcation, a new word to describe a special vacation place.

From the pristinely clean and organized home to the views of the water on the deck, there was not much we could have needed that wasn’t already provided at the house! This home made the perfect place for our yearly family vacation. Would 100% recommend this stay to anyone and we will be returning next year!

We didn’t spend much time there as we were welcoming in our 3rd grandchild. And babysitting. But it was nice to come home to a comfortable house at night. Manasquan is a beautiful town. Next time we come out, we’d consider staying here again.

Loved meeting the hosts, their small dog, the cat, the chickens, the ducks. The biew of the river from the deck is quite nice. No other homes are visible from the deck. i was offered use of their kayak and indoor pool. We were a group of four adults and ised four bedrooms and two baths upstairs. The air conditioning upstairs was quite refreshing and the rooms very bright with nicer furniture. Sleigh-beds, it was easy to find with Google maps. Hosts generously made a parting gift of some fresh veggies of their garden and a dozen eggs from their coop! Looking forward to a return visit.

This was the best beach house my family has ever stayed at and we stay at a different place every year but we will be coming back here again. This vacation was for my wife's 70th birthday because she grew up on the Jersey Shore. John's attention to detail sets this beautiful home apart from any home I have stayed at. For example, the kitchen has every piece of cookware that you would find in the most gourmet kitchens you see on cooking shows. My wife loves a jacuzzi tub but most times it takes so long to fill in other homes that she usually just ends up taking a shower but not here. Speaking of showers, the primary bedroom has the best walk through shower I have ever seen in my life and that is saying a lot because I'm a real estate agent in Denver. This shower has five different multi functional heads. We were a party of 10 and my four grandsons begged me to rent it for another week because of all the activities available. John's kindness and communication is first rate.

We loved our stay at Erica’s! The house is very clean, well stocked with everything you could need, and has a lovely backyard area. It is the perfect place for friends to get together at the beach. We hope to be back next year!

Our family came from all over the world to celebrate my father’s 90th birthday! We had a lovely time, & replayed each day at the DR table together with a glass of wine before turning in. Perfect for a large family or friends staying in Princeton. Close to Lake Carnegie, in a quiet, family-friendly area, it offers walking trails, bird watching, shopping, & a 12 minute ride to the train. The mattresses are great! The DR table comfortably seats 10, & the cozy breakfast nook was a favorite place to gather. The backyard has seating, a grill, & running space for families with kiddos. The kitchen is equipped for simple stove top and microwave meals, and the team is working on further accommodations for serious cooks. We spent many hours in the game room, playing ping pong & air hockey. The foosball machine had been recently damaged. Hopefully it is now fixed. The response time is generally under 30 minutes, and Jason will do all he can to make you feel welcome.

The host’s customer service is incredible she reply fast, her house is amazing and clean, I didn’t have a single problem and she’s really nice Thanks for everything

Good stay and accurate description

Location, location, location! This house is in an absolute perfect location. It's 3 blocks from the ocean beach, 2 blocks from really good ice cream, and it sits next to a beautiful lake where there are more swans then I've ever seen. It's walking distance to Jenkinson's boardwalk and I'm the opposite direction to the charming town center of Point Pleasant Beach. The house was clean and very functional. The backyard was lovely as well. A couple of things to note. There are no blankets or comforters. I knew about there being no sheets (there is a place you can rent linens from). The small room upstairs with the single twin bed has no air conditioning. That is the room that leads to the balcony, but the screen has lots of holes, so couldn't leave it open for air without the room filling up with knats. It was fine when we were there because it wasn't all that hot being so close to the beach, and my daughter said the fan in there was quite good. A great house for a fun family vacation

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pat’s cottage. The location was incredible as we had access to beach, restaurants and all Bay Head has to offer.

Inna’s place is amazing. It has everything you need and in a great location. Inna was extremely responsive. The bedroom my sister stayed in the air conditioner was not working properly and when she reported it - Inna had someone come in hours later to replace the air conditioner. I was actually pretty shocked at the response time. Any questions I had she responded immediately. I would definitely stay here again no questions asked. Loved our vacation !!

We stayed at Ann's house for a family wedding. The house was nice and clean and was also convenient to the venue.

Great location and house. It suited our needs perfectly for Thanksgiving week with family. We thoroughly enjoyed the musical instruments, records, games, and fire pit. The home is older but full of character and charm. It has excellent Wi-Fi for remote working. The kitchen is well appointed; we cooked several meals throughout the week. Walking distance or a quick drive to many great restaurants. Communication was quick and easy.

Fantastic stay! We were very impressed with the location and how responsive the host was. We loved the patio, biking to the beach, and how coastal the place felt! In the future, we will definitely consider staying again.
